I needed some flyers made for later this week to promote my music at an event, and the prices I was getting calling all around town for 8.5 x 11 color prints were absolutely outrageous. I saved well over half getting them done here, so trust me, don't waste your time calling around. He even resized my flyer, as the file somehow ended up much larger than 8.5 x 11. I also had a few copies laminated for display, and everything was neatly cut in half. I'm very pleased with the job Sam did, and he was very nice to deal with, too. We have been going to Sam for over a year now to get various things printed. When we are in the shop in person he greets us with a smile. When we communicate over texting and emails, he replies right away. The quality of the prints he has done for us have been amazing thus far. This is the company you've been searching for - hands down the best customer service I have ever received from a print shop. I had a short deadline to convert nearly 2,000 pages, from 10 volumes, into PDFs. I called in the morning and checked on pricing - which was very competitive. Other firms were being very wishy washy as to their ability to complete the job on time - and this was a legal document for which the deadline could NOT be missed, even if it meant me hand-scanning for 48 hours straight. Thank goodness I found Sam and Printnet. When I called back, he said, get it here by 2:30 and I'll have it to you BEFORE your deadline. I got there at 2:29. I got a call late into the evening, possibly even outside of normal business hours, letting me know my job was done - a full day early. I went from being in a panic in the morning, to a relaxing cocktail in the evening, a thumb drive of PDFS in my pocket and all my binders put together. Sam at Printnet did an amazing job of printing up our invitations for a large 90th birthday party recently. He is one of a kind insofar as it being difficult to find a printer with a SMALLER printing press. Most printers now only have the larger machines. We purchased invitations that are meant to be do-it-yourself invitations, where you feed them through your own printer, etc. No time for that! Just took them to Sam who patiently laid our draft out on his huge Mac and refined the font, spacing, design, etc. with us to our satisfaction. Once that was done, he printed them up timely and they came out beautifully! We could not be more pleased and the price was definitely reasonable.
