Great service! Friendly staff. Lots of options to get what I need done. Parking can be a little tricky.

Great customer service, great location, and they get the job done with a smile. I've been coming for years! Five stars!

Been using this place for years. I started with the previous owner, and the current owner and staff are doing a great job still! Great option for people that need a stable address that's not listed as a PO Box. Also a great alternative that eliminates worrying about people stealing your packages delivered to your door. read more

I highly recommend this place Mailboxes N More: I was looking for a mailbox in this area and vetted literally every single space available in the general Sherman Oaks/Studio City area and this was the only place that really stood out for what I was looking for and their energy was fantastic. I was a client here for about 8 years and highly recommend this space to anyone looking. I moved out of the city and no longer needed it and David was very helpful during the transition and forwarded all the mail to me that I missed, highly recommended read more

great service from Arlene . Very helpful and quick. Would recommended to anyone who needs to mail something .

Really appalling service for a new potential customer. I walked out when he said the price would go up after a year. Its not what you say its how you say it. Happily went up the street to Postal Annex #15005 and thrilled I did. Amazing people. 1/20/22 UPDATE Received a letter from Dave (management) essentially accusing me that I had never been in the store. Why on earth would I make up such a tall tale to hurt a small business? You really know how to make things worse. I called them to clear up the situation, but once again was faced with an argumentative, unfriendly man (Dave) whom I believe is the gentleman who helped me. Just take the feedback and do better with new customers. Really simple. You lost a customer due to poor and offensive service. Totally get we all have bad days, but a new customer is like gold. read more

David spent so much time helping me print out shipping labels that I needed. Very kind and helpful.

Arlene and staff offered real customer service and helped me with a difficult situation. It is rare for a store to offer this type of genuine kindness. I will definitely be back! read more

Seriously do yourself a favor and stop shopping around. David is the epitome of a hard working , caring small business owner. He goes the extra mile, has super competitive rates and all the perks you may need. Also for those which have never had the experience of some of these mailboxes which have "sub" addresses ( for instance 1234 Main Street "C" unit 123) you are in for a nightmare as the mailman will put your mail in the real unit 123 and vice versa (meaning the apartment building upstairs). It always had this way of happening to the most important things also, lol. This place gives you a straight forward unit number , alleviating that issue. read more

Their customer service is great. The hours and flexibility of being able to pick up the mail is even better. But the only thing that might make me switch over is the 6 month minimum contract.... I found a place not much further away than this one from my house that does 3 months minimum and I'll probably be switching over unfortunately. But I do applaud these guys for being hard workers and for their customer service that's for sure. read more

Love this place. Reliable and friendly! Best mail store I've ever used. Staff is very helpful

This place is amazing and David is great. When you get a package you receive a text message and it was nice to see a handwritten Thank You note from David. I recommend this place looking for a great service, use of technology, has parking, and they give you a physical address instead of PO Box 972974. read more

David at Mailboxes N More is the best! He always greets me with a smile and makes me feel right at home when picking up my mail. I have never had an issue with parking (after COVID particularly) and it is so much easier to just pop in and mail a letter than going to the post office. Also, I have never had an issue with getting mail that was not mine, which is a constant issue at the post office when I had a PO Box there. read more

This mailbox business is impeccable. I had a PO box here for approximately 3 years and have had a fantastic experience. David Kim is phenomenal with customer service. I was conveniently messaged whenever I received a package, and they would give me the option to hold the package in a locker if I was only able pick it up after hours. I had to end my services here because I moved, but even after my services have ended, David kindly messages me for pieces of mail that have been sent in the interim of changing my address. I would full-heartedly recommend this business to anyone. Thank you Mailboxes N More! read more

This mailbox store is a class act. I had a particular problem with a mailbox and they went over and above to help me. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone. read more

The folks that run this business are fabulous. Because I had been in India in February and March I was asked to vacate my office when I returned. It was easy enough to bring some of my files to my home and work from there but what was I going to do about the mail? I went to Mail Boxes N More and David and Jerry were so helpful. They got everything set up making my very stressful situation a bit easier. read more

I've been a Mailboxes N More customer for almost a year now and David has been incredible from the beginning. The establishment is well set-up and love the customer service. I get a an influx of packages and they're great with friendly reminders and holding onto my packages as needed. It's also clean and well-run with COVID preventative measures intact. I would 100% recommend this place. Also, there's always parking! read more

I've been with Mailboxes N More for YEARS and always had amazing service. David is super nice and with COVID I feel safe going in, employees wear a mask and social distance. I love how convenient this place is and you can reserve a mailbox for a package to pick up after closing hours. I definitely recommend this place over any mailbox locations, I've tried many and this place is it ! read more

I'm not sure his name, but the gentleman who often works at the counter is always so kind and helpful. I just wanted to give a shout out!

