Their niche is centered more around major milestones such as work anniversaries or senior birthdays or decades-long wedding anniversaries, so don't expect it to be like a Things Remembered store with more diverse and smaller offerings, but they'll engrave things you bring to them which is still great. Despite these areas they could improve, I was able to settle on a nice quality small crystal that was a perfect size and weight. I was extremely pleased with the level of service at this place and was happy to pay the very reasonable rush fee. I am forever grateful for Max's swift help on working my last-minute project in. Thank you so much!

While the inventory is fantastic, the real reason we keep coming back is the unmatched customer service. Avi is absolutely wonderful. He is always there with a smile and is incredibly helpful with the kids. He takes the time to listen to what they think they need, and then uses his expertise to offer suggestions that end up working even better for their projects. That kind of personalized guidance is rare! Plus, they offer a student discount, which is a huge bonus for a family with three creative kids. The selection here simply cannot be found at big-box stores like Staples or Michaels. My girls love the variety of Copic markers, Posca pens, and art books. It's also a relief to shop here instead of Amazon because the prices are competitive, but you have the peace of mind that you are buying authentic, high-quality products. The store has a perfect "local shop" charm--it is organized and easy to navigate, yet big enough to have everything you need. Highly recommend!

I jumped on Yelp to find a location with good reviews and narrowed it down to Hooper Camera. I called them first to make sure that an appointment wasn't required, no appointment needed. It was fun, fast and easy; the young man behind the counter got me handled in no time and knew all of the required specifics for a USA passport. He did inform me that they do process non USA passport photos, the photo requirements are often different; I suggest calling ahead to make sure the right person is there to take those photos. All in all a good experience and would defiantly use them again.

I've also bought a few of their easy little cardboard book packages to take to craft weekends which have always looked great crafted. I went in today to buy some embossing powder. I asked the staff member as soon as I walked in and she admitted they didn't have much as it isn't a popular craft now. (None of the big box craft stores, Walmart or Graphaids had any at all). We found a couple of powders in the discount sale area and luckily one was just the green I was looking for. I had also wanted a pink too but there was none left. The staff member then went over to their own personal store supplies and found a pink and gave it to me at no charge as she "would prefer it be used than stored away". So I got 2 embossing powders for $1.71! I was tickled pink as I can now finish my project without waiting for an online purchase to arrive. I received excellent customer service, a discount and a freebie....you can't get better than that!
