Es una caja con un labor de $250 más alrededor de $200 incluido el seguro por si se pierde el cual no puedo reclamar por qué la caja no está perdida pero tampoco me dicen que ya existe o se activó el número de rastreo.

Customer services reps don't have an answer, no one wants to be responsible for theft. Again at least take ownership and paid insurance

I had purchased an item on EBay to use in a project that I was scheduled to install on the following weekend. The seller missed their guaranteed delivery date and the package was scheduled to be delivered on a day when the electric was due to be off the day for for maintenance by So Cal Edison. I thought I would fix this by using my Fedex account Manage Delivery feature to have the package delivered to a local Fedex office. The package arrived in CA from FL on Thursday for its original scheduled delivery on Friday however when Fedex processed the re-delivery request, the delivery date was moved to Monday (too late). I called Fedex and they confirmed that I could not change the delivery address again or pick the package up from the Branford location (where I could see it had arrived on Friday morning from City of Industry). Throwing caution to the wind, I decided to take a 55 mile trip out to see if I could get the item. This location is basically a series of large warehouse buildings where Fedex packages are sorted for local distribution. I checked in at security and gave them my tracking number and they called it through to another department to check the package was there. After confirming this, they asked me to wait in a small office by security and about 15 minutes later, an employee showed up with my Fedex Ground package. Given that I was told that I couldn't collect the package from this location, and their warehouses span about 3 football fields, I was astonished that they were able to find my package and hand it over. I give Fedex 5 stars for going the extra mile so that I was able to get the project completed on schedule on Saturday (no thanks to the clown EBay seller!).

The driver came earlier around 11:45am which is not within the time frame posted in the fedex tracking app. To our suprise we saw a missed tag 11:55am that we missed the package as signature needs to sign, fedex driver didn't even call as we personally requested, What worst was the driver didnt even atleast knock or do the doorbell. Fortunately that resident was not home but the driver left a delivery notice on that door. I only found out about it because I tracked the package. There was a photo of a delivery notice on the door of apartment A, but (1) there was no delivery notice on my door, (2) this building has an apartment A on every floor, so that means the driver went to an apartment A on the wrong floor, and (3) most frustrating of all, is that there is no way to lodge a complaint and when I did talk a customer representative she didn't seem able to comprehend what the problem was - she thought I wanted to provide a different address-and kept repeating the wrong apartment number back to me saying the correct floor then "a" as in apple, and left it has that, so I'm left wondering if she even understood HOW the apartment number should be written. You can't even call the FedEx receiving/warehouse hub for this area and let them know a serious delivery mistake was made. I say serious because the item is over $800 and requires a signature upon delivery. All I can is hope the next driver is a bit smarter and aware of what floor he's on on the next attempt.
