The employee at this print shop address a Spanish speaking customer in a very racist way. The customer asked her for help in Spanish and the employee said "I don't understand we are in America" thankfully I was there to help with translation but her racist comment was uncalled for. Jasmine the runner/owner of this business is super rude, and has no business professionalism. She acts as if she is doing your a favor by doing the printing for you. I support and purposely seek out small, family owned businesses rather than big chains. We done business with this company mainly for that reason and because the prices are reasonable. However, this woman's customer service skills are far from professional. I picked up an order that was placed earlier and discovered we were missing some copies and that she charged us for more copies than we received. When my administrator called her to inquire she was angry and told us that it was not true. She said rudely that she gave us everything we asked for when clearly we were missing documents. I would NEVER do business with her again and do not recommend anyone take their business there. She is never there for the business hours she says she will be there for. She leaves or opens the business anytime she feels like. Sometimes she closes at 1 or 2pm. Hard to do business like that. read more

UPDATE: I've been meaning to add this for some time now, but after I received my prints I got to the event to find 25% of the documents were MISSING! She didn't even call to say, "oh I found these on the printer/table whatever," so I presume she just deliberately shorted me. VERY frustrating! STAY AWAY! This is a dishonest company. Check the "Reviews not Currently Recommended" before believing all of the positive reviews here. This might be a case of a business buying Yelp... The shop receives zero stars for their terrible customer service and outrageous prices. I needed some items printed for an event and I found this shop on Yelp. Based on the excellent reviews and claims of good prices I decided to print with this shop. I called at 9am, when the store allegedly opens, no one answered. I continued to check back and no one answered the phone until 9:40am. I figured I would let this slide, as perhaps the owner or clerk had an emergency or reason for their nearly hour delay in opening. Once I got ahold of someone I emailed my files over and requested a quote. Instead of giving a total price quote, Jasmine deliberately chose to offer a per page quote in a very ambiguous fashion. Long story short, based on her quote I was expecting to pay $10 less than I ultimately did. She only emailed the total AFTER she had already printed the items, and I had no choice but to pick them up. When I arrived I explained that I was confused by the total price she sent AFTER the items had printed versus the individual printing price quotes she had given initially. She said if I didn't like the price I could just leave the printed items behind. Uh, what? Like any decent person would just not pay for an item that someone already created, regardless of whether they deliberately misquoted? No! I spoke with her and she was very rude and refused to do anything to remedy the situation or to try to earn my business. She refused to acknowledge the lack of clarity in her email and didn't even offer a future discount or a free pen, or even an I'M SORRY?! Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It's not often I leave one star reviews, but sometimes I just have to... Terrible, awful customer service. Take your business elsewhere to someone more deserving of your business. Needed a few pages of colored pictures printed for a project. Online the la library said every facility has black and white and color printing for 25c and 50c each. When I went in they notified me that they only had black and white and that all of the other libraries would be the same. So I came here and left with some great prints on nice paper and it's only 19c per sheet. Very friendly and helpful as well :) read more

I've only used M&M for basic printing services but Jasmine is super fast and very reasonably priced. I can email her my print job and she has it ready for me when I get there. She's probably the least expensive printer around, charging only 5 cents per copy or 3 cents each for orders of more than 100 copies. I really don't know how they got 5 stars review. I was in hurry and couldn't go to Fedex so I found this on the map that close to me so I stopped by. I went inside the owner lady I believe, she's on the phone and I waited but she won't stop talking. From what I heard she was just chatting with someone on other line. So I politely interrupt: mum, I'm kinda in hurry can you print this document? only 2 pages. She knocked and pointed to the computer. So I kinda took a guess and confirmed to her: do you want me to use this computer to print? She said yes, go ahead. Then back to talk on the phone. I rushed to plugged my thumb drives and printed the document then asked her how much is that, mum? She said 2$. I said to myself How is possible on earth 2$ for 2 pages of black and white print? Then I asked her why is 2$? She said cos I used computer. I responded I just plug usb just to print, I didn't use it for anything. She responded it doesn't matter. You used it to print that means you used computer too. I was shocked and I couldn't waste any my time to talk to this lady. I just tore my papers and walked away, not even give her a penny. $2 is nothing for me but her attitude and greedy are unacceptable. In front of her store said clearly the price is cheap too convince the customers. Even on yelps seem to have good reviews and good deal promotion but that's a trap. I used to come here with my dad many years ago, when we lived close by. It is still the same ownership since the 80's Anyway, the lady at the shop helped me and made over 140 sheets of BW Xerox copies; all she charges me was $6.47 :) What a bargain. The prices here areby far cheaper than anywhere I've seen: $0.25 for glossy color letter size, $0.19 for matte color!
