Ray was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He even gave me ideas to order my cards from Vista Printing(since the original ones that I had was from them). He said they should have your profile at Vista Printing. Their prices were affordable and vary on what type of work you want to do from this lovely, clean Copy Hub. I saw some quality looking posters in the store that he had worked on and looked FANTASTIC!! He handed me his business card and said "you are more than welcome to drop by whenever you need any one of our services. They had HD copy machines, printers, fax machines, computers, and more.. They also had colorful papers(good quality), to do art work. Their specialties are: copy, & color copy, printing/scanning services. I would highly recommend this printing shop to anyone. I wasn't sure if I should drop it in the shipping bin next to the kiosk... There was no way to tell if the pin was full or not but a FedEx team member asked if I was set and offered to take it off my hands and put it with her outgoing packages so I was grateful. The layout of this center is clean and pretty spacious. There were only two other customers in the store, stocked shelves and supplies including tape, cards, envelopes, packaging, boxes and a ton of notebooks and pads... Even some clearance supplies as well as grab-n-go beverages and snacks. Easy parking next to Starbucks in the Gelson's and Best Buy shopping center on Van Nuys Blvd and Milbank. I was looking to print some digital photos and was hoping to go with a small business instead of…read moregoing to a FedEx or Shutterfly. I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

Stop into The UPS Store to return shirt I ordered online…read more I started the process at home and they gave me the choice of a few locations, but this one was one of the closests as well as one I'd stopped in before YEARS ago for stamps and to mail a small package to a friend. It's very small inside, but they have plenty of people to help you out, kiosk and a few easy items for sale, like packing tape (priced higher), envelopes, boxes and the mailing service essentials. I hoped in line with only one person in front of me, two people at the registers handling their shipping needs and only waited maybe five minutes or so. I had my QR/barcode ready on my phone and package resealed (plenty of packing tape at home). The UPS Store Clerk printed my label and placed it on top. She gave me a receipt and I was done in under ten minutes total. The line did grow a bit behind me [Sunday was pretty busy]. They are open all seven days of a full week 9 AM to 7 PM [Monday through Friday], only until 5PM Saturdays and shortened hours of 10 AM to 3 PM on Sundays. There's parking in the back just down the alley off Woodman Avenue (you can also enter from here). Street parking directly on Ventura Blvd [meter only]. Super easy location. Super good service. And super powerful ac/heater (so if you run cold, you're be extra cozy, unfortunately I run hot lol).
