they advertise they have a notary. There is a sign outside that they have a notary and there are two signs inside saying they have a notary. I was assisted by a very nice worker named ANTHONY and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to help me return a large item that needed to be fit into a box. He was super patient with me and provided EXCELLENT customer service. Attentive, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I will be back! Thank you Anthony!! read more

It's always a problem here I dropped off a pair of shoes to be sent to stock x the box was not packaged in a box so they slapped the label and taped the shoe box up and now the shoe box is ruined and my item was not taken to be sold and now I am hit with a penalty fee and a bad shoe box which drops the value it was a young girl who helped should have finished with me first instead of taking the shoes leaving it on the scale as is and leaving to assist another customer . And what happened with " we package we ship " just like your store advertises now I'm left with merchandise that lost its value due to the shoe box not being boxed read more

Came in for a Notary Service and was helped in a very easy experience. Very helpful and would recommend.

Owner Ghazi J. Has stated that I asked for a free box. That never happened. I clearly said " Wouldn't you be able to provide/offer a good box and tape it right there? For free or extra cost. It doesn't matter The fact of providing a solution is always greatly appreciated." I never asked for a free box. How can you even expect a solution or a partial reply by the person who did not properly help you since the beginning? (Ghazi - owner). I feel sad for the rest of the team for having a boss like him. The lady that started helping me was nice but Ghazi's ego did not help. read more

My favorite UPS location! Amazing staff, I'm here every 2 weeks unloading so many returns and they are always so nice! They offer tape when I forget with no charge, remember me by name and always help me unload my car!! read more

This is a great store, customer service is amazing in this store and their other store in Reseda is also great.

Had a very weird situation happen at the store. I was in line to return my amazon packages, and a man walks in and goes right through me to who i assume is a manager or the owner and asks them to make a copy. He proceeds to tell him that the lady on the right would help him, and as she finishes working with a customer, he goes right in front of me and she silently completes his request twice. Absolutely no acknowledgment from both of the workers that I've been standing in line waiting, that the man needs to wait his turn, and I was just standing there like an idiot waiting for them all to finish. After she was done with him, I put my packages down and let them know that I was standing in line and it was not cool for them to let a person just walk past me without apologizing for the wait or asking me to let him through. The worker did not say anything to that, she was completely silent, and I just walked out. This whole situation felt very upsetting, as this is not how you treat clients. Just an acknowledgment and a little "sorry about the wait" would be enough. read more

My son and I visited this location to return an item he received in error. The Amazing Ghazi, (who always considers the customers needs), pointed out the cost to return the item, far exceeded the value of the item itself. He could have remained silent and made some extra money. Thank you Ghazi for being a trusted staple in the community! We really appreciate your service! read more

Friendly staff. The gentleman who runs the place doesn't cut corners with quality of service. Made sure my important documents were extra packed to protect from accidental water damage. Also ensured accuracy of details. Quick and prompt service as well. AAA read more

Customer service is horrible. Rude front desk people. I initially asked for help in getting a package out of my car, and they handed me a cart and did not help. I then tried to return a package wrapped in plastic like a UPS driver told me to do as it was too big for a box, but the UPS store counter did not want to take it and told me they didn't like the way it was wrapped and needed to be in a box. The UPS driver happened to walk in right then and said no problem he would take it. Driver had to scan package as counter person would not do it. You can see by the various responses the owner gives to reviews on yelp where people are complaining about him that the peoples reviews are accurate and he is a very rude and unhelpful person. read more

I like this location because it always tends to be a quick trip! I used to go to other UPS stores nearby but they were usually very busy or rude staff. This location has usually 2-3 people working and the line goes by quickly. Never had an issue in my 2 years coming here! read more

