This is my go-to spot for flowers for every occasion! When I need something a little more special than a quick grocery store purchase, I can always rely on Mid-Valley to come through for ya boy. The customer service is always solid, and they even offer assistance with carrying your flowers to your car if needed. The flowers always look amazing, and I receive compliments every time I purchase them for someone. Let me also add that regardless of what your budget is, you'll receive great quality. Now let me add that, it can get a little pricey if you get lost in the beauty or get distracted, so be careful. Also, If you get caught slipping from their upsell tactics, you might end up spending more than expected, but you can always decline. They aren't pushy and they are very friendly! Lastly, parking can be a nightmare on busy days. It's located in a small shopping center with a few restaurants, and I've never had an easy time finding parking. Maybe it's because I usually only visit on special occasions, but I really dislike that parking lot. Overall, it's a great place to pick up flowers for your loved ones. When my husband and I started dating, he used to send me flowers EVERY MONTH (sigh* thats a different story) lol anyways, because of this, he tested out a BUNCH of different florists, from 1800 flowers to small mom and pop shops..... everytime, we ended up somewhat disappointed. The flowers wouldn't last, the arrangement NEVER looked like the photo, and price was never worth it. Until we found MID VALLEY FLOWERS!! He no longer sends me monthly bouquets, but I have received at least 7 arrangements thus far. And I am still amazed by how beautiful they are!!!! They always look identical to the image and they last!!!!! One day I walked in and got the sweetest most professional customer service. Only made me love them more.... but wait.... Sadly, I needed to purchase a standing spray for My grandmother's funeral... of course I went with Mid Valley, but it was such short notice, I was worried that it couldn't happen. I called and left a voicemail and they called me within 15 minutes of opening the next day and confirmed everything. I also got a call to confirm delivery to the funeral home plus one to ask me if I wanted a card. I'm telling you.... customer service is ON POINT. read more

Unfortunately, life happens. We needed a wreath for the funeral by 2 p.m. I called the shop at 10:30 a.m. Patricia and Hugo had it ready to go by 11:45 a.m. Moments like these require people to show up. They showed up. Reliable! read more

Excellent local florist. Accommodating and responsive. Placed order night before and flowers were delivered by early afternoon. Gabriel went above and beyond and the flowers were beautiful. Will be ordering from this florist again. read more

I ordered flowers from here for Mother's Day after finding good reviews about it and wanting to shop locally. To my surprise, they were responsive and somewhat helpful regarding scheduling an earlier delivery. They did not deliver earlier but ended up delivering the next morning as originally scheduled, however the bouquet was just nowhere near what I expected. After going back and forth, I was told to just come back next time for a free bouquet. My family and I had also brought these back to the shop just for them to add 3 roses... Note there were hardly any in the original bouquet delivered. The presentation was just awful- a handwritten piece of paper, a white box hiding the vase, way more leaves than flowers, and $100 for this was ridiculous. You're better off shopping at your local Vons or Trader Joe's for a better looking and affordable assortment. read more

I truly wish i could give no stars because this establishment is a joke. Horrible customer service , through the roof prices and on top of it the couple who owns this business spread their negativity to their products that we the consumers purchase for our loved ones only to die a few days later. The level of immaturity and disrespect had me in complete disbelief as i was waiting for my order a LOCAL customer whispered to me there has not been a single occasion where he came into purchase a bouquet and they were not bickering . Maybe a comedy club would be a better fit because i will never come back here again! Disgusting behavior , Go to trader joes and buy a made bouquet instead please DO NOT COME HERE read more

I had the most incredible service from Mid Valley. I had a crisis and left a voice mail for them at 4 am. I ordered funeral arrangement from an online florist thinking it was a brick and mortar shop. Only to find out it was a scam. I needed a funeral arrangement for a 10:30 am delivery that same day. Gabriel and his staff called me back as soon as they opened and began working on an arrangement immediately. Knowing that I had just been scammed by someone else, Gabriel assured me the entire time he spent on the phone with me that he would be able to get this done for me. He proceeded to send me the invoice, then he continued to follow up with pictures of the arrangement once it was done then again a picture at the church once it was delivered. I arrived at the funeral relieved to see my funeral arrangement was delivered and beautiful and didn't look like a quick job. I'm so thankful for Gabriel and his staff. His professionalism, their quality in flowers and artistic ability especially pulling that entire order off in less than two hours. I am so thankful for honest, hard working business owners who take pride in their work. I will for sure use your services again. I hope others see this review and choose you and your team First, Gabriel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for going above and beyond for me. read more

