I walked in here to get my passport ID taken and the process couldn't have been easier. One of three of their staff warmly welcomed me and assisted me in the process of taking my passport ID photo. Kassandra who helped me grabbed her camera and assembled on a rectangular ring light and took me to a section of the store where she pulled down a white screen backdrop so that I could stand in front of yr for my photo. She was so great because I got to try several shots so that I could choose the photo of my choice. In less than 10 minutes with the printing, cutting, and paying I was walking out in under 10 minutes. This was all for $20 for 2x of your passport photos. Awesome experience. read more

So I had to return an Amazon purchase & this is one of the stores that came up. I walk in to store #2036, a few customers are to the side like they're waiting for something & no one is in line. A young lady kinda waves me over & I let her know I have an Amazon return. Note I was not greeted by her or anyone, just kinda waved over. I hand my package to her & she scans & does some things; no questions, no small talk, no smile & hands me a paper. Now, I have returned only a few items & to Amazon Fresh & they let me know what's going on, walk me through the return process - she did none of this & handed me a paper. I didn't know what to do with it, I ask her what it is, she kinda sighs and says it's your receipt. Ok, no big deal, I say thank you & she just looks away. No goodbye, no thanks for coming in. Imho, she REALLY needs some refreshing on how to treat people because even though I wasn't technically a customer, she was not polite in the least & I will not be back to this store for any reason. read more

Came by on a Sunday afternoon, which is a plus that this store is open on a Sunday as this is my only day off and usually I run my errands. I called ahead just to confirm the hours as listed on Yelp, and it was correct. I parked inside the structure and the entrance is located on the back part, not the front facing street. I can see this parking lot be a hot mess and busy during other normal busier days, but there is also plenty of street parking. Staff was nice when I arrived and easily helped me with an item that I needed to return back to amazon. it is always best to come prepared and ready to drop off your package, as this will ease up lines in store and also help out the staff members. this saved me a lot of time, I literally went in and I was ready to get my day going about. So yes, I recommend this location if you need to drop off on a Sunday. read more

Terrible. Sent in a print job after trying to reach them on the phone all morning. Their phone number does not work. They do not reply to requests for information or contact. I drove there in the pouring rain only to be told that 1-their color printer doesn't work, and 2-they charge 40 cents a black and white self serve copy. Never ever again. read more

I came here pretty often for different things. It is one of the closets locations to me. I always had a good experience here. There are several different employees who have helped me out. Can't remember anyones names. Most times I come in, its for returns, supplies and just recently passport photos. I do not deal with UPS for shipping just because our business uses another service. But they have been helpful and nice to me each time I have come in. Lines can get slightly long, but move quickly. Some pricing seems a bit high at times, but the employees are not the ones who make the prices. read more

I've tried this place 3 times now, just to make ups returns, and every time, I end up leaving with my same packages, because they send me away to get a different sized box or a better box or to print my own label at home first or just that they can't take it anyway, even though Amazon is making me return it to ups. my advice, just go to a ups store that may be more helpful and isnt just trying to get you to buy their tape or their boxes or their additional services. read more

This review is related to an interaction I had with an employee who works there by the name of Nick. Short stalky guy. I walked there yesterday sending some package. My turn came, and I approached the counter and came across this guy with a major attitude. He snapped at me while looking away and told me, "Hurry up and show me your package code." He kept on pushing me and rolling his eyes and pushing me. I finally put him in his place and walked out of the place. If I was on his shoes working in a small mom and pop shipping store as a clerk at the prime of his age where he should be owning a business or have a decent job, I would also be upset! But news flash!! You chose to be a clerk at a shipping store. This job requires customer service and patience. A career in customer service is not a good fit for you! You should maybe change your job to a mover or laborer that doesn't require you to interact with customers. read more