The UPS Store - UPS STORE. - Mailbox Centers Near Me - Reseda, California

I am disgusted by the actions of the employees and the "manager" here. UPS should really keep a closer eye on who can represent their name in these franchise locations. The Millennial generation does not have to be snail mail savvy since most communication is done in other ways. So there is a reasonable expectation that they should not be taken advantage of when mailing something the old fashioned way, especially if they show up at a "trusted" brand name store. A young relative of mine received a tax document in the mail. I asked her to mail it to me so I could send it to the IRS with the proper tax forms. As expected she did not own a stamp or an envelope. Luckily she did know how to put the address and return address on an envelope. She told me that this UPS store was across the street and she would just go buy an envelope as her roommate actually had a stamp. I told her they should not charge her much for the single standard envelope. I got a text message 10 minutes later and she told me they insisted it would cost over $10.00 to mail the 3 pages to Reno and NEEDED to go "ground" shipping in a box. I immediately called her and told her to leave there and not pay $10.00 to mail anything. She said they already charged her. After telling her to get her money back the employee told her it was too late, I told her to ask for the manager who doubled down on the lie and said it was too late. I asked her to put the manager on the phone, as he began to further the lie to me, I stopped him and told him I am well aware of the policies and procedures of a UPS store franchise. I warned him that if he failed to refund her money there would be calls to San Diego and franchise support. Eventually he did refund her money but continued to be impolite. Needless to say she will NEVER go back. She walked back to her apartment and put the 3 pages in an envelope she bought at the 99 cent store. Put a single stamp on it and mailed it. There is no justification for attempting to rip her off. Not only was it not what she needed in any way but they told her it would still take 4 days to get to Reno. Regular stamped mail takes 3 days or less to journey the 500 miles from LA to Reno. I seriously doubt the slogan "What can brown do for you?" has anything to do with building a bad reputation and fraudulently charging customers for unnecessary products and services. She felt dirty and ashamed that she was taken advantage of. It was not until I was able to explain to her that these employees and managers are not actually "UPS" and she can still feel safe if a driver in brown brings a package to her door. Footnote: $10 makes a difference to her, she is young, working part-time, and going to school and living on her own in Los Angeles. read more

The UPS Store - This is the scam they tried to pull. A photo mailer. - Mailbox Centers Near Me - Reseda, California

I came here to ship my boxes as the other UPS store near my house was already closed. I had a label which got ruined and I had the label in my email. He allowed another customer to email to them to print it out but would not let me. He was only eager to leave the store and close up shop. I had to put all my boxes back into my car because he was too lazy to help me for one minute. He helped a gentleman next to me but he would not let me and told me the email and system were not working. He is full of crap and I would never ever ever refer anyone to this dump. His name is Ghazi and should not be in this line of work. I called the UPS store corporate headquarters to report him. This guy should not be in business and no one should give this guy a dime. He has no customer service skills, is lazy as hell, and a liar. He could have helped me with at least one box where I only needed to email them in order to print. PLEASE GO TO THE UPS STORE ON SATICOY AND LOUISE. They are AMAZING. read more

I bought a one of those heavy duty cardboard box from here a couple weeks ago. Ultimately, I didn't need it so went back to return it, and was denied a refund, despite having my receipt. The guy behind the counter couldn't explain why he could not refund me. Just said they didn't do that. My receipt said nothing about it. Seemed to me it was less of a "can't do it" situation and more of a "i'm the franchisee and don't want to lose out on the 11 bucks" kinda situation. read more

Not recommended the old man over there is ready charge you easy for less service that is free on another branches. Today I had the package to post but this branch charged me 2.20$ just for 12 inch tape that they want to close the package And charged my family 4$ for one pacopy. They try to explain that they do right but price of tape 2.20$ is funny and one paper copy 4$ is as well. For 2$ can buy one roll of tape. It is shameful that they will make money for nothing. This is not my first time with UPS and another store never charge you for piece of tape 2.20$. Terrible service. It's close to my home but I prefer go to another store with better attitude. read more

