Out of all the arrangements at the funeral, the arrangement Aly's made was the only one that had long stem roses. Before burying my grandfather, everyone was able to take a long stem rose from the arrangement and place it on the coffin. Everyone had an opportunity to participate, and everyone truly appreciated it. We felt so happy that this particular arrangement was the only one that served an extra purpose and held so much meaning for our family and friends. The delivery was left on top of a running AC unit in peak LA heat, at the side of the house - so my recipient never saw the flowers and by the time we figured out where the bouquet was left, it was ruined. Shop refused to reimburse or replace. No text or call to recipient to tell her the flowers were delivered. (EDIT: the delivery driver apparently did call to say there was a delivery. But apparently the call was so rushed they couldn't be bothered to say what exactly was being delivered. So my recipient assumed the delivery was for something else she had ordered and did not check around her house when she got home. It would have been great if they could have said FLOWERS were being delivered. and not hidden them around the side of the house).
