I walked in yesterday at 9:15AM and was greeted by Ray with a nice smile and demeanor. He even shook my hand when he approached me. You rarely see that these days. Wanted to know how he could help me? I wanted to print, make more of my business cards; and he was happy to help. Later, I noticed that I still had a lot of my old business cards in my box. Ray was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He even gave me ideas to order my cards from Vista Printing(since the original ones that I had was from them). He said they should have your profile at Vista Printing. Their prices were affordable and vary on what type of work you want to do from this lovely, clean Copy Hub. I saw some quality looking posters in the store that he had worked on and looked FANTASTIC!! He handed me his business card and said "you are more than welcome to drop by whenever you need any one of our services. They had HD copy machines, printers, fax machines, computers, and more.. They also had colorful papers(good quality), to do art work. Their specialties are: copy, & color copy, printing/scanning services. I would highly recommend this printing shop to anyone. I needed some flyers printed. Went to FedEx. The copies were a dollar apiece and they could not work with a document created in PowerPoint. I went home to create the PDF and decided to call copy hub to a price. Prices were less than half. Ray was friendly and helpful. Copies were done between the drive from our house to the store, which is about five minutes. Absolutely recommend! read more

Ray is a mensch! He is an incredible professional and human, saving the day for us with a time sensitive school project. Not knowing about copy hub, we initially called Kinkos to ask if they could bind some pages together into a booklet...."we can't do laminated pages." We scrambled and pivoted and found copy hub. Ray told us no problem, did it in 5 minutes perfectly. Once we got home we realized we had to change the content of a section and redo it but the store was about to close. Ray said to come down. We recently used Copy Hub for several poster jobs for a nearby conference and found their work to be above and beyond. We didn't know them before, and their communication over email and phone, as a small business, was always professional, courteous, and with action in mind whether it was about timing, adding onto the project needs, or delivery. Copy Hub has ample parking in their lot, and seems to have a steady hum about the place for big and small jobs alike, which they seem to do with ease. I can't say anything bad about the place, because there was nothing bad at all with the service nor the work product. When you're in the midst of running abt town for fittings, testing for Covid-19 for set and packing for a shoot. Then production sends contracts which you occasionally cannot sign virtually. This is where I go to print last minute and when I'm in a hurry. Ray is amicable and has everything you need for your work needs. You can eml him your contracts for work in a minute and ta-da he has them printed. His rates are more affordable than FedEx AND not crowded with ppl, which feels like a death wish during these Corona times. He allows only 3 ppl in at a time! It's awesome. I know I'm odd and don't own a printer but I really do try my very best to continue a sustainable way of living and keep a low carbon-footprint. Overall customer service was good. I requested a same day service which I received. However, the quality of the service was lacking and somewhat deceitful. I was provided a sample and approved the quality and requested 40 copies to be made. Took about an hour and it was ready. I spot checked the first few which looked good. I had to distribute my funeral booklets the same day and to my disbelief the other 30+ copies were TERRIBLY folded; jagged edges, wrinkly, not scored, not clean, as if you were to fold cardboard. I guess I needed to check all to make sure they were of quality. I unfortunately had to distribute the booklets of said poor quality which was embarrassing on my end. Word to wise: perform your own due diligence. read more

Ray is a lifesaver! I'd been pretty stressed out lately, with having no access to my office and a decent printer for a large'ish print job I needed for a volunteer project. I needed a curriculum printed and tried going to Staples where it was just a complete disaster and pricey at that, which was a no go. I stopped in to ask Copy Hub if I could email over the files and have them printed. This was an instant yes, and received within seconds. Ray even asked if I wanted them 3 hole punched so I could toss them in a binder. This was all complete in a manner of minutes as I walked home to grab my wallet. The prices are the best you will find and supporting a small business is way more my speed than shopping at a Staples. I recall ages ago, my son needing something printed and we came in here and experienced the same superb service. I highly recommend Copy Hub, you won't find a better service in town if you try. I went to get a lot of copies printed for just 10 cents a copy which is cheaper than Staples and Officemax. I am used to sending the email for print and getting a print code at the latter stores, which is only accessible to me. Coming to this family owned store was different, taking me back to my roots. The owner offered his store to use their desktop or the wifi or whatever that makes me comfortable to get my copies printed. At the end, there were lots of customers and he saw me counting the prints which came to 157 and without a flinch, he made the bill based on my number. I insisted to charge extra but he denied. This family is not here to do business but to genuinely help the community. If you ever pass by, go tell them hello and do business with them as they are the sweetest couple. read more
