Every time I come to this UPS Store, I'm greeted with kindness and a genuine smile. Polin consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. She is patient, attentive, and always willing to help. The store is exceptionally clean, organized, and inviting, creating a great experience from the moment you walk in. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service these days, and that's why I keep coming back. Thank you, Polin, for your dedication and for making every visit enjoyable. One of the advantages of an Amazon return is that you sometimes have to go to a UPS Store. This was my first visit to the store on Reseda, in Northridge. This location has a spacious inside and there is a lot of room to move around. It is uncluttered with all the supplies arranged so neatly. The Amazon return was seamless. All I needed was to tape the original packaging, which was kindly done by the charming owner, Polin. She was smiling, courteous and welcoming. It was a nice place to be with high class customer service. read more

Very easy to park as they have a lot in the back! Staff seems to just want people to come in in out, which can be good if that's what you need too. Just did some returns read more

Clean and spacious but a little dark, when I walked in i felt like only half the lights were on. Dropped off and was in and out in less than 3 minutes. I love that there's parking behind the store because street parking would be a nightmare! Now that I know I'll probably utilize this location more frequently! read more

My daughter shipped a package from here to Canada (small gift). Clearly the paperwork was not filled out correctly as about a week later we were told by UPS that we needed to fill out custom forms. We did and returned them, but the package still was never delivered (it actually was sent to a similar address blocks from us, but that is another story). Where this store failed - UPS won't resolve the issue and return the shipping fee unless we go through the store. But despite calling multiple times, no one ever returns the call. The manager is always "busy" or "out". So we have a package that was handled incorrectly, never delivered, and we are still out over $50 for the shipment. read more

Returns have always been a matter of stress for me, but the employees were extremely understanding while also providing helpful insight. Polin, the store owner was extremely helpful when it was clear we were confused on the shipping process. She was so kind and patient, I see myself continuing to do any postage at this specific FedEx. read more

The people who work here are ssssooo friendly & willing to help. Every last one of them. During the holiday season when it was crowded, they actually apologized for the wait. Unlike my previous UPS box location, this location offers the ability to access your box 24-hours a day with your key. Parking: street parking in front, parking lot in back accessible via the alley. FYI - The coffee shop next door gets very crowded & they tend to take up a lot of parking. read more

I came in to return a few Amazon items and the service was quick and efficient. There were only two customers ahead and the employees did a great job. I see why the ratings for this location are high. read more

This store is a throwback to an era where customer service and the customers being serviced comes first. As a business owner myself I noticed the attention to detail, along with the politeness of the staff make going there a positive experience. If you need anything shipped I could not recommend this store and their crew more. read more

The employees are generally friendly and the process is efficient. I discovered that there is parking in the back and I have started using this location more for Amazon returns. The lot can get full but may be less packed when the CSUN students are on break. read more

I've had consistently great experiences at this UPS Store on Reseda Blvd in Northridge. I've shipped packages here many different times, and every visit has been smooth and stress-free. The employees are always welcoming, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend! read more

The staff here are always prompt and quick to serve your needs. There is usually 2 staff at the counter, which is great if 1 staff gets backed up by a customer. I've come here multiple times and had no problem getting packages sent out. It's always clean, organized and well-kept. I have no issues here and would definitely recommend coming here to this branch! It's on Reseda blvd, which is bustling with other businesses nearby. The private parking space is entered through the side streets which come to the back, but there is also the possibility of street parking (which I don't recommend during busy rush hours). read more

I have never had a problem here. Most of the time I have done Amazon returns, which they are very quick when you do them through UPS. The staff is very friendly, and the place is quiet most of the time. As far as prices go, it honestly just depends case by case. The times I have shipped packages out of here they were very good with taking care of the items and helping me package correctly. Keep in mind there is parking on the side if you can't find street parking. read more

I stopped in this store today because I avoid the UPS store 0.2 miles from my home because it's often a bad experience. I received great service and helpful information. I will be coming to this UPS location when possible for shipping all my business orders. I strongly support small business owners with great service. The store was also most immaculate UPS store I have ever been in. read more

Great ownership and service. I walked in and was immediately impressed that the store was not only clean, organized and well-run, but also led by someone who truly cares. Pauline, the owner, was absolutely delightful and clearly dedicated to making sure every customer has a great experience from start to finish. You can tell she puts her heart into this business, and it really shows. I would drive to this UPS store even though there are ones closer to me. read more

One star horrible experience ive been their mailbox customer for a year, came in to renew and was treated like trash, worker came in added a manual late fee because it didn't pop up on the system and she was smirking the whole time and when i asked to call the manager she put her on the phone and kept smirking and laughing about what i'm saying like it didn't matter. You lost one will never renew with you guys again. read more

I have to give this UPS store and Polin and 5+++++++ Unfortunately, I was having an awful day a week ago and went to return some Amazon items. I did not have them boxed and needed to purchase a box. Shame on me for taking my bad day and KAREN attitude out on Polin. No matter how uncooperative I was, Polin still continued to provide me with caring EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Fast forward to yesterday when I had to return some more Amazon packages. And again, I needed to purchase a large envelop for me return. First thing I did was to apologize to Polin, the NEW OWNER!!!! I informed her that, though I was not kind to her the first time, I knew I owed her an apology, and I did profusely!!!! My business will always go to this store, this remarkably kind woman and her super nice staff. Thank you Polin for providing me with kindness even though I did not offer you the same! THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE. Because you just don't know what people are going through. I appreciate you not giving me what I gave you, but instead, treated me with respect. THANK YOU POLIN for bringing your business to our community, training yourself and your staff to rise above and showing your customers, the right way to deal with difficult customers. (".") Best of luck to you. I pray you are every successful as the new owner....CONGRTULATIONS AND MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT TO YOU AND YOURS!!!! read more

Polin, the owner of this location, couldn't have been nicer, more understanding, or more helpful. This location is close to my work and it was my first time here and I had a historical amount of Amazon returns to do. Polin and Faith made me feel welcomed and they were so understanding. I profusely apologized multiple times and they both reassured me throughout the process (I was there for about 40 minutes people!!). At the end of the transaction she thanked me for my business and said she hopes to see me soon. This small goodbye was so appreciated by a fellow small business owner. You rarely hear it these days but it goes such a long way. Next time I need something printed or shipped, I'm definitely stopping in. Thank you for being such a kindhearted person and professional business owner, Polin! And thanks again for your understanding, Faith! Kindly, Your Package Princess read more

This place is a gem. I was driving nearby running other errands and had some Amazon returns in the car. I saw how many perfect reviews and decided I would hop in and do the returns there. I had so many boxes I couldn't carry them all so I threw my car keys in one of the Amazon bags. I can't believe I taped the keys in and they were almost shipped off to never never land. EVA at this UPS intercepted them and saved my car keys. I can see why this UPS Store has impeccable reviews. Fantastic people, patient and such warm service. Thank you Eva and team. read more

This store offered great service when I visited about 2 years ago. Apparently, there was a recent ownership change and a decline in quality as part of that package (no pun intended). I came here yesterday to send a package over sees, but the clerk was clueless on how to access or establish a customer profile in the UPS database. Furthermore, this new associate was rude and condescending; instead of admitting his mistake and trying to correct it, he chose to match wits with the customer. I got impatient with this employee and decided to do business with another store. Overall, I'm not difficult to please; conversely, I will not tolerate a self righteous attitude. read more
