Haven't received my finished product back yet but my over all experience was great! The pricing was great as well! Will update when I pick up my pieces. Can't wait! read more

I went to this place for UV70 non-glare frame glass. A lovely lady, Karla, was enormously helpful and did a great job. The whole visit was very short because everything was done so well. No complaints at all. I will definitely return, as I have a few more frames that require this glass. read more

I have a delicate newsprint from a newspaper and Grey Goose did a beautiful job in framing this important memory for me and my family. Superb service. read more

I had two pieces framed there years ago, one at the La Brea store and one in Los Feliz. They made mistakes on both and had to redo them (at their cost). In one they reversed the colors of the inner mat and the outer one, and the other was a shadow box that they built a half-inch wider than what was specified on my order form and it didn't fit where it was supposed to go. Maybe their work has gotten better now but I don't patronize either shop any more. read more

If I could give Grey Goose more than five stars, I would. We've always gone to them for our framing needs, but their work on this last batch of 17 very special-to-me pieces blew my mind. Carla spent much time with me and my interior designer, going through each work. Some were a bit torn/damaged from not being well stored. One was heartbreakingly water damaged from God-knows where and I'd been told it was unsalvageable by a conservator. Every piece came back absolutely perfect, gorgeous and glowing, in half of what I thought the wait time would be. And I was able to get more pieces framed than expected as the pricing is so reasonable. But cannot overemphasize how amazing the craftsmanship is at Grey Goose. The. Best. read more

Grey Goose Custom Framing - Framing Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Justin did a great job helping us with our framing project. He has a great eye and a sophisticated aesthetic. He has definite insights and perspectives (so if you don't quite know what you want, he can really lead you through the process), but was receptive and responsive to feedback, and solicitous of our needs. Also, if you happen to be working with a designer (or are a designer, yourself), I have to say that I was incredibly impressed with how he communicated with and listened to our designer, too. He listened, offered insightful feedback, but was incredibly perceptive and sensitive to the designer's goals, too. If you just want to just slap a frame on something, of course these guys can do that. But, if you're looking to get some special piece of art framed by someone with a real eye, this is the place to go. I've been to other framing shops, and they've always felt like some mass-market solution. These guys are artisans. read more

Beautiful framing. Helpful recommendations. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love this place. We frame everything there.

I had the best experience at Great Goose Framing and hope they get ALL the business. (Seriously, support your local small shops!) I've walked by the place a thousand times, but always assumed it'd be too pricy. Turns out - not at all. Their prices are great! The piece I brought in was an odd size, so I'd had a hard time finding an affordable frame. Turns out I could've brought in a larger-than-I-need size and they can resize it for ya. (Who knew?!) Either way, I came in with my own frame, one that I found at an antique shop in Joshua Tree. It just didn't have the glass in it or hook to hang. Plus my piece was still not an exact fit - it was too short for the frame and a teeny bit too wide, Justin (who is the nicest guy) made sure I was happy with all the little adjustments he needed to make for it to fit and really help my piece stand out. Plus turn around time was super fast. I could not be happier with the results and with my experience! read more

Outstanding customer service. Omar was friendly, helpful and the finished repair work was fantastic. He wrapped the art in moving blankets and taped it for pick up. He even cleaned the piece and put a plastic film to protect it when it was delivered it back. Would definitely use them again. read more

The guys are great! So knowledgeable, helpful especially on creating the best frame/picture. They truly know their stuff. If you need custom framing, this is the place to go. read more

Incredible selection and very professional. There is parking on the side of the building and they offer rush orders for a small fee. You cannot go wrong! read more

I've had nothing but good experiences with Grey Goose and especially Justin who works at the Hillhurst location. I've had several prints and artworks framed by Justin and each time he approaches the work with an artist's eye for detail, taking the time to work with me on what will best compliment the art (while also working with a budget). The end product is always of the highest quality. Highly recommend! read more

