I grew up getting photos printed at Savon (now CVS) and never understood why anyone would go anywhere else. But this place completely changed my perspective. They bring our vision to life and always exceed expectations. Hector, his son Alex, and his daughter Jackie go above and beyond. They are patient, kind, welcoming, and easygoing. I feel like family from the moment I walk in. For a year or two, my husband had a vision of a Gotti-style frame and a canvas-painted picture of us. Alex worked closely with us to make it happen. We thrifted a frame, and my husband called Alex to confirm it would work. Not only did they make it work, but they turned it into a masterpiece. This artwork made its debut at our wedding during our backyard boogie, where friends and family lined up to take photos with it because they were so impressed by the quality and craftsmanship. This piece will stay in our family forever, and I'm beyond grateful for the love and effort they poured into it. They also helped us print our wedding invitations and several custom printables that made our day extra special. They created a sign that said "Thank you for being a pizza our wedding" for our pizza station, a honeymoon fund sign with QR codes for Venmo and Cash App, and a Polaroid station sign that read "Please take a photo and sign our guestbook." On top of that, they printed memorial photos for my bouquet chain in the exact size I needed, honoring my grandma, my godmother, and my stepdad, who have all passed. At this point, I trust them with all my photo printing needs. I'll print photos not just for myself but for my family too because the quality is exceptional. Alex is always there to guide me on the best sizing based on the photo format. I also tend to talk his ear off about my visions and ideas, and he listens with intention, responding with so much knowledge and insight that makes the process even smoother. The guy practically pushed me out the door said it's gonna be at least 100 bucks. I said that was fine then he responded to me saying it's gonna take 3 to 4 weeks. I said that was fine. I asked if I could see what a custom frame would look like he stated come back. There were two employees in the store and only one customer and I would've absolutely waited. I was like I just wanna see what kind of custom frames you have the gentleman said go to Michael's I responded but you guys do custom frames. The gentleman responded. Never again will I use this business for my framing needs. We travelled to Bali recently and came…read moreback with 6 beautiful original paintings. Under normal circumstances, I would've read reviews and shopped around but we were exhausted from our travels, so went over to the first place that was opened on a Saturday evening and this happened to be the one. Kathy seemed pleasant and nice. Their prices are definitely above average even with the discount. In any case, we were under the impression that the high cost came with premium quality meticulous work and that's what we were hoping for.... Picked up the paintings today, first thing we noticed the art work were simply left in front of the store unguarded and unprotected. Anyone walking into the store could've placed their paws on the paintings and possibly damaged them. Most framers would've stored their customer's finished work protected and in the back of the store but not here apparently. Secondly, while handling the smaller oil paintings, she simply put them face down on the table and went about padding the corners. Even after I voiced out my concern, she simply ignored it and continued doing what she was doing. If they are so brazenly careless about your paintings in front of you, imagine what happens in the back! Lastly, one of the larger paintings that we decided to stretch on frame was anything but stretched. Looks like it was pulled about 80% of the way and they simply gave up or got distracted and forgot to finish the job. There were dimples in it. And to make things worst, Kathy's son, rubbed his fingers on the dimples too feel it and chipped of a piece of the artist's signature. I was screaming internally and simply could not believe their lax attitude towards an original painting that's irreplaceable. They offered to re-stretch the painting but at this point I was more concerned about their brazen handling of the pieces than the dimples themselves. So I politely declined and will be taking that large painting to a different framer to get it done right. It's over $500 down the drain for that one piece but I rather have it done correctly with care than to take my chances being mishandled and damaged by Kathy and her son. I would've given this review 1 star, but hey at least they did not lose or destroy the paintings completely and for that I am relieved hence the 2 star. You live and you learn. It's an expensive lesson to swallow but definitely Never again.

Two wouldn't take the job because it was too small. Franklin came by and gave me the best price. After the initial deposit, his crew came by about a week later and finished the job in one day. I think they did a pretty good job replicating what had existed before, although the work seemed a little sloppy. I saw a few gaps in the framing, but they were able to seal it up with bondo. Also on one of the posts there was a large crack in the wood, but that was sealed as well. For the price, I think this was a pretty good value. Would definitely recommend for smaller jobs like mine.
