I came in to email & print several documents, thanks to Zora, who also was very kind in lending a chair for me to rest on due to a broken ankle. Great prices!!! read more

Flyer was ok pics quality isn't the great very blurry I expected something better after I ask if quality was good...

I just came home from M&M Printing so happy about the quality and look of my Save the Date Wedding invitations! I came into the shop with my watercolors and Jasmine understood my vision. Her quote was really reasonable compared to other printers I checked out. Jasmine explained what kind of quality paper would work best and ordered it for me. And still her price was good. Next, Zora digitally enhanced the scans of my watercolors and she printed out such beautiful and vibrant invitations! Jasmine and Zora took time to bring my "Save the Date" vision to life! I appreciate their communication and professionalism. I look forward to coming back to work with these ladies on my formal wedding invitations and thank you cards! :) (I will post pics of my Save the Dates after I send them to my guests.) read more

Jasmine and her team have been printing for us for the last 3 years and I'm glad to have found them. They're very reliable and have great prices. They're always able to accommodate any project we give them and have such a fast turn around. I've never had any graphic place send me proofs so promptly. I would highly recommend M&M printing. read more

Needed some copied printed on my way to the Van Nuys courthouse and randomly dropped in here. Place was busy but the lady behind the counter made sure I made it to the court house on time by running 3 printers all at once for me. Thanks much, will come back here again anytime read more

Textbooks are heavy so I thought it would be a great idea to cut off the binding and take only the portion I need to class. I called 2 printer shops prior to take off the binding and they were either confused or reluctant to do so; desperate, I called somewhere 20 minutes away from my house. I showed up and 1 minute and $2 later my book was perfect loose leaf pages! read more

M&M Printing - Love it - Printing Services Near Me - Van Nuys, California

This place is the best! They are quick with quotes and service. I had 9 manuals printed and bound (about 50 pages each), all done within 24 hours and for a better price than I could find anywhere else! They also saved me one time when I was trying to send out 10,000 postcard mailers and didn't quite know what I was doing. They were experienced with what i was doing and were able to print the necessary indicias on my postcards so I could send them out. Support this local business for all your printing needs! read more

the issue with this place is how rude the woman is who owns it or runs it...I have gone there several times over the last few years and I finally had enough. She doesn't know how to treat customers always has an attitude and is rude. read more

Just got the 2 banners we ordered Wednesday and got them Friday. They looked great. Price was reasonable. Jasmine and Zora were great to work with, even with last minute order. Jasmine helped out tweaking the design. If I ever need any other printing needs, I'll go to them first. read more

I don't usually post anything negative about our local businesses because I believe in helping our small mom & pop shops however my experience today was very disappointing. The employee at this print shop address a Spanish speaking customer in a very racist way. The customer asked her for help in Spanish and the employee said "I don't understand we are in America" thankfully I was there to help with translation but her racist comment was uncalled for. I will never promote or go back to this print shop!!! read more

Wish I knew this place existed a long time ago, but so glad I found them! Price was much more affordable than FedEx print center, the process was easier and quicker, AND the quality was way better. What!? Awesome. Peter helped us out and he went above and beyond for us too - such genuinely nice guy. That makes a big difference. Will be coming back here for any printing needs!!! read more

