The most egregious part was the charges I unwittingly incurred. Yes, I was told that design help would cost me $95/hour charged in 15 minute increments... so I laid it all out myself, including the fonts and sizes for the text part of my MAILING postcard as previously discussed and as it appeared in my layout. When the time came to approve everything and pay a deposit, I was charged two hours for design work when I was emailing her guy to get everything 'right'. Two hours!? I assure you if I had been sitting with him, it would have been no longer than half an hour, but how could I argue the two hours when I had no leg to stand on... so here I am wanting a lousy 200 postcards and I'm being charged $475! Okay, I'm a fool... Outrageous, so now I 'sent' via Zelle $200 and now I was committed. Next day an email stating that I did something 'wrong' in my Zelle deposit to please look into it before I pick up order. I do. She had never activated her Zelle account so I canceled my payment and I tell her I'll pay by check or credit card when I pick up. I go to pick up my order... and the back of the card was NOT for mailing. It was in announcement format. Nadia says, "Well, you approved it... " my response, "You've been nothing but a nightmare. I'm done with you." and walked out. Today I went to Staples. I'm getting 100 postcards for $65.... much better deal, don't you think? And they were awfully nice to boot. Just saying. The print is a lot darker than the actual image as viewed on computer or iPad. I had to repaint my painting completely because the professor wouldn't accept the print's shitty colors. As we are currently painting 60 hours per week, as you can see, i was pretty upset over the matter of fact. Terrible communication skills! I think it was the owner,…read morethe older guy with glasses. I asked him how much the celebration head cut outs were, he asked how many, I said 4, he said $40. I said okay, he was ringing me up without saying my total price took my card and while he was putting in my card I read the machine and he was gonna charge me $175 for 4!!! There was no clarification and I didn't think those cut outs were $40 each because UPS sells it for $11 each better quality too! I told him to cancel and thankfully we worked out a deal. But then the next day I saw that it charged my credit card! I had to go pick up the photos the next day and when I got there it wasn't even made yet. I couldn't wait around for 20 minutes because I had work so I had to come back the next day. Luckily he was able refund my $175. The photo stick that they use as a handle is cardboard and it broke immediately.