I want to like Grey Goose. And the truth is, they do good work. So maybe that's enough. But they don't call, don't answer the phone, don't finish when promised (or the next promise... or the next promise), and don't really apologize for any of it. I've had VERY expensive artwork put in VERY expensive frames. Each project has involved returns, missed deadlines, complaints, and corrections. To their credit, when things finally get done, they look just great. Their recommendations are spot on and their finished product is well crafted. But getting there is much, much harder than it should be for a... picture frame. Especially a fairly pricey frame. Especially a pricey frame from a small shop that claims to pride itself on customer service. Darn. read more

Super Duper Exquisite framing of four separate prints. Could not be happier! I did the framing at four separate times and each project was done in seven days time and perfect the first time. One of the prints I have been meaning to take back one piece and cut a new mat that would close in the picture a little more, but the frame is so perfect I hate to do it! read more

Perfection from start to finish! Justin really is the consummate professional. Incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, he did a phenomenal job reframing a very sentimental piece of art for me. The turnaround was fast and the quality of work was top-notch. I can't imagine working with anyone else from here on out. THE BEST! read more

Hey what a great spot. Went in to get some custom glass for a few picture frames, the woman was able to help me right away. She cut the glass and even helped fix the backings on the frame cause the originals were gone. Great easy service at a good price, nice frame shop. read more

Love this place. And Justin, who helped me with a project for a client, is amazing. Great job with framing/matte for 4 portraits, they look amazing. I know they're crazy busy right now with Christmas, but he's a professional within the craziness and very cool. Can't wait to go back. read more

Justin at Grey Goose is a thoughtful craftsman who makes the process easy and enjoyable. I was blown away by the finished product. He did a masterful job on a project that was extremely important to me. The work he did will be in my home for years to come and I couldn't be happier with the result. First-rate stuff. This place is as good as it gets--been there for about maybe 5 different framing jobs so far. Professional, always going above and beyond to talk through all framing options and present solid creative solutions. And the final job is consistently crisp and at high-quality. They're extremely friendly and communicative throughout it all. Highly-recommend Grey Goose for quality and awesome customer service! read more

Great choices of framing, consult and service. Well recommend their services. Price is very reasonable too.

It would be nice for a local business to answer their phone, especially since the wait time to get something back from them can often be weeks and weeks and they are closed on Sundays and Mondays for some reason. I guess I wont be using their services anymore since they make everything so difficult. read more

Although their phone was busy all day, I decided to take a chance and stopped by to be told that they were closing early for the day. Ugh. I'm thinking this place is not worth the hassle. read more

I needed a matte cut for a frame I had. Andrew was helpful and patient figuring out how to best position the artwork and plaque.

Was pleasantly surprised when I visited this framer. Karla was really helpful, and patient. I must have looked at every frame on display. Took some samples home, and was able to make a great selection. Looking forward to the finished product! read more

Horrible framing company. The daughter inherited the business from her dad who inherited it from the original owner. So, she knows NOTHING about the framing business. She jacks up prices on cheap materials and tried to cut corners everywhere possible. They try to get rid of old frames from previous customer's art by selling them as new. The place is just a complete scam, everything is dishonest there. Don't bring any valuable artwork there, you WILL be ripped off. Go to Framing House Design in Chinatown, they are reasonably priced and excellent framers, masters in my opinion. read more

I have been going to this store for years anytime I need something framed. I have always found the personnel friendly and helpful. They always do a good job and the frames are done in a reasonable time. The prices are reasonable. I think you can find cheaper but I appreciate the fact that the staff are actually knowledgeable about framing and provide good advice. However, perplexingly, given they deal with art and posters etc., they have a terrible and outdated website which is not helpful. Despite the lack of a good website (it would be nice to check out options and prices before going in). I definitely recommend this place when you need something framed. read more

OK, make that 10 stars!! From start to finish! No hassle, professional and fast! They even delivered the project to me. Would totally use again and recommend!! read more

they don't seem to know what they're doing. i just wanted a simple frame for some art i bought in mexico. the daughter of the owner is clueless. i think she only got the job because she is the daughter and doesn't do anything except sit her fat ass in the middle of the place. and then she acts like her shit don't stink. i should've posted this a few months ago. read more