Living in Los Angeles I needed a secure measure for my mail and packages to arrive as there has been a increase in theft of deliveries and mail. I was looking for a convenient and trustworthy place and came across Dave at Mailboxes N More. They are amazing. I have been a valued customer for the last couple of years. My packages are received and stored for me so I can pick them up at my convenience and I also get alerts for items that are awaiting my pick up. Dave and his staff are friendly and offer a full array of postal and mailing services so they have become my one stop shop. Thank you! read more

This place is the best! Very reliable and honest. I needed a P.O. box while in between addresses and looking for a new apartment. Unfortunately, even after changing all my mail over to my new apartment finally, some important mail still came to the P.O. Box after I had closed it. The owner was very generous and still text me to let me know and be able to pick it up. Anytime I had to mail a package from here it was very swift with no problems at all. Great service, kind, honest and reliable. Thank you! read more

Recently I was mailed some medication for an important procedure that I had to have done. Due to some confusion on my part I thought the package was in my mailbox. It turns out that it was being held by the owner. David drove 30 mins on a Sunday to make sure that I had them for my Monday procedure. Thank you so much! The place has free parking, 24 hour access, and is located just off the 101 freeway (Van Nuys Blvd. exit). read more

We have had a PO Box at Mailboxes n More since 2012. David is awesome! Extremely helpful and always lets us know when we have a package. He and his team are helpful with mailing out packages through any carrier. I was also able to send a fax from here (which is rare). Everyone is always friendly, and will go above and beyond to help with our every need. I highly recommend getting a PO Box here or just using the mailing services. This place will quickly become your local go to for anything shipping related! read more

I've had a Mailbox here for over 11 years. While other Mailbox businesses are closing, David is expanding. That's because you'll not find the level of service you get here. He's trustworthy, honest and always on top of things. I travel a lot and I know that all my mail and my packages are safe with David. Great location, dedicated parking, and 24/7 access. I definitely recommend this place because it took me a long time to find someone I can trust and feel comfortable with and I will be here for many years to come. read more

We stared up a company 3 years ago but didn't have an office yet, this was the perfect spot to get our mail and show a suite number to make us look more established in the beginning. Even after finding an office, we still continue to use Mail Boxes N More as our primary mailing address. With David's outstanding customer service and 24/7 access, it makes picking up our mail so easy. I am so glad we found this place! read more

10 *'s. David and his "sidekick" are TERRIFIC (and super funny together). This is my second visit to the store and I am so impressed. Great service, they do a wonderful job of packing things up, and getting things out. The store has a nice display of cards, beautiful wrapping paper and a a few knickknacks (yep, correct spelling) to throw into your package last minute. Just a friendly and helpful vibe. I had a place that I loved and used for 20 years, and since moving I was reluctant to stop making the trek back, but I found a new "home" - thanks, David! I will be your new favorite client! read more

David is amazing and always takes care of me. I can't imagine any better customer service. They are amazing. Been with them at least 7 years if not more. I recommend them they definitely give you 5 star treatment especially since I am out of the country a lot. read more

Nice guy, but a scam artist! Brought 70 pieces of mail in. He charged me $4.27 per piece. Told me that it was too thick and not bendable and that there's an additional charge. Told me that they get a 10% mark-up for their service. I was fine with that. When one piece was returned to me due to a mistake on the address, I noticed that the postage stamp was only $3.55. WOW! Hardly a 10% mark-up. When I put the piece in a new envelope, he tried to charge me $4.27 again!!!! WHAT???? He told me it wasn't the same piece as before. DON'T THINK SO!!!!! Went down to the post office at Maxon's. Nicest lady you'll ever meet. She said my piece was bendable and that the charge was $1.95!!!!! WHAT??????? This guy was completely dishonest and I feel totally taken advantage of! WOW! Live and learn... read more

I've had a mailbox at Mail Boxes N More for years. It has been absolutely reliable and trustworthy, and the location is hard to beat. David, the owner, is friendly and professional, and he has come to my rescue on several occasions by providing fax and notary services. When I went through a protracted period of illness, David (and Dennis, his right-hand man) did everything they could to accommodate me, even insisting on carrying packages out to my car to spare me the effort. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty! They also email me every time I receive a package, which I find very helpful. read more
