Tried calling to speak to a real person but instead the AI machine couldn't help me and every time I asked to speak to a representative, it would repeat "I understand you want to speak to an agent. Let's try one more time to see if I can help." This cycle went on for 20 minutes, I finally just gave up and will show up in person tomorrow in hopes they can help me. I would suggest to the business, reprogramming your AI voice service so that someone isn't going round and round in circles for 20+ minutes and actually gets answers to their questions. read more

Deserves 0 stars. First of all, it's unbearably hot in here even in the "winter", if you have heat intolerance (especially with conditions like MS), avoid this location. Second, Connie, the postal worker at the counter, was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. She insisted she knew how to format an international address, but she was wrong and refused to listen or fix the issue. I was polite, and her attitude was completely uncalled for, especially in front of other customers. I understand working with the public can be challenging, I did it for 15 years but, it was NOT ok. I did nothing to deserve her treatment. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Studio City Post Office instead, they were able to help me right away and were so sweet! Beautiful building, however, this location is always extremely busy. They do have an easy parking lot around back and I suggest printing out your prepaid labels at home to save time waiting. read more

This is the absolute worst Post Office ever. I've been waiting 40 minutes and am only half way to the front. One lady in front, just one. She is extremely slow. The regulars here say she is the absolute slowest. It's also very dirty and disorganized. I will go to a post office 40 minutes away rather than ever step foot here again. It's disgusting. read more

I used this USPS location a few times, not the closest one, but I stopped by a few times when I was in the area . The building is very cute. It is very crammed inside though, so during the pandemic the space makes things a tad more difficult. Not the longest lines here or the worst customer service. Not outstanding either. I'd say somewhere in the middle. I do park on the street, sometimes easier than other times. read more

I never leave reviews, but this Post Office is just a Covid hotspot waiting to happen. I had a pre-paid shipping slip and a flat rate box, and just needed one of those plastic slips where you can slide your shipping paper and then unpeel and stick the label to your box. I ask the man at the front for one, and he said, "Nope. Don't have one. You have to tape it to the box yourself." He then handed me a roll of tape, and I said, "Do you have scissors?", and he said, "No. Use your hands and TEETH!!!!!" So, are they handing this roll of tape to anyone who asks and giving them the instructions to use their mouth on it to seal up boxes?! So disgusting. I didn't do this (of course), but then man next to me did and then handed the roll back to the post office worker, who then immediately handed the same roll off to another customer without ever wiping it off. read more

I visit this post office several times a week, and have always had very positive experiences! Actually, I have never had a bad experience here. Thankfully it is the closest post office to my house because if I had anything negative to say about it, I would travel further away for a better experience. There's always parking and it's conveniently located close to several other businesses that I visit quite often! Worst customer service of any post office I've ever been to. I ship a lot of goods as a key part of my business and have been doing so with ease and a helpful smile with Mickey at the Woodland Hills location for 2 years. Now, these employees are always looking for excuses to give me a hard time, up-charge me or prevent me from shipping as media mail. It's as though they're looking for reasons to be argumentative instead of helpful. I actually had to bring in samples of what I'm shipping, just so they wouldn't overcharge me on some technicality like a printed ad. Now a critical step in my business activities has become a stressful chore, wondering what kind of terrible mood these employees will be in when I need to go to my local PO to ship my product. Seriously, how many stars do you want? Last I checked it's a Post Office. If you came here for tray passed Hors d'Ovevres, you're in the wrong place. This is one of the older ones in the Valley. Parking is best done in back. They share a lot with several other businesses but have a space just for them at the same time. Unless you want to cross fit or buy weed. Whatevs. The space is rather small and yes,the employees are spirit crushed humans who are just in it for a paycheck. If you surprise them with a friendly bomb you will not only mood enhance their day, but after the brighten up, they help you more. Let me preface this with saying that I am also in public service and I understand that dealing with the public can be very taxing but every single time I come here the employees almost go out of their way to be extra rude. I asked the elderly Armenian (middle eastern ) man if I could borrow some tape and he said "BORROW IT FROM HER," signaling the other woman next to me. I wish I could give a review for just one specific employee here, a younger woman with curly dark hair. I've never met anybody working in any establishment with more attitude. The drop off bin was overflowing when I came in to drop mail off. I asked her where I should place items in order to try and keep things orderly for them (unlike another guy who just threw his on the ground over the counter). I was looking to email them with a heads-up -- but then I read some reviews and got scared. I just mailed a letter in the curb box on the side street. The letter STUCK in the slot. I got out of the car. The inside of the slot was covered with something weird and VERY STICKY. I had to peel my letter off of it. I mailed it in another box. This is probably one of the smallest post offices I have seen in terms of customer space but from the side it looks like they do a lot of sorting in the back. I was in the area and needed to drop off a package really quickly came on a Saturday in the early afternoon and it was empty. There is a parking lot in the back with quite a few spaces. The staff was friendly and service was quick. Would definitely come here in the future if I needed to. read more

Absolutely horrible. We went there to get a PO Box and everyone working there was incredibly rude. We left and found a different place. They seemed very disorganized and were rude to every costumer I saw them interact with. They didn't seem cautious about Covid at all when it comes to handing costumers pens, supplies ect. Another review mentioned they're having costumers use their teeth to rip open the tape instead of scissors. I can't believe this location is still operational to be honest. read more

I've been using this post office for 14 years and never had an issue. I live just across the street and the line gets long and people get impatient but these people work their asses off and deal with people who are on the wrong medication all day. Most the post officers who deliver to me out of that office are competent and friendly. These workers deserve some recognition that they're doing a great job. I think it'd help everyone if we were more friendly ourselves when dealing with our postal employees. Just a simple, "thank you and have a great day" is all you need read more

This is a nice small post office. Nothing fancy no bells and whistles. Only three employees work at in front counter. The lines can be long if you come during peak hours. The service is OK, nothing extra is given in their customer service. Nothing to write home to Mom about. The parking lot in the back has plenty of spots which is a benefit of this post office. If you want to avoid the long lines they have two automated machines that you can mail from. Most customers do not use the automated self-serve machine's. read more

After reading the other reviews I guess I'm not surprised that I had a package stolen. I ordered a set of vintage salt and pepper shakers from Ebay that were marked as "delivered" but weren't in my mailbox and wasn't in front of my door. After going back and forth with customer service at the Post Office I was informed that the mail carrier left it "on my porch." Well, I live in an apartment building and I don't have a porch. He just left it by the mailboxes which is on a busy street and it was stolen. The Post Office then told me that I should contact the seller to send me a new one. They have not been very helpful at all. Ive been trying to get a package sent to Kuwait for two weeks now. They told me I required a 4-5 digit code after the zip code but had no idea how to obtain. The military personnel I am trying to ship to never had a problem before and did not know of the code either. They were not willing to help with this and the package is still sitting in my car.
