So I went there and they came out and helped me get the piece of art into the store . It actually came out to be a little bit less expensive than I thought it would be. This was a crucial item for me and because I thought it was lost I ordered a new one and paid for it a second time. This delayed the deployment of a new service I was offering. The first one had a serial number and it was cancelled when they shipped the new one so I could not use the first one. I am worried this practice will cause a needless one day delay in delivery of my packages and letters. In addition, they never gave me a key to the mailbox, even though I have been there 3 times.

Closing early without clearly posted policies is misleading for customers who rely on posted business hours. If there's a cutoff time, it should be clearly communicated in advance--not added after the fact. Would appreciate more consistency and transparency moving forward.