-28 days too late- I spoke to the owner and said I needed a document to be printed. He asked if it was regular or colored and I replied with colored. "That will be $2" and I said okay. When it was time for me to pay, he added a computer fee of $2 "usage fee 1-15mins" plus the $2 printing fee. I said, "oh, there's a computer usage fee?" Mind you, I did not use the computer, just needed a document to be printed. Maybe it's because I sent the document to the ups computer and he used the computer to access the document I sent him? Either way he should have said there's an additional fee of $2 in the first place. Now my total comes out to $4+(tax). I could've left for misleading me to believe that the cost would be around $2 but I did not have a choice as I was in a hurry. So I paid and left. Lesson learned. I will never go back here. Except when I have a package that's already pre-labeled. I wouldn't be so annoyed if he would have told me about the "computer fee" in the first place rather than saying the printing will cost me $2 Update: accidentally sent a bad review to a different ups near CSUN. The guy reached out to me, trying to make sure if I was at the correct UPS and was willing to refund my computer usage fee because they do not have that in their facility. Since UPS are privately owned, they have different prices. I made a mistake of coming here. Next time I know where to go to print my documents with no computer fee. And that is the UPS near California State University, Northridge! read more

Excellent service by Sir Jamshed. Hes polite and helped us with our all queries!! Definitely coming to this store for all my businesses.

I don't normally write many bad yelp reviews. I tend to mainly praise places I thought did well. But I am extremely upset by my experiences with this UPS store location today, and I am rating their performance as low as I can. I had to ship a large framed artwork, that my wife had made, across the country. I packed it in a large box and even though I said I was in no hurry, and wanted the cheapest price, I was charged over $400. I accepted the price because I needed to ship the item. I'm moving, and I had already sent the moving truck away. Later I found a second artwork of hers and I put it in an identical box. This time I got a different person and they offered me a ground rate option that the first person didn't even tell me existed. The cost was now closer to $100. They offered me no refund or even an apology -- just a lot of pushback about how I had made a wrong choice earlier, when I had been given no options. read more

Its nice for notary, printout, pickup l. I haven't used for mailbox but its great service. read more

The notary here has no idea how to do his job as a notary. Case in point: He notarized some court documents for us back in March, but they got rejected because the notary language was wrong. When we provided him with the correct notary language (per the CA Courts), he refused to notarize it. So, we took our business to another UPS Store and had no issues with getting the packet notarized. Two stars, because if you're simply sending a package, this is still a good spot for that. But do not go if you need a notary (Leslie at the West Hills location is much more helpful). read more

Beware of this location as they will try to upsell you the minute they can, was just trying to small a small ENVELOPE, not even a small package. Cheapest option they quoted me was 30 dollars, yeah right ! You must be thinking I was born yesterday. USPS stamps FYW 2 blocks away, just use it as a drop off spot, never to ship pacckages. read more

The owner (Jamshed) was so rude not just to me also to other customers while I was waiting. I was going to ship a large bag to Chicago and had an estimate with another UPS store and we showed him the estimate, he said this is not UPS and they measured your bag wrong and because of only 2 inches difference he wanted to charge us $150 extra for shipping. Terrible experience and customer service. Definitely was my first and last experience in that store. read more

The owner Ghazi Jamshed is very rude and unprofessional. He is not there to help you he is there to take your money and if it's not in cash he will not respect you. He makes jokes out of people's difficulties. I would suggest taking your notary and shipping business where it is appreciated. Definitely not here. Ghazi also charges more than any other UPS in the area because he is a franchise owner and sets his own rules to get over on people. I have a lot of patience for people and have given this store multiple chances but he repeatedly disrespects everyone, I have seen it in line with other customers and also to me. I do not recommend coming here. The girl that works there is very sweet and she is the only reason I gave them another chance. Only way this store can improve is by making sure UPS trains Ghazi properly. read more

Despite being a constant client of this location, today I left feeling beyond ripped off. It is evident that they charge even for the air we breathe. Today, I needed a stripe of tape, and they charged me $2 plus tax. I was in disbelief of such fee and asked them if it was correct. The young ladies were afraid to tell me I was right but charged me anyway and passed me the business card of Mr. Ghazi. These fees are not fair but rather abusive. More than the $2, it is outrageous that the intention is to take advantage. There is no customer service and much less courtesy. read more

They charge unreasonable prices for something as simple as tape and their employees lack customer service.

Needed to make a rush delivery and since the post office doesn't open till 10am I stopped by this store at 8:15am. The gentleman behind the counter was very personable and knowledgeable. He made sure that my next day delivery was correct and for the time I needed it to arrive. Pricey but that's what I get for waiting till the last min to send it out.
