When I was preparing to move from California back to New York, I had several pieces of framed artwork that meant a great deal to me but had been left behind by my movers. I was honestly nervous about shipping them because I had previously sent artwork to myself through another carrier, and it arrived damaged. When I brought the artwork into The UPS Store, I explained my concerns to Reggie. He immediately put me at ease, telling me that he regularly packs and ships artwork for a nearby gallery and that he would take special care of mine. He absolutely delivered on that promise. The care that Reggie and Cam took in packing my artwork was extraordinary. Every piece was wrapped as though it were irreplaceable. The glass was protected with a special film to prevent damage to the artwork if it were ever to break, each piece was expertly cushioned and secured, and everything was packed so thoughtfully that I honestly don't think it could have shifted during shipping if someone had tried. The shipment actually arrived a day earlier than expected, but what impressed me most was opening the box and seeing the level of craftsmanship and care that had gone into the packing itself. It was immediately obvious that they had treated my artwork with the same attention they would have given their own. In a world where it's easy to overpromise and underdeliver, Reggie and Cam did exactly the opposite. They promised they would take exceptional care of my artwork, and they exceeded every expectation. This is a long overdue review. My home location because the staff is always on point. But I do want to have a SPECIAL shoutout to Cam. He ALWAYS smiling. He makes me laugh. He always says welcome back when I come into the store. I appreciate that he actually cares and want to support the guest with the drop off. I typically come for the Amazon Dropoff. BUT my sister was moving out of state and again Cam was SO GENEROUS. He helped us with our boxes, the packaging and assuring that her items got to her new destination in a timely manner. The price to ship was not bad so we were happy with the results. They also have mailboxes. They can print out anything for you. They have notary services. Just a one stop shop. Great location BUT I WILL SAY that it is ANNOYING in the parking lot. No blame to them but man, it's a tricky parking lot. You have to know the right time to go. They also have a candy basket for a sweet treat. Give my guy, Cam, a promotion. It is well deserved. read more

UPS as a service is good if not great. Certainly better than the Amazon clown car. This location is seriously understaffed. Came in to pick up a parcel that was being held for me. One customer was being helped, another was in front of me, so I was second in line. Took a total of 13 minutes with no acknowledgment that I was waiting. I don't blame the friendly staff, rather the issue is management. They need more than one person working the desk at high traffic times. I'll only come in when I absolutely have to as this has happened multiple times now. read more

I was here to have something shipped out at 6:56pm. There was an African American man at the counter, so I asked for help. He was very dismissive and preferred to have a conversation with his co-worker over assisting me with my package. Customer service was complete garbage. read more

We were a customer in this facility for over 5 years. The staff are not always helpful. For a while we were getting a lot of packages. An incident happened where they accused us of getting a package that did not belong to us. The day in question, my daughter went with my grandson. She was carrying 18 packages and nobody from the store assisted her to her car. A few days later, we were told that a package was missing & they think it was given to us by mistake. The biggest issue is the description they keep giving us changes. First I was told that it was in a dark plastic bag shaped like a shoebox. When we asked who the packages was addressed to, they refused to give us the name & what it contained. We have 3 businesses & for us to check & ask our employees & doctors, we need to know what we are looking for. After a few days, they sent us a picture of a regular colored box and told us this was the box that they may have written our box number. We tried to explain that a few people handles our mail & it is but logical that when we asked them if they have seen the specific box, we would give them the benefit was addressed to & what is the contents of the box. They just kept calling & sending us emails & we told them that to find this so called list box we really need to know the name on the box or the contents. They just kept saying it is a one of a kind item that is very expensive. That does not help us look for it or solve the problem. Finally, the company told us that we can no longer use the services basicalky accusing us of stealing a box that we have to knowledge of the contents & we do not understand why they could not give us the name on the box that they claim we took. Descriptions and pictures sent to us did not prove anything & it definitely is not our fault if the box was given to us by mistake. Out medical staff & doctors told us that for some reason we were discriminated since the staff just wanted us to be the fall guy so their boss will not blame them. We have always paid a year to 3 years in advance & if we were given a chance to give us the name on the box and a proper description & contents then we could investigate further but it really was preposterous to ask our staff to look for a mystery box with unknown addressee & contents. We don't know who the owner of the said box but we have no idea why she could complain & make her story stick instead of carefully getting both sides together & solve the problem. The staff saved their butt by pointing to the people who just happen to pick up boxes on the same day. Instead of an apology for accusing us we were treated like a common criminal & punished as such. I even recommended some of our doctors to use this facility but upon learning how they operate they said they will just finish the months they paid for. On top of that the location has a very bad parking situation. We ourselves had packages that some courier left at the door before they are open & we list numerous packages but blame has to be given to the right people. read more

Her personality is down to earth and she's very personable. She helped make something that was stressful for me into something very quick and easy without hesitation. This store has been the most accommodating and most supportive to me, with friendly faces that remember me each time I come through. Terrible service here today. They used to allow you to send an email to their store email to print a label. No more they have a separate computer where you have to sign in to your personal email and print which is crazy. Why would I sign into a public computer with my personal email?!? On top of this they charge 2.00 just to use the computer. I was trying to figure out how to print and it took me awhile because when I clicked the printing services button it would go to an errored out web page. Then I asked the worker for help and he said you have to sign on to the internet to print. There were no instructions posted how is a person supposed to know?! What is the point of the printing services button? I ended up getting charged 2.50 to print absolutely nothing. Don't come to this store it sucks now. read more
