Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

From our first meeting I became irritated being talked to like a four-year old. I'm 74. And it went downhill from there. I'll spare you. The most egregious part was the charges I unwittingly incurred. Yes, I was told that design help would cost me $95/hour charged in 15 minute increments... so I laid it all out myself, including the fonts and sizes for the text part of my MAILING postcard as previously discussed and as it appeared in my layout. When the time came to approve everything and pay a deposit, I was charged two hours for design work when I was emailing her guy to get everything 'right'. Two hours!? I assure you if I had been sitting with him, it would have been no longer than half an hour, but how could I argue the two hours when I had no leg to stand on... so here I am wanting a lousy 200 postcards and I'm being charged $475! Okay, I'm a fool... Outrageous, so now I 'sent' via Zelle $200 and now I was committed. Next day an email stating that I did something 'wrong' in my Zelle deposit to please look into it before I pick up order. I do. She had never activated her Zelle account so I canceled my payment and I tell her I'll pay by check or credit card when I pick up. I go to pick up my order... and the back of the card was NOT for mailing. It was in announcement format. Nadia says, "Well, you approved it... " my response, "You've been nothing but a nightmare. I'm done with you." and walked out. Today I went to Staples. I'm getting 100 postcards for $65.... much better deal, don't you think? And they were awfully nice to boot. Just saying. Cosmetic damage to the back arm. Terrible look. I did a search for drone repair in LA and found this establishment. Dropped my drone off at 12pm and was able to pick it up at 7pm. I thought I wasn't going to see my drone for at least a week. Ludmil helped me out and was extremely thorough in explaining what was broken and what process he would be going through to fix everything. He's a good guy. Excellent customer service and cool to talk to. He knows his stuff! I took my drone out for a test flight the next day. Flew for an hour testing all gimbal movements, flight modes, etc. and everything worked like I never crashed it. I would definitely recommend coming here for any drone repair needs.
