Was looking for a specific box size. I called ahead of time. They let me know they didn't have actual size but something similar. Told them I be right over. Once I got there they showed me how to make the sized I needed. All were so helpful and kind. Friendly on the phone and just as friendly in person. I can see why they have 5 stars. Payed for packaging services and they packaged my very expensive electronic device with one single layer of bubblewrap. It got damaged in transit and ups didn't do anything about it with insurance all payed for. To say this place has been a dissappointment is a gross understatement. read more

I am an artist and ship my art pieces that are glass framed nationwide. I went to FedEx yesterday and they straight up told me there was a 99% chance of the piece breaking during transit and it was going to cost over $500. I was discouraged and worried, but after reading some of the previous reviews of this store in particular I figured to try another store and to at least come in and ask. There was a line when I came in but the two men working were so efficient and so kind that I didn't wait more than 5 minutes. When it asked if they could frame my piece, they had no hesitation in assuring me they would specialty handle my piece, label it as fragile, and that I was in good hands. The young man took his time to measure the piece and walked me through how they would protect it. Literally all my worries went away because you could tell these were professionals!!! Never going anywhere else to ship my art pieces again. read more

I went in to a document notarized and Jaime was so nice and informative! The process was very easy and fast, he walked me through everything. The store itself is very clean and organized. As for the processing fee, not too bad. Some may say $15 is excessive but when it comes to legal/govt. documents, I don't play around, so I didn't mind much. read more
