Don't trust this place. I went in Friday a.m. asking for same day delivery. Explained how important delivery was for same day or next day for documents. (Sat). Was told no same day, but could send next day. Paid almost $100. Checked tracking # the next morning and saw they scheduled delivery for Monday am. Frantic, I called the store, 9am sat. A woman answered and when I explained the situation, she laughed and said "everyone knows Friday am "next day" means next business day. Last time I'll use the services here. read more

I would not give any star to this place, it's ridiculous how pricey the lady charge for service fee on passport application. I went there to get my passport replacement, and already told the lady I filled out the application myself the other day, but she answered that's okay and still fill out the application again and charge me 98 bucks. That's insane for what she done this and won't refund me back. Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend this private service anymore. read more

Fast, convenient, got some docs notarized and renewed my passport and it was smooth and easy. Passport came back ahead of schedule.

Hard to believe how excessively rude these people are. The place is filthy, two little dogs will start chewing on your box corners if it's on the floor and the young teenager 'offered' to tape up the box then charged me $5. I pointed out that he should apprise people that his services come with a price tag and he lied and said he told me, then his mother in the corner started yelling that this is a business, not a charity, and of course we're going to charge you! This is a person who took the time to school me out while serving other customers. Really unprofessional. I dragged my shipment out and left. read more

I'm no longer a customer, but Tina called to yell at me?? Today (11-March, 2021) I received a call from Tina on my personal cell while I was at work. She screamed at me for writing a poor Yelp review. It was difficult for me to get a word in edge-wise, but while she was taking a breath I did encourage her to work on her customer service skills and take a moment to read other reviews for help. As you read this, please keep in mind that I left this mailbox service months earlier. Yet Tina had gone into her old customer contact list to find my personal cell and call just to yell at me. Before she hung up she made sure to tell me, "I don't care about your mail. Your mail is being returned." As you can see from earlier reviews, this place used to be a safe place with good service, but no longer. (sigh) read more

So I decided to add a star. The limited hours are still frustrating. But Cameron and Tina are really nice and accommodating. If you can get there during the day, this is a great place. read more

I always ship things out through UPS but as I get out of work late, it started becoming a hassle to do so specially right now due to COVID-19 causing businesses to close early. I started looking up places that do shipping services and came across Mail Box Services Plus. It seemed too good to be true since I'm about 2 buildings away so I walked over there and was greeted by Tina and she was very kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. She definitely made me feel right at home and answered every question I had without hesitation. I ended up staying a client with them due to their service and family ambience Tina gives out towards everyone. A few months ago I opened a business and now I also have a business mailbox with her and have had nothing but great experiences with Mailbox Services! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a family ambience with professionalism combined in one establishment. I will continue to remain a loyal client with Mailbox Services in the foreseeable future. Thank you Tina! read more

Got my passport on time. Thank you so much for your responsible work. Gonna make my trip on time :)

I came in at 4:40 pm an hour and 20 minutes before they close to get a Canadian Passport photo. When I got there the woman snapped at me a handful of times and then took my picture. When I reiterated that it was for my Canadian passport, she said "why didn't you say that before?" (I did) then she told me it was too late in the day to take my photo for a Canadian passport picture. They were still open for an additional hour. read more

These guys rule. Mailbox is conveniently located and has 24hr access, which I like. However, I make an attempt to go anytime I can during the day because the employees are always very friendly. Occasionally there is the sweetest dog that absolutely makes my day. :) -convenient -accessible -good service I will continue to use this mailbox. read more

Very rude lady on the phone. Was first on speaker and hung up on my twice. I had a simple shipping question. Hanging up on someone if very bad customer service. I don't know how you have a job. This was TODAY 6/7/22 at 12:28pm. read more

Don't believe the positive reviews (all the bad ones are conveniently filtered by Yelp) this business is dishonest. Do yourself a favor and read all the "not recommended" reviews to get an idea of why people are complaining about this business. The employees and the owner are very shady and they will try to rip you off. They charge about 30% more than other places, they have a $20 "key deposit" for each set of keys, plus other "fees" that are decided by the owner on a case-by-case basis. I have dealt with many mailbox services and this was by far the absolute worst. They forget to place your mail in the mailbox, sometimes for weeks, and take no responsibility for that. And if this is not bad enough, the employee working there is rude, unprofessional and clueless. read more