I saw 2 previous reviews talk about an employee Nick's attitude, including a review written by "Armel B" two months ago, so I'm adding my complaint. This is my second negative interaction with Nick, who Armel described as a "short stalky guy"--I'm not trying to be offensive as I am short myself, that's an accurate description of him. Today, I sent two emails of labels to the store because the label of the first email was voided from an error on my end. So I asked Nick if he could confirm that he was printing the label from the second email. It's a simple request. Nick kept saying "I got you bro, I got you" without showing that he was on the second email when I asked if he could be sure and just READ ME THE SUBJECT NAME of the email. Instead of doing that, which would simply clear the matter up, Nick just kept going I got you bro, and then he developed an attitude. Let me be very clear: I lost out on a $300 refund in the past from an error like this. So if Nick gets an attitude with me because he thinks I'm being unnecessary in just asking for a simple thing such as showing the email or reading the subject matter, Nick needs an attitude adjustment. In my previous interaction with Nick, he carried a know-it-all attitude with a situation where I contradicted him (he implied that all Amazon deliveries come with an Amazon box; I simply said when Amazon HAND DELIVERS a signature required package, half the time it doesn't have an Amazon box, such as when I got my S24 Ultra delivered). Nick rolled his eyes at that as if it wasn't true when he can literally order a f****ing phone from Amazon and see for himself. I'm really not sure why this guy has this attitude, but if I were to guess, his know-it-all demeanor leads him to believe he is correct no matter what without the consideration of nuances, which is just blind arrogance from literally a UPS guy. He needs to realize he's not working at the CIA, nor is he an infallible and all seeing genius that is right in every situation NO MATTER WHAT NUANCES ARE POSSIBLE. The employees are rude and incompetent. It's always busy and messy inside. I do not recommend this location. Go anywhere else and be treated better. The employees have bad attitudes. I go out of my way to go to another store. I won't give my money to them. There's boxes everywhere making it hard to move inside. Service is bad. The employees all have sour faces and attitudes. This UPS store itself is pretty good, however it is doomed by a poor store layout and THE WORST parking lot in L.A. So the UPS store is what you'd expect. They're very courteous and helpful. They always do a good job of helping you ship whatever you need to send. They also have mailboxes for rent, and they offer copy services as well. They do a good job overall, and I would recommend this store on those merits alone. However, the layout of the store is just terrible. The service counter is at the very end of the space, and the rented mailboxes form a hallway to get there. The problem? The route to get in, the route to get out, and the line are all the same place. So if there are more than two customers in the store it already feels crowded. Imagine what it's like when it's busy?! And the parking lot is even WORSE! This might be the worst parking lot in los Angeles. Seriously. There's, no good entrance and then there's a weird island that really clogs it up even more. Also, the spaces are SUPER small. So, if it's not busy this place is great. Otherwise, maybe go to a different location. read more

I come here for any shipment that requires ups. It's a small one so I can see there being a wait during busy times or holidays maybe. This is a good solid UPS store. I go here to do my Amazon returns. The parking lot is a nightmare, which knocks a five-star review down to four. I'm not just talking little nightmare, either -- this is the kind of parking lot where accidents and nervous breakdowns happen. I confess that I like this UPS store because it is in the same mall with a good Starbucks, and I'm a coffee addict. The people who work in this UPS store are quick and efficient. This place is always terrible with long lines and rude service every time I go - there is no such thing as a slow time or a less busy day. And every time I go I hate it. The workers are always so rude as if by sending a package you're an inconvenience to them. One time I ordered something for pickup (3 laminated copies) and they never completed the order. I had to wait for it there and since they rushed it because I was waiting the lamination was awful with tons of air bubbles. Avoid this place if you can. read more

I do not recommend this location. I've used this location for like the past four years. Today I had a package delivered here and the man that normally helps me helped me. However today he seemed flustered and overwhelmed. The shop had packages everywhere and he was short and less than kind. He's acted like this the past months or so, that I've had packages sent here before, but I chalked it up to maybe him having a bad day or something. However today, before even looking for my package he told me that it wasn't there and that I'd made a mistake that it wasn't scanned in yet. When I said it was, he then tells me to come and look through all the packages for my package. I told him I wasn't comfortable looking through other's packages for my own, especially since this was his job to do. He then told me it wasn't there and I'd made a mistake and to come back. It wasn't super busy, so it confused me him being so flustered. I told him that I'd just got the confirmation and that he had to help me find my package. He then tells me, " Do you think I have time to look through all these packages for you? " After he said this I told him that I didn't need his assistance anymore and I would ask one of the other workers to help me. As I said this one woman worker said she would help me. I went to her and then told her that I had confirmation and the name of the girl who had signed for it, whose name was Vanessa. It just so happened the woman who offered to help me was the Vanessa who'd signed. I also recognized her because she's normally super nice when I come in there, like she was today. As she was searching in the system I looked I saw my package and pointed to where it was behind the counter. He grabbed it and was like " This was the first package I showed you." I replied it was not, because if it was then why would we still be looking. He then said, the packaged wasn't labeled correctly, but then Vanessa pointed out the UPS access point label. He THEN says well your name is not on it, and then Vanessa had to show him where my name was. At this point I would have expected an apology for his behavior AND trying to blame everyone but himself for just simply being wrong, but he didn't. He seemed to get more mad that it was actually there like I said. At this point I just told him it's okay to be wrong, we all are some point in life. He just walked away. I was also in shock to find out he was the ACTUAL OWNER OF THE STORE, named NAREN. ACTUAL SHOCK. I have no idea what has happened to this guy in the past years or so, but the store is very unorganized and he was so unkind to me for no apparent reason. I have to be fair and say he wasn't like this a while back, this guy use to be so chill. Unfortunately today based on how I was treated I would not recommend this location anymore. I also wouldn't recommend it based on how disorganized it was as well, (there were boxes everywhere). Another worker was telling him my package might be in the back, and when I spotted it, it was right in the front in the bin. They had no idea where the new scans were at. Also with him telling me to look for my own package, I wouldn't trust my package being here in any capacity. Customers shouldn't be looking through other customers packages looking for their own. Those are the reason I won't return, but what really made me write this review wasn't even his treatment, as much as it was his pride not allowing him to give a simple apology for being SO wrong and continuing to try to prove me at fault some how even AFTER the package had been found. He escalated a simple error on his part in front of other customers just to still be wrong. I understand we all make mistakes, but it's how we handle them that makes the difference. He did not handle this properly at all. It's a shame that this location has gone down hill this way, it use to be my favorite. read more
