I stopped by this UPS store today to drop off my package. This store is in a plaza where it's difficult to find parking because of the other stores here. I was lucky to find a spot after driving around. When I came, they were not busy at all and I was the only customer inside. The process was simple since my package already had the label. The person just scanned the label and printed me out a receipt. The store isn't that big inside and quiet. I didn't have any problems when I was here today beside looking for parking. read more

I had an extremely unpleasant experience here due to the behavior of the manager/owner. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, he was rude, disrespectful, and began yelling at me. What's especially concerning is that this is a UPS Store. Given that UPS is a major brand, I was surprised by how unprofessional this interaction was and honestly question how franchise owners are evaluated before being approved. No customer should be spoken to this way. I will not be returning and would caution others before using this location. . read more

Wow. Beyond rude. I'm in shock how I was treated. Been coming here since they opened and walked in at 7:50pm. The employee was trying to help me out but the owner came and took over. Told me the computers shut down at 8pm which is definitely a lie. You can't sit here and tell me your computers shut down when I walk away, you're still working on the computer and it's 8:02. Been shipping lots of stuff out from here but to get treated like this when all I needed was 5 more minutes is very unfortunate and made the entire situation uncomfortable. Dont know if they are lazy or incompetent. The manager a guy with a injured finger and missing theet did not wanted to assist me he said " we only scan it if it's not taken by the system we cant do nothing " . Long story I wanted to do an international packages was return back to sender, the guy did not knew or care to tell me I need to attach the invoice to the box. He did not even scan the box to check the sistem or try anything Only gave me a costumer service number. Asked him if cant help me or he dont want to help me, he answer that he was to busy to help me and made me wait 50 minutes on the phone at the store for some one to told me that information. I told him he should knew that as he work there he got offended refuse to assist me and trespassed me from the store. Had to go to a diferent location and ship my item in 5 minutes made me waste my time and money just because he did not give me information that he did not knew or care to told me He keep claiming he dont have to help me, he is not costumer service and he dont work for "UPS" He works for "ups store" and he wont do anything other than scan the box and give me a phone number read more

The UPS store by my place is closed early, and the mobile notaries were either refused to come meet me for 1 page of document, or they would charge too much. Then I found this UPS store, gave them a call very close to their closing time. The lady store manager/notary herself; Ms. Nanda answered, and I hesitated if I could make it on time. She reassured me that if I really wanted to go there, she would wait for me by staying 10 to 15 minutes more! I was so relieved that she did! The store was just recently opened! The store clerk and the manager treated me in a very professional way yet friendly. Although it was passed their opening time, they did the job carefully without any sense of rushing or in a hasty manner! I'm very satisfied with the service! In the age of Amazon returns are the norm and I for better or worse have had plenty. It began during the Pandemic and continued on. For some reason I managed not to realize there was a UPS store closer to me than the location where the unfriendly, irratable manager or owner was always finding a way to make our 3 minute interactions unbearable. A few months ago my father died and I needed a notary in order to close out some of his affairs. I finally called the Panorama City store to find out if they did notary services. They did. They were also friendly and helpful! And they continue to be more than a month later. Grateful for the new UPS Store and the people in it! read more

I am writing this on wednesday may 22nd at 8pm. for the female worker working the closing shift let me just say... GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!! she was so polite and helpful. I had shown up at 817 ish around closing time and someone before me needed to drop something off really quick and she went ahead and opened the door for them and let them in, i proceeded to come up and ask her if i could sneak in and drop off my packages and she let me. she really values the importance of how kindness can go a long way. I will forever be using this UPS store just because of her. If the owner of this store sees this please please encourage her to continue being a wonderful employee that she is! 10/10 read more

I went to this location to return a package , I didn't have a printed label which in my regular location they only charge 75 cents to print. The lady said it was $2 to print. I said why would they charge 2 when it's always either free or 75 cents? Another male employee jumped into the conversation and said ,why do you come here ? Here we charge 2 dollars .I felt the disrespect immediately , so I responded the same way he talked to me and I walked out with my package. Those people are literally making profit out of the community charging 2 dollars per label. It's not about the money it's the principal and the way you talk to people . I'm never returning to this location EVER! read more

I went on Monday to get passport picture done and came back on Tuesday (less than 24-hours). The picture was washed out and my skin looks like a completely different color and it looks terrible. When I got home, I was told it doesn't look like me and that I'm looking over the camera with ears not fully showing and the photo looked like overexposure. I went back today with my photos and asked if I could retake. I was cordial and I asked if I could please get the photo redone. The man at the counter had me speak with the woman who took the picture. I explained they issues and asked her nicely if she could assist me with this request. She said no, that the picture is fine and if I wanted it redone, I would need to pay an additional $19.69. I am really surprised at the low level of service. She explained people would try to get photos redone all the time if she let me do this. I asked her if she could help me or make an exception for a customer. I explained that I am not trying to scam anyone, I am just bot satisfied with the photo. Also, I only get passport photos every 10 years. I usually go to FedEx, but this is a newer neighborhood store that I wanted to support. But it seems that they don't value their customers. She was rude and just kept arguing that the picture was fine. I told her that since she is unwilling to help me, I would dispute it with my credit card and she said that's ok, we'll tell them it was fine. I guess customer service does not exist at this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Any shipping needs will be done anywhere but there. It would have taken nothing for her to help me out, it is the little things that create loyal customers, but they do not care about that. Extremely disappointed. And on a side note, the store smelled like raw sewage, both days. Steer clear of this store if you expect any kind of customer service. Go to FedEx, you'll be happier. Ah 5th time coming here to do the typical Amazon drop off. 3 of 5 times I had an issue with the label. This Amazon issue is totally not an issue of the store but my review is in regards to the customer service. Both times when having this issue, I was provided horrible customer service from the man-- ponytail and always comes from the back to help the woman when it gets busy. lol like clockwork every time I come in here she's working the front by herself with such a positive attitude. And every time once there's a line he rushes from the back seemingly disheveled and with an attitude. lol and EVERY time I end up with him. The days I didn't have a label issue he barely speaks but does his job quickly whereas his colleague is greeting everyone and running around helpful. But if there's any issue with the label he's rude says he can't help and literally walks away from the counter. This time, she walked over and asked if I can contact Amazon... even checked on me a few times. I hate to give them a bad review because she really deserves 5 stars but I've seen him treat myself and others this way too many times to ignore. Wish I could provide names so you can avoid him but they don't have name tags. read more
