At this point, I ordered numerous business cards ... some with beautiful artwork, some with my headshots, some for business, some for personal, brochures, and now a complicated print for me for a film related project. If you are new to the printing world and need assistance... go elsewhere. Nadia was highly recommended to me, so I thought 'how wonderful' so off I went. From our first meeting I became irritated being talked to like a four-year old. I'm 74. And it went downhill from there. I'll spare you. The most egregious part was the charges I unwittingly incurred. Yes, I was told that design help would cost me $95/hour charged in 15 minute increments... so I laid it all out myself, including the fonts and sizes for the text part of my MAILING postcard as previously discussed and as it appeared in my layout. When the time came to approve everything and pay a deposit, I was charged two hours for design work when I was emailing her guy to get everything 'right'. Two hours!? I assure you if I had been sitting with him, it would have been no longer than half an hour, but how could I argue the two hours when I had no leg to stand on... so here I am wanting a lousy 200 postcards and I'm being charged $475! Okay, I'm a fool... Outrageous, so now I 'sent' via Zelle $200 and now I was committed. Next day an email stating that I did something 'wrong' in my Zelle deposit to please look into it before I pick up order. I do. She had never activated her Zelle account so I canceled my payment and I tell her I'll pay by check or credit card when I pick up. I go to pick up my order... and the back of the card was NOT for mailing. It was in announcement format. Nadia says, "Well, you approved it... " my response, "You've been nothing but a nightmare. I'm done with you." and walked out. Today I went to Staples. I'm getting 100 postcards for $65.... much better deal, don't you think? And they were awfully nice to boot. Just saying. Save yourself from All Printing Services unless you like abuse and don't care about being ripped off. read more

I have always had great experience with all printing. Used them many times over the years. Super fast Service always, and all the staff are professional and friendly, until it's not.. The prints I got 10 days ago are CRAP! I asked for the most accurate reproduction of the colors possible as this is used for reference in my graduate study ( oil painting major). The print is a lot darker than the actual image as viewed on computer or iPad. I had to repaint my painting completely because the professor wouldn't accept the print's shitty colors. As we are currently painting 60 hours per week, as you can see, i was pretty upset over the matter of fact. I would give you one star, but for all the years' good radiance, and its not really your "fault" per say, since I'm sure you have tried your very best to make good prints for me. I went to this place yesterday to have some bw pages printed. When i came in, Lisa greeted me and asked me for my name before redirecting me to her coworker which i don't know the name, but very sweet, to help me with my copies. Lisa told me the price , 3.10$ so a standard 10 c per page. And i realized that i didn't have cash (at least i thought so asked her if i could pay with my card yet there is a 10$ minimun. After a few seconds, i realized i had plenty of coins in my bag so i started to grab Everything i had. She saw me struggling a bit even though i was pretty sure i had the entire amount and said "honey, that s ok" and only took 2,50$ from what i had out already. They did a rush order for me and didn't nickel and dime me for their trouble given the time crunch. Nadia consulted me on the most professional look for the deck I printed, and it came out perfect and flawless, which is why we can send these materials to high-level executives with confidence. Additionally, the graphic designer in house edited my materials so that they can fit on the paper size that I needed. Again - no nickel and diming for work that someone else would've charged me for, or worse - wouldn't even have the capability to do. I actually took a few minutes to read some of the negative reviews here - I have to say it sounds to me like the only reason not to be content is when you are not responsible enough to make sure you gave the printing business accurate information. Worst experience I've​ ever had. As a photographer and business owner for over 20 years,​ I have worked with many vendors. I have never experienced someone as rude and disrespectful as Nadia. I ordered photo cards from a file I had printed in the past somewhere else. The quality I received was really bad and grainy. When I complained, Nadia was​ not only defensive and rude but told me that I am too picky and my image quality is to blame. When I tried to make my point she did not let me talk, spoke over me, and finally hung up the phone​. I threw away $130 which was overpriced, ​to begin with. She refused to give a refund even though I returned all the cards because I cannot use them. I told her as one business owner to another, it is such a bad practice to behave that way to your customer. It's not only bad energy​​​ but a ​bad reputation. So to save herself $130, she is getting this negative review. I also intend to file a complaint with the BBB, and I plan to tell anyone I know not to use her services. 'Good job', Nadia. read more

All Printing is awesome!! They are very professional with everything they do and the staff is friendly for sure. I had a great experience with printing photos for my wall in my apartment, they printed a bunch of photos for me onto thick cardboard and cut them up for me...perfect for my walls since they were slightly 3-D and looked super cute. ATROCIOUS customer service. We will never use them again. We had them print a team booklet for a big conference. They charged us $575 for 75 prints of a 7 page booklet (which is disgusting in itself) and they double-printed one of the pages and left another page out. The whole job was un-usable for the conference and when I pointed it out to All Printing Services and requested a refund they refused, asserting it was MY FAULT for not catching their mistake and that they were not responsible.
