One of the advantages of an Amazon return is that you sometimes have to go to a UPS Store. This was my first visit to the store on Reseda, in Northridge. This location has a spacious inside and there is a lot of room to move around. It is uncluttered with all the supplies arranged so neatly. The Amazon return was seamless. All I needed was to tape the original packaging, which was kindly done by the charming owner, Polin. She was smiling, courteous and welcoming. My daughter shipped a package from here to Canada (small gift). Clearly the paperwork was not filled out correctly as about a week later we were told by UPS that we needed to fill out custom forms. We did and returned them, but the package still was never delivered (it actually was sent to a similar address blocks from us, but that is another story). Where this store failed - UPS won't resolve the issue and return the shipping fee unless we go through the store. But despite calling multiple times, no one ever returns the call. The manager is always "busy" or "out". So we have a package that was handled incorrectly, never delivered, and we are still out over $50 for the shipment. read more

Clean and spacious but a little dark, when I walked in i felt like only half the lights were on. Dropped off and was in and out in less than 3 minutes. I love that there's parking behind the store because street parking would be a nightmare! Now that I know I'll probably utilize this location more frequently! read more

The people who work here are ssssooo friendly & willing to help. Every last one of them. During the holiday season when it was crowded, they actually apologized for the wait. Unlike my previous UPS box location, this location offers the ability to access your box 24-hours a day with your key. Parking: street parking in front, parking lot in back accessible via the alley. FYI - The coffee shop next door gets very crowded & they tend to take up a lot of parking. read more

The staff here are always prompt and quick to serve your needs. There is usually 2 staff at the counter, which is great if 1 staff gets backed up by a customer. I've come here multiple times and had no problem getting packages sent out. It's always clean, organized and well-kept. I have no issues here and would definitely recommend coming here to this branch! It's on Reseda blvd, which is bustling with other businesses nearby. The private parking space is entered through the side streets which come to the back, but there is also the possibility of street parking (which I don't recommend during busy rush hours). read more

I have never had a problem here. Most of the time I have done Amazon returns, which they are very quick when you do them through UPS. The staff is very friendly, and the place is quiet most of the time. As far as prices go, it honestly just depends case by case. The times I have shipped packages out of here they were very good with taking care of the items and helping me package correctly. This location is close to my work and it was my first time here and I had a historical amount of Amazon returns to do. Polin and Faith made me feel welcomed and they were so understanding. I profusely apologized multiple times and they both reassured me throughout the process (I was there for about 40 minutes people!!). This store offered great service when I visited about 2 years ago. Apparently, there was a recent ownership change and a decline in quality as part of that package (no pun intended). I came here yesterday to send a package over sees, but the clerk was clueless on how to access or establish a customer profile in the UPS database. Furthermore, this new associate was rude and condescending; instead of admitting his mistake and trying to correct it, he chose to match wits with the customer. I got impatient with this employee and decided to do business with another store. Overall, I'm not difficult to please; conversely, I will not tolerate a self righteous attitude. read more

I have been a long time customer dropping off my packages here. Typically I have all ups packages but sometimes I have usps in which they offer the service to take and scan the packages. Today, I did have about 20 usps packages (more than usual) and I dropped I wheeled them in bc I am 8 months pregnant. The manager who is a more elderly lady, immediately started complaining on how she had to scan these packages (a service they provide) and then at the ends tells me " do not come here again with these many packages, I will not accept it." Her tone was rude as if I did something to her. I was shocked bc usually everyone is so pleasant there. I have never had an issue until today. If you can't take packages from usps...fine, but don't advertise that you offer the service of taking and scanning the packages. It felt like they just wanted to complain the entire time of doing their job. I am truly disappointed in how the manager handled it with her attitude. If there is a limit on how many packages can be dropped off they should express that in their service. read more

Worst UPS store i ever work with! Not only they lost my Package 5 times and they never honor losing my packages. I end up taking photo of my package everytime i took and some never got it they still claimed i picked it up.