You want to give a local small business a chance but experiences like this force you to go elsewhere. I spoke with Martha and was priced $70 for a hand held bouquet after picking a sample arrangement from their website. Had to call back to confirm. I spoke with Patricia who worked with me by text to show me roses for the arrangement which I appreciated. And later Gabriel jumped in the communication to let me know choices of greenery for filler. He priced me $75. And $15 for a boutonnière. When I picked up on Saturday, from a distance the greens already looked to be issue. It seems to be limping from the sides. When I go my hands on it closer, the bouquet was just clumped together And tied. Like a beginners project. And the worse of all, the roses...petals were old, some wilted, brown wrinkle lines. They didn't even peel away the petals that were disposable. It looked like the leftover roses from a week ago. This bouquet could not be used for my parents golden 50th weddinng anniversary photo session. Photos that will be in our family's album for time to come. I walked to the car with this bouquet in hand. And I cried. Brought to tears. Disappointed in this shops work. But also the opportunity for them to gain a customer in order for their business to grow. This is why the community shops are dying. They have to do better. $70 for this arrangement is a complete rip off! Utter disappointment. And $15 for a single rose boutonnière was also but at least that rose wasn't dead. Photos below don't fully show how bad it looked in person. I couldn't bare to show my mom. I reached out by text to Gabriel to let them know after I got to my family's house when my family could witness what I had picked up. So I could confirm it wasn't just my imagination. No response from the store. I think I'd like to cancel payment through my credit card. read more

Always providing wide range of top quality flowers and service. Reliable service and reasonable prices.

I came in to get flowers for my mom. The lady rudely asked how much I was looking to spend & I said around $30, $40. (I assumed her attitude was because of work related stress) They said they didnt have any more roses. From the looks of it, by this time they only had about 15% of their inventory left & a big line of customers out the door. As a customer, I understand they only had some basic flowers at this point, but it didnt give them the right to take advantage of the situation. I got a bouquet that definitely was not worth the $45 that I was charged. I was overcharged & the customer service was far below average. They took advantage of people today. I will never return here & I hope your business ethics change for the sake of your future customers. read more

Came here two weeks before my event to order a few center pieces. Great vibes in a post-covid world. Small mom-and-pop shop doing their best work, giving the best deal they can. The man who assisted us was clear on what was possible in terms of flowers for the size of arrangement I was looking for. I had wanted to include peonies and ranunculus, which were out of season and would therefore increase the price/ decrease the quality of the flowers. Very much appreciate the honesty. In the end, we got a really great deal for amazing arrangements in high quality vases. He stuck with the color pallet I was going for and also put his suggestions with what was in season that were very well received. I would definitely be back there again for future arrangements. Included some shots of the arrangements. Check out those lilies! read more

I went in a couple day's ago and I asked this guy I believe he is the owner not so sure. Anyways, I asked him if he can inflate some balloons I bought myself at another store, and he asked how many I said " maybe 15 " he said " no I can't do that it takes to long, to much time " like seriously? It's not like I was asking for you to do it for free I was obviously going to pay you for the service you provide! I understand if it was busy but it was not even busy!! He has so many other workers, if it was busy! Time shouldn't matter, assisting people should matter because that's how you lose customers. read more

Love this little place, I got my fiancé mad at me because well, I'm a guy, and that's what we do sometimes as much as we want to think we're perfect sometimes we're from Mars and there from Venus ( enough said) anyways I needed something to apologize. And I didn't want the normal red boring roses. Horrible service. I needed the lady to build an arrangement for me. I showed a picture of what i wanted and was okay with whatever price she wanted to charge me. She tried to get me to buy whatever they already had made and wasn't helpful at all. Their selection is small and didn't have a variety of flowers. I said bye and thanked her for her time and she ignored me. I love supporting small business but this is one i will not. I don't understand how people can be so rude to customers in general. read more

Great service! Placed my order literally 1 1/2 hrs before they closed, for the next day. I was expecting to get a call or email saying it was too late to deliver next day but not at all the arrangement was delivered on time and was just as pictured on the website. On top of ordering last minute I entered the address incorrectly and Jacob called me to let me know it was the wrong address instead of just leaving the arrangement there. Loved the bouquet I purchased at Mid Valley Flowers! The flowers in the bouquet I purchased were fresh and vibrant in color, with a lot of different individual stems added. I called before I came in, and the person on the other end of the call told me he'd wait for me and take care of me. He let me choose from a variety of different bouquet styles, and there were really affordable options! Great location for a flower shop with tons of free parking, a perfect option for valley folks. I wanted to send a dear friend some flowers after someone very close to her passed away. After searching for a few places I decided on Valley Flowers because of the arrangement choices and price. Ordering was a breeze. I ordered the night before and then next day, after not hearing from my friend about the flowers I decided to call Valley Flowers to see whether or not they were delivered. My phone call was answered swiftly and I was told it was the first delivery that morning. I expressed my concern over my friend not receiving them, so Gabriel LEFT THE STORE to go back to the house to make sure it was the right house! He then found out he delivered it to the neighbor (the homes are very similar and covered in foliage, which was why I was concerned!). He went to the neighbors house after closing up shop and delivered them to my friend. This type of customer service is unrivaled, and the bouquet is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. read more
