I am upgrading my current review from my previous review. Hossein gifted me a beautiful arrangement recognizing how unhappy I was with my previous experience. The arrangement lasted longer and I truly appreciate what he did. Additionally, one of my daughters brought me an arrangement and those flowers lasted over one week. Thank you Hossein! read more

I love every arrangement I've gotten from here! The friendliest people and they always make my vision come to life. I walked in and requested a customer arrangement for the arrival of a baby boy, and they had the most beautiful selection of flowers to make my arrangement! Prices are fantastic for the level of service you get. Will continue to be my go to spot! read more

Beautiful flowers and fast service! I love the choices they had. Great prices for a small birthday bouquet for a friend. Lovely. This used to be owned by a different family, about 40 years back and they always had nice flowers too. I'm glad to see that the people who are there now are still carrying good quality flowers and at a good price! read more

they sent an arrangement that in no way resembled what I ordered. I ordered a live plant (poinsettia) for Xmas and what was delivered was a piece of crap with childlike shit and candy canes. They offered a 25% return for $80 and I wanted a full refund. I am still pursuing a full refund. It was a piece of garbage. read more

I needed a flower arrangement spray for a funeral, and a family member recommended Blossom Flowers. Hossein's business is a kiosk located in a parking lot across from a McDonald's. But don't be fooled by the location or space of the business, the products are BEAUTIFUL and fairly priced. Hossein recommended a wreath type of arrangement since we had an urn and not a coffin. A great recommendation and it made the urn area even more beautiful than expected. Hossein was very communicative and delivered the arrangement on time. He even added lilies as a bonus because it enhanced the overall look. We used the arrangement to surround the urn at the church service and for the burial as well. Thank you, Hossein! read more

Excellent service and beautiful boutiques. They deliver for a very reasonable price - $15 - and do it same day without upcharge. Highly recommend using June. Lovely lady. I did a little checking. Turns out their number had been hijacked by one of those flower delivery scammers. Hence, a couple bad reviews that had nothing to do with Blossom in Granada HIlls. The scammer is a front for various other shops in the valley and somehow they snatched Blossom Flowers phone number, at least for a short period before the situation was addressed. Thisscammer then took cc but never delivered the flowers. This is not Blossom Flowers in Granada. Call them at 818-282-4454. You won't be disappointed. Wonderful experience overall. JK read more

Have been going here for years - they're excellent in quality of flowers, staff, friendliness and price.

Blossom Flower Shop is my favorite spot to pick up flowers for friends and family. The flowers are very good quality at a reasonable price. Love supporting small local family owned businesses. Last time I picked up flowers for my mom, cute little 11 year old Ray did a good job removing thorns from my flower bouquet and provided excellent customer service at a very tender age. Keep up the GREAT WORK! = ) read more

Guessing by the service I got, i think they're going out of business. They got my delivery wrong.(Hey it was just my wedding adversary) and the online customer service, it's a joke ( no response after five attempts). And the two times I got a hold of live customer service rep, they hung up on me. read more

Horrible they lied about being able to make a delivery on a certain day even though I paid over 20 dollars for that service. The flowers never arrived even though they charged my card and refused to give me a refund. I don't recommend this company!! read more

the flowers were promised the same day, they ended up delivered a day and a half late. the flower arrangement looked nothing like what i selected from their site. the flowers delivered were dead. you cannot reach anyone and can barely make out what they are saying. not from the us.beware read more

This company is a SCAM! They take your orders through their website, guarantee delivery dates snd charge a hefty fee to go so. Then they take your money and do not deliver your flowers. They report your flowers as delivered through their fake "tracker." Then when you call to complain or request your ordered me cancelled and your money be returned, they tell you they cannot help until they're able to get ahold of the driver. They do not get back to you at all let alone offer a resolution regarding the issue. Regardless of how many times you call to complain, they say the same thing and when you push back, they hang up on you. Absolutely terrible human beings.... This was for MOTHER's DAY. I paid for same day delivery.... For Saturday... this hot mess (on the right) was finally delivered on Wednesday.... Safe to say they went to the local grocery store, and delivered the crap no one bought for Mother's Day. SCAM ALERT! read more

Do not order from this company. Ordered flowers for a funeral and they were 2 days late and they substituted so they looked nothing like what I ordered. Tried calling several times and had to wait 45 minutes to get disconnected. Happened several times. Terrible company!! read more

This company is AWFUL! Ordered an arrangement for my wife, paid extra for before 1pm delivery. The flowers never arrived that day. Called them 3 times, all they did was give me excuses. Then at the end of the day, they told me the flowers were delivered! Except they weren't delivered, at least not to my house. I then spent the next 3 days fighting with them because they told me that they have 48 hours to prove the flowers were in fact delivered. Well today, finally I was told that the driver couldn't prove anything, I wonder why, and that I would be getting a refund. Wow, thanks a lot. Not only did you ruin my occasion, but after basically calling me a liar, you finally admit your company was at fault. I will never order from this company again!!!! read more

Needed some quick flowers for my mom, as she was coming home from the hospital a day early. I went to Vons and the selection was ok, but wayyyyy overpriced. I put in an order a week ago, got spammed by multiple numbers and emails wanting the number for who I was sending the order to, gave them the number, they continued to spam the same question... They took my payment but never sent a receipt. I emailed to confirm delivery and they said yes. Delivery never came for her birthday and now I can't get ahold of them, absolutely garbage and unprofessional, do yourself a favor and save time by going to a place that actually is organized and knows how to run a business. read more
