Ray was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He even gave me ideas to order my cards from Vista Printing(since the original ones that I had was from them). He said they should have your profile at Vista Printing. Their prices were affordable and vary on what type of work you want to do from this lovely, clean Copy Hub. I saw some quality looking posters in the store that he had worked on and looked FANTASTIC!! A young lady kinda waves me over & I let her know I have an Amazon return. Note I was not greeted by her or anyone, just kinda waved over. I hand my package to her & she scans & does some things; no questions, no small talk, no smile & hands me a paper. Now, I have returned only a few items & to Amazon Fresh & they let me know what's going on, walk me through the return process - she did none of this & handed me a paper. I didn't know what to do with it, I ask her what it is, she kinda sighs and says it's your receipt. Ok, no big deal, I say thank you & she just looks away. No goodbye, no thanks for coming in. Imho, she REALLY needs some refreshing on how to treat people because even though I wasn't technically a customer, she was not polite in the least & I will not be back to this store for any reason.

I exchanged a number of emails regarding this project and they were quick to respond to each one. I gave them a call once and Alan was very attentive. I inquired for 2 quotes: one for replacing the logo only and the second for replacing the entire signage. They took the time to come over to the property to get all right dimensions for the second quote. I appreciate the attention to detail with the warm light bulbs. They did a great job in making sure the logo would have a nice glow. I am very happy with their service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND My Sign Design to anyone looking for outdoor signage.
