They mark up the printing costs from .15 to .25 cents per page and charge you for computer use even though it was the printer malfunctioning and couldn't read my usb. Don't go here. Any other ups store will charge .15 cents per page for black and white. read more

Tried to return DIRECTV equip and he said he couldn't take it because it was dirty. It was not dirty but dusty because it just sat next to TV. DirectTV directions say to drop off equip in bag or box, NO WHERE DOES IT SAY THEY CAN'T BE DUSTY!!! Walked out to car and wiped em down in 15secs problem solved. Do not go expecting good customer service or common sense. Had a friend return his equip in same condition if not worse at another location and it wasn't even an issue. Had to return several equipment from Spectrum to be sent back. Went after work so i was cutting it close to their closing time. Ghazi the manager was being very helpful helping multiple customers at the same time with a positive attitude. I had to wait a short while since it is a busy location but didn't mind the wait. I needed a notary and saw that UPS Stores had them. This location was close to work and I loved that I could schedule an appointment on line. The owner also sent me an email confirmation which I appreciated. I don't know what the going rate is but the charge was $15 which seemed reasonable. I would definitely come here again. read more

Ghazi was the worse! I walked in and from my perspective, there were 3 employees helping 1 person with a the line stretching to the corner. All 3 employees and Ghazi who said was the owner continued to help 1 person and two computers for one guest. (Very frustrating from my perspective). Ghazi helped me when my turn was up and began to yell at me and I had to explain to lower his voice. Ghazi"I yell because you don't understand". I explained I had already return my package one at the same branch a few day before and he continued to yell. I raised my voice to meet his and he calmed down which was not necessary. In addition ghazi asked if I had received a receipt I said yes he claimed he could not find it and requested for me to go home and grab it from where it was located, luckily it was in my car. After several minute of seeking for the receipt and walked back in he claimed he found the receipt and no longer needed it. He then wanted to keep my original receipt and began to yell again I explained to make a copy for my record and he did not want to give me receipt but I kept it. POOR POOR SERVICE find another ups store due to lack of customer service. read more

This is a great UPS store location. It seems like a family run place and they are super friendly and efficient. So I'm guessing they don't hire the brightest people to work at the UPS store. LOL. I came in with a heavy box. So I asked staff if they could hold the door open for me so I could carry the box into the store. The girl at the counter (syra or sira) told me to push the door open, and the door would open. I guess she assumed I didn't know how to open or close a door. I kindly explained to her that wasn't the issue and that I was about to bring a heavy box into the store and just needed someone to hold the door open for me so I could bring it in. She again stated to me to push the door open and the door would open (which is not the case. I would have to pull to enter the store with the box which I couldn't do). A kind customer who looked confused himself at the UPS person and her lack of underatanding, randomly helped open the door for me, then proceeded to carry the box into the store for me. All this happening while three UPS store employees stood around doing nothing. You would expect help from customer service, not people paying for customer service. Haha. My recommendation would be to at least hire people with at least some common sense or customer service skills. read more

The woman who attended us not requested what we needed just grabbed the boxes as she started scanning them and the only question she did was what is your last name. Both the man and this woman looked like in a bad mood and the calls they were taking while we was there they requested to call back in two or three hours??? Worst service ever!
