Dotties is located on the corner of Reseda and Sherman way with parking located in the back of the building turn right before the tire shop. I thought it's full so I actually parked at the park and go area it's only 0.25 cents per 30 min. When I was walking up I realized that you can park on the other side of the fence too. On entering the whole shop smells fresh like flowers and I was greeted with a friendly hello. Staff went to get me my bouquet while I browsed. The carnations really caught my eye they were so pretty.
