Granada hills flowers is the BEST. The photos speak for themselves and are obviously beautiful but what makes this place special is the personal touch and warmth that the owner brings. I came yesterday with my baby and husband to get flowers for my mom.. naturally it was packed with people trying to pick up their Mother's Day flowers. Mina was so gracious and helped me pick out the perfect bouquets for my mom and also for myself (lol couldn't resist) even though she was juggling so many clients at once! She even kneeled down to give my toddler some attention and kind words, super sweet. While they were packaging the blooms we picked out, I overheard her talking with her staff and mentioned she was up all night preparing for this weekend. She must have been so exhausted but she was all smiles and bright energy for everyone that came into her store. The price was super reasonable too, not at all like those eye-gouging .com businesses that I'm used to. My mom was suuuper happy and I'm planning to go back for Father's Day and any other celebratory events. I love supporting small businesses and Granada hills flowers has been in the neighborhood since I was a kid when my family moved here in the 90s. We're lucky to have them in the community!! Very disappointed in Granada Hills Flowers service. I placed an order for a corsage for pickup at 5pm. When I called to pick up and to ensure it was ready I was informed that they closed early and were unable to provide the corsage. They claimed they called and left vm but I have no missed call from their number nor do I have a voicemail. I had learned this at 4:35 pm for the event tonight. I called on Christmas Eve in hopes of having flowers sent to a good friend who was ill and could not participate in her family's Christmas festivities. I called a couple of other florists on Yelp and no luck. I called GH flowers and received excellent service with a prompt answer and they were able to deliver the same day! Once my friend received her flowers, she sent me a photo and I was really pleased with how the bouquet turned out! I told him I wanted to spend $75 and I feel I got a lot for my money. I never had a problem with them except for this last order. I ordered an arrangement from the shops pics online in person. They told me come back in 20 min. I came back in 30 min. Thentold me to wait another 10 to handle customers who came in way after me. The lady got upset when I said I didn't want to wait again. Then she charged me 59.99 instead of the price online of 55.00. The bouquet was not like the one online and I mentioned that. She said she hasn't the flowers for the online display. I asked her to add more pink flowers so she added 2 small pink flowers. So the price went from 55.00 to 59.99 added 2 flowers and total bill equaling 68.99. My wife and I had our wedding a few weeks ago and I am so glad Mina was our Florist! How this came to be? I have been going here since I was a CHILD. Every high school dance I came here for.. every boutonniere and corsage. Then fast forward 15 years, I come back, and not only does she recognize me but she is still the SWEETEST, KINDEST, and LOVING person EVER! And if her character doesn't make you fall in love (you got issues), then her work certainly will. Everyone at our wedding started taking the flowers, and everyone (including the ones who are married) kept asking us where we got the flowers done because of how beautifully EVERYTHING was placed/done! Our photographer is still prepping photos but we will most definitely be uploading them and sending them to you Mina! I had just picked up my Mom's ashes and really just wanted to stop and get flowers to place in her room with her. I saw this location and decided to go inside. Needless to say, I left without flowers. I walked inside, there was absolutely no one inside when I arrived, it was just me. I informed the woman of my situation and simply wanted a certain number of bunches of flowers for this amount of money per each. She said okay give me 5 minutes. I sat down, then two separate customers walked in and one of them obviously a return/repeat customer. The familiar customer she suddenly stopped and all the attention went to her as she also helped the second customer. I sat there watching, not knowing if I suddenly got bumped to 3rd place here with my Mom's ashes sitting in my car nor did she at least apologize and let me know she'd be right with me. I finally just got up and drove away. I ended up driving a few doors down to another florist and that woman at that location was a true blessing! read more

I ordered an orchid lei for my daughter's college graduation. Called the day before to confirm, and also called the day of pickup because I was running late. When I arrived to pick it up, the associate on duty was very confused and couldn't seem to find my order. She began pulling all of the leis out of the case, and couldn't seem to match any to my order I was showing her on my phone. I finally found a photo on the website of the lei I ordered, and saw one that matched. I signed for it and left. Today, a day later, as I'm celebrating my daughter's graduation, I received an extremely rude phone call from one of the workers, who in a very accusatory tone said I signed for the wrong lei. She repeatedly accused me of taking someone else's order, even though the fault lies with the worker who couldn't find my order. I had to find my receipt and read her the details before she finally relented and said I was fine, that she saw that I already paid. Will never order from here again, and would not recommend to anyone in my network. read more
