Love this place! Ordered some flowers for my sister, who had just gotten out of surgery. I so appreciated how easy it was to order a bouquet online, on their website. HK flowers texted me with a picture of the bouquet that they arranged prior to delivery, which was so reassuring. They were positive and friendly in every single interaction and the result was beautiful! Reasonable price for the great service and beautiful arrangement! Definitely will order from them the next time around! read more

Very beautiful arrangements with higher quality flowers than other places. Their flowers last longer as well. You can go in for some premade arrangements, but they tend to sell out fast for occasions like valentines and Mother's Day so best to place an order beforehand to save you some panic. The owner is really helpful and works with you to create whatever arrangement you want. read more

This will be my last time getting flowers from this business. I had ordered three days in advance over the phone for the "Lush Blooms" arrangement as shown on their website. I was able to have a smooth quick transaction. However, I had told the lady explicitly "no white flowers" three times and the flowers were for my mother's birthday. I had stated that white is a symbol of death in my culture. Any other color flowers are allowed, except for white. Upon receiving the flowers the day of the pick up, I had noticed two things. Firstly, the flowers looked old. At the end of each flower, they were changing to a wilting color. It looked sad. Secondly, there was two white flowers on the arrangement. It blows my mind how I specifically requested no white flowers and said it three times, yet I had two of them on the arrangement. If they can't understand instructions and basically wished death upon my mother's birthday, then I will no longer be coming back here. read more

I used HK flowers to get flowers as a class gift to my kid's teacher and it was absolutely gorgeous. It was better than what I expected and gave a wow factor. The whole experience was very smooth. I showed the pictures of Instagram photos to show her what I looking for and HK Flowers Florist recreated something with her own style yet exactly the vibe I was looking for. My teacher said she never received any flowers like this and it definitely made my day! Highly recommend! read more

The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I told her the occasion and gave her general information about what I was looking for in a bouquet. The arrangement she put together was so beautiful and much better than I had expected. HK arranged the bouquet and had them delivered in three hours. Truly great experience! I love that there's a LOCAL shop that has such creative designs & great customer service. I live across the country from one of my dearest and oldest friends, and wanted to send flowers for a special occasion. Very disappointed in the order I placed for a friends birthday. You expect something nice and upscale and the flowers ARE NOT EVWN FRESH! How embarrassing was to say I sent this to my friend and not have received anything cute. Also they were not cheap at all and they won't even apologize for not delivering something fresh like it states on their description but they will send me a link to their policies of no refund. Never ordering from here again. Trash! read more

UPDATE: I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars after my interaction with Christian from HK flowers. He reached out to me regarding the poor experience I had with them via DoorDash. We made arrangements to redeliver the flowers. Everything went smoothly and the flowers were beautiful. Thanks again! I scheduled an order for a flower arrangement delivery, as a gift. They cancelled my order the same day literally 10 mins before it was supposed to be delivered. They could've cancelled it first thing in the morning so I could make other arrangements. So unprofessional and rude. read more

Why do you think it's fun to keep telling lies? And now you decide to blame it on me for not taking care of the flowers properly? What a joke. I did not speak to you on the phone when I called to complain that my original delivery died. The woman I spoke to only offered me free delivery on another order. That is all. When I said that was insulting, only then did she offer a new arrangement, but she said "we cannot send you roses because we don't have enough". So that's when I agreed to the different arrangement. When I went to your website to check the price on it that day it was $109 for the replacement. Not "over $200", when I went to your site right now to look for it, the price is actually lower. It's "Truly Yours" which you are now selling for $100. What a bargain. The arrangement was watered daily, but the flowers still died fast in the foam. You can keep responding with lies if you want. Anyone reading this can see that you are totally disrespectful and refuse to accept blame for sending out bad flowers. An honest person would apologize, but instead you insist on making things worse by telling lies about conversations you weren't even a part of. Why don't you ask the employee who spoke to me? Maybe they are the one lying to you. But you don't have the story straight AT ALL. read more

Flowers were unexciting...I ordered them online based on the picture provided on HK Flower's website. The pictures looked higher end and as if they took their time making the arrangement. The arrangement received looked sloppy and did not resemble the same delicate look that they advertised online. I have attached pictures of the online arrangement and the one we received. When I contacted them, they said they replaced flowers (which I understand happens due to seasons/availability) however the online version shows a more delicate arrangement and you cant just add large daisies and change the aesthetic of the piece. They offered a 10% discount for future orders but I will not be using them again. EDIT (in response to the business managers comment): Your website actually states the complete opposite as what you're saying. The style should NOT be changed and will remain the same. Here is what it says on your website.... "Occasionally, substitution of flowers, plants, or containers may occur due to local and seasonal availability. WE TAKE THE UTMOST CARE TO ENSURE THE SAME STYLE and color scheme of the arrangement is maintained using similar items of equal or greater value." It is extremely disappointing that you are trying to lie to make my review seem incorrect. For this reason, I have lowered my 2 star review to a 1 star review. read more

I've dealt with many florists and they tend to over promise and under deliver. Not HK Flowers. They did an AMAZING job and far exceeded our expectations. We purchased flowers for a funeral and did not see the finished product. On good faith and blind trust, we ordered flowers to be delivered. The ultimate test: a grieving family's reaction. They were thankful and overwhelmed by the flower spray arrangements. And we appreciated that these flowers helped communicate our love for this family and our deepest sympathies for them. The family loved the flowers so much they took pictures and sent them to us. HK Flowers...thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You now have loyal customers and we are happy to give you our business. If you're looking for an honorable florist, give HK Flowers a try. read more

I found HK flowers when searching for a florist in the Canoga Park area. Specifically, i was looking for a local florist to send flowers to a dear friend who was recovering from major surgery. The HK website is what drew me in. The flower arrangements were beautiful and different (in a good way). Prices were also reasonable. Ordering flowers online through HK flowers was easy and straight forward. And, I got an email confirmation right away. After waiting a few hours for my order to be delivered (or at least get confirmation my order was going to be delivered), I called HK Flowers. Surprisingly no one answered. I left a voice message and still, nothing. Worried, I called a few more times and finally spoke to someone! Apparently there was a mixup that was quickly resolved and the flowers were delivered within the hour. Needless to say, I'm glad I called! In the end, my friend loved the flowers! She said the arrangement was fresh and beautiful. And, the delivery person couldn't have been nicer. All things considered, I'd definitely use HK Flowers again. read more