I've had mailbox here for years now. It is really great to have one address that doesn't change and where your packages can be delivered and picked up. They offer a lot of other services, too. The staff is super friendly and competent. There is a huge parking lot and as long as you don't go during the lunch or dinner rush, there is ample parking. read more

I swear to god if their shitty little dog nips at my legs again I'm calling animal control. Also to the woman who works there, don't be such a turd. Every single time I come in she looks bothered and pissed off and gives shitty glares. Leave your dog and your shitty attitude at home. In terms of the business. Prices are a little high and the customer service is decent if you don't count the woman. read more

Stay away from these people, I rented a business box from them 6 months ago , the husband was very nice the first day, so I prepaid for 6 months, however I saw the place was very disorganized and people are walking in and out without anybody monitoring them but I had already paid so I hoped for the best The next day we met the WIFE, she was extremely rude from day 1, I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, so we ignored her, however she never got better in 6 months, lol, she was always rude, and acted like she is doing you a favor, customer service definitely out the door there, finally after 6 months and constant my employees complaining about the rudeness of the wife, I decided to cancel, she actually held on to of my last box until we gave her $20 to release it, because my box was expired 1 day ago, it is joke!!!!!! Lol Stay away from these people, the everyday bad attitude definitely not worth it, she is so rude, she is laughable!! read more

This is my new "go-to" place. Tina and Megan are so incredibly helpful, patient, and answer all my shipping questions. They know their stuff and are willing to go above and beyond to make you feel cared for. FYI...they are one of the few places in town that take it all from USPS to DHL to FedEx. I live in Glendale and it's worth the drive here! read more

Excellent service, wonderful interaction with Alex! I previously tried to ship a return via UPS to China and they quoted me $200, thankfully they also directed me here. When I arrived it was pretty busy with people trying to deal with passport services. However, Alex took my package requested the return address, and allowed me to leave. He packaged my things and promptly called me to confirm the return address. He then took my card info over the phone and sent me a shipping confirmation. ~$30 to send my package back and excellent service. Can not recommend enough. read more

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I paid for an expedited passport renewal in mid-October and just received a notice that my form was incomplete/missing a signature. Tina initially assisted me with filling out the form but when I brought the issue to her attention and asked for a refund she immediately became defensive and assumed I did not fill out the form properly when we sat down together to fill it out. She began to talk over my friend and I as we tried to explain what the misunderstanding could have been but she refused to hear it and would not even meet us in the middle regarding a refund. Didn't even trust her enough to send the new application, which btw, I ended up filling out on my own. Horrible customer service and all around bad vibes. Waste of money. read more

I am a long-time customer of Mailbox Services Plus. I have always been more than satisfied with the assistance and attitude of customer service that I get whenever I walk in the door. They have never disappointed, and have often gone above and beyond to accommodate if I was running late, if I needed to drop something off, or if I need to pick something up. They've also helped me with passport service and notary service. And although I was a private customer for a long time, they've often proven to be very valuable as supporting my business needs as well. My young son and I went in looking for bubble wrap. They had some huge hay bale size but the gentleman kindly sold some to us 'by the foot'. Good service. These people hussles. I was getting a visa and my case was a little complicated. I had to go back and forth a few times adding documents but they kept me posted. Jess W. 07/05/2022 This is absolutely the worst Mail Box service I have ever used. They were rude and dismissive when I first went there to ship some gifts internationally and when I called them today after I learned that my shipment had not arrived. When I called on the phone, they were dismissive and non-helpful.I then went to their offices and got much the same rude dismissive conduct that had characterized the entire experience. It was like pulling teeth to get help. Finally, when I checked carefully today, I saw that the very rude manager with whom I dealth with intially and who was dismissive today had placed an incomplete address on the package. I am now trying to locate where a very important package is located and hope that her error has not caused the loss of an important gift. Don't go to this place! I won't ever again, unless I am serving them with legal process for negligent handling of a gift. read more
