I have bought multiple times at this location and I always buy at the los Angeles location. I had called and asked specifically if they had the flower I was looking for and how much is it. They had told me a price over the phone and when I go in person they raise the price. I had said I called in advance and I have the phone call and time I called but they wouldn't give me the price they told me. The guy was so rude about it and said well you haven't talked to me. I'm by no means a florist but I really enjoy putting together floral arrangements at home and this place has every kind of flower anyone could possibly think of. This place has both retail and professional florist customers (you can tell because their racks are always stacked vs. my three bunches haha). Francisco and everyone else that work there are so nice and helpful! Last time I came on a Friday close to Valentine's Day and it was so busy but everyone was as helpful and nice to me as they are to some of the bigger florist customers who probably spend wayyyy more money than me. The first time I came here was a little intimidating (it's very different than the Trader Joe's floral section, lol!) because the floral coolers are spread out across different parts of the buildings. Needed some florals for an event and came across this incredible place! I'm so happy to have found this place in the valley instead of having to go to downtown for events and unique flower finds. The staff is friendly, the selection is fantastic, and parking is easy and plentiful. They close early on weekends so make sure you check before you go. I will say though, if you are as much of a flower lover as me, consider this your warning because they add up quickly! Especially when you're getting seasonal flowers that are available for a limited time. The flowers here aren't too expensive, but I wouldn't say they're cheap either, although it really depends on what you're getting. I'll definitely be back though! read more

Picked up 3 flower bouquets pre made on Saturday around 3:30pm. Paid $85 each bouquet. This has to be the WORST flowers ever. Ralphs doesn't even sell bad flowers like these. It is DAY 3 and all the flowers are dead. Horrible. Around 3 hours after I got the flowers, they slowly started getting brown and looking bad. I just don't understand how they can sell flowers knowingly that they are already compromised and going bad. $85 is pathetic for 3 hours of good looking flowers. When I untied the flowers, some of the rose heads fell out. This will definitely be the last time I visit them. I will be sure to let others know as well. This is not ok. Especially to sell flowers at such an expensive price but sell old flowers. I have attached the photos with the time stamps. read more

Flowers need to be priced by labeling them not change per customer and per day. Pricing is set to high end of retail not wholesale. They have 3 big locations prices should be wholesale a they present themselves. Customer service is good and bad. You either get rude and feisty or once in a while nice. Outside parking lot is always wet and smells like rotten milk. read more

What makes this place great: Its convenience for those of us valley florists who can't always make it down to the DTLA Flower Mart. I also find their vessels reasonably priced, and the employees are cool and helpful. What makes this place just ok: The flower selection. They have enough variety to create an interesting and beautiful bouquet or arrangement, but they definitely lack some of the more unique and seasonal flowers and greens. What makes this place blah: A lot of the flowers are often on their last legs. No matter how quickly I get them home and process them, I end up losing quite a few blooms--roses seem to be the biggest offender. Pricing also tends to be higher and a bit inconsistent compared to DTLA. read more

I will say that I have been frequenting this place for a couple of years now. I found them through a family member that owns a flower shop and regular buying inventory from them. They have slowly and slowly became comfortable in treating "retail" clients like enemies. Prices are not listed and if they don't recognize you, you will get very expensive pricing. I would constantly correct their pricing on flowers, which they would acknowledge and fix but it was getting very annoying. Today was the straw that broke the camels back from me, when they wouldn't allow me to exchange for a $16 vase that was defective, stating it was "used" and didn't have a barcode sticker (95% of their items are not barcoded including vases). On a $350 receipt with a $16 vase. Even if that was the only transaction I had ever done with you, you would think they would use some common sense. I truly don't care about the $16, the attitude and complete disregard towards customers is ridiculous. read more
