The customer service is always solid, and they even offer assistance with carrying your flowers to your car if needed. Now let me add that, it can get a little pricey if you get lost in the beauty or get distracted, so be careful. Also, If you get caught slipping from their upsell tactics, you might end up spending more than expected, but you can always decline. They aren't pushy and they are very friendly! Lastly, parking can be a nightmare on busy days. It's located in a small shopping center with a few restaurants, and I've never had an easy time finding parking. Maybe it's because I usually only visit on special occasions, but I really dislike that parking lot. Overall, it's a great place to pick up flowers for your loved ones. OOOO 4 out of 5 Afros