UPDATE: I've been meaning to add this for some time now, but after I received my prints I got to the event to find 25% of the documents were MISSING! She didn't even call to say, "oh I found these on the printer/table whatever," so I presume she just deliberately shorted me. VERY frustrating! STAY AWAY! This is a dishonest company. Check the "Reviews not Currently Recommended" before believing all of the positive reviews here. This might be a case of a business buying Yelp... The shop receives zero stars for their terrible customer service and outrageous prices. I needed some items printed for an event and I found this shop on Yelp. Based on the excellent reviews and claims of good prices I decided to print with this shop. I called at 9am, when the store allegedly opens, no one answered. I continued to check back and no one answered the phone until 9:40am. I figured I would let this slide, as perhaps the owner or clerk had an emergency or reason for their nearly hour delay in opening. Once I got ahold of someone I emailed my files over and requested a quote. Instead of giving a total price quote, Jasmine deliberately chose to offer a per page quote in a very ambiguous fashion. Long story short, based on her quote I was expecting to pay $10 less than I ultimately did. She only emailed the total AFTER she had already printed the items, and I had no choice but to pick them up. When I arrived I explained that I was confused by the total price she sent AFTER the items had printed versus the individual printing price quotes she had given initially. She said if I didn't like the price I could just leave the printed items behind. Uh, what? Like any decent person would just not pay for an item that someone already created, regardless of whether they deliberately misquoted? No! I spoke with her and she was very rude and refused to do anything to remedy the situation or to try to earn my business. She refused to acknowledge the lack of clarity in her email and didn't even offer a future discount or a free pen, or even an I'M SORRY?! Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It's not often I leave one star reviews, but sometimes I just have to... Terrible, awful customer service. Take your business elsewhere to someone more deserving of your business. I will not be returning. read more

I called ahead for prices and they were reasonably priced. I went in the next day and had something printed out. Jasmine was very friendly and helpful. The prints came out great. Will definitely come back read more

Great service. Great price. Jasmine is cheerful, prompt, efficient and cares about doing the job right so her customer is satisfied. M&M has the best price around. Way cheaper than Staples & Office Depot. I highly recommend M&M & Jasmine. read more

Jasmine the runner/owner of this business is super rude, and has no business professionalism. She acts as if she is doing your a favor by doing the printing for you. I support and purposely seek out small, family owned businesses rather than big chains. We done business with this company mainly for that reason and because the prices are reasonable. However, this woman's customer service skills are far from professional. I picked up an order that was placed earlier and discovered we were missing some copies and that she charged us for more copies than we received. When my administrator called her to inquire she was angry and told us that it was not true. She said rudely that she gave us everything we asked for when clearly we were missing documents. I would NEVER do business with her again and do not recommend anyone take their business there. She is never there for the business hours she says she will be there for. She leaves or opens the business anytime she feels like. Sometimes she closes at 1 or 2pm. Hard to do business like that. read more

I just love Jasmine and her small print shop. I run a small non-profit organization and her prices are just the best along with the quality she prints from this small shop. I won't go anywhere else for my printing needs. As long as I am in LA, M&M is where I will go! Please support this small business. They really do an amazing job and their prices are really great! read more

I have been coming to M & M for years and will continue to be a regular customer. Super easy, I needed to print out a ticket for a show tonight. Stoped by opened my email and printed the tick

Needed a few pages of colored pictures printed for a project. Online the la library said every facility has black and white and color printing for 25c and 50c each. When I went in they notified me that they only had black and white and that all of the other libraries would be the same. So I came here and left with some great prints on nice paper and it's only 19c per sheet. Very friendly and helpful as well :) read more

I've only used M&M for basic printing services but Jasmine is super fast and very reasonably priced. I can email her my print job and she has it ready for me when I get there. She's probably the least expensive printer around, charging only 5 cents per copy or 3 cents each for orders of more than 100 copies. Plus, it's nice to support a mom and pop shop rather than a chain. read more

I used to come here with my dad many years ago, when we lived close by. It is still the same ownership since the 80's Anyway, the lady at the shop helped me and made over 140 sheets of BW Xerox copies; all she charges me was $6.47 :) What a bargain. They have the lowest prices in town and the cleanest/newest copy machines. I'm very happy :) I'll be back again. Thanks read more

I needed a 500 page document printed and bound. After doing a lot of research, I found this place. The prices here are good, no, they are great! Jasmine was very helpful and printed and bound my order in under, I kid you not, 15 minutes. Sure this place a little farther away than most of the other print shops in my area, but the price is truly unbeatable. The prices here areby far cheaper than anywhere I've seen: $0.25 for glossy color letter size, $0.19 for matte color!
