I inquired via their online contact form about a service on November 7, 2018 and have yet to receive a response. I'm not sure why - but it's pretty unprofessional to not respond, even if a service isn't offered. I ordered matte card stock and they ended up printing gloss. Which turned out to work for me as I liked the gloss better than the matte. Erwin is a cool guy! The service is so good, I have to update every time we use MMP. Norm is such a pleasure to deal with, he is efficient and super helpful always. My boss recently asked me to have some flyers made up for our dance studio - from scratch this time. I can use adobe, but it takes me forever to figure out what I'm doing, so I contacted Norm and he set up a meeting with Erwin, their graphic designer. It was my first time in the store which is in the most perfect location: plenty of parking, nice area, easily accessible, and the door was open letting in the loveliest breeze. Erwin was super cool and professional and in less than an hour we had a gorgeous flyer made up. My boss made a few tiny edits that were taken care of with lightening speed and 4 days later (two weekend days in there) we had 3,000 flyers hand delivered by Norm.
