Absolutely the rudest post office I've ever been to. Came here because usps listed them as having passport walk in hours when you do the search and filter by passport walk in hours. I walked in and lined up in the passport line and immediately the woman had an attitude that I was coming in for a walk in passport appointment and I told her the page I saw didn't show the much more truncated hours for passport walk in ( apparently 10-11 am only). She then proceeded to tell me that it's absolutely listed on the usps page I saw, so I pulled it up and proved it to her. Not visible on the location search when filtering by passport walk in. An honest mistake based on their own site and nothing to have such A rude attitude about. I can meet energy as well and I have no time for you. Maybe chill tf out lady. I haven't been to this post office for almost four or five years. I was really surprised it was not busy at all. Now they have a separate line for passport ,which makes it easy for people dropping off mail. For service, the gentleman who helped me was really nice and helpful. He wasn't like any "typical mean post office employee". He provided an outstanding customer service and was patients with customers. He was answering questions and taking his time helping them. Five stars for the customer service. For parking, this location has street parking and private parking lot. read more

Honest Review: After a bit of time coming here, these are the pros and cons. The pros are that there's not much traffic that comes through and mailing a package is quick and straight to the point. The cons are that customer service isn't good. They used to be a bit more rude before but now, even though they are not nice, they are respectful enough to get by. I've had one bad experience as I was given attitude by the woman behind the counter but it never escalated into something serious. So in short, firmly get straight to the point and move along. Went in to drop off a package and it was a lady who assisted me, she said that my package label was not valid. I told her okay can I buy one right now to send it off. She replies with no you cant because this label has a different account #. I told her so i cant give you an address and the zip code to send it? She said you can but can you pay for it right now. I was in shock terrible customer service. The one in north hollywood is better just drive a couple more minutes and go there. read more

Worst post office ever . Nobody wants to do their job . They're so lazy , they will do everything they can for you to walk out of this place. I showed up to my appointment on time and the guy up front with glasses was helping somebody else and while I waited he saw more people walked in and he proceeded to ask if I have an appointment I said yes . Then he told me I'm late so he can't help me , but I was on time just waiting in line the whole time while he finished with other people. The little Post office in San Dimas at the Mercy pharmacy needs more help. Came in to simply drop off a package and get a receipt and the girl behind the counter said " I'll be right with you" and then took two other ladies to another area of the store and never came back. Meanwhile another girl came to the register who was from the pharmacy area. She didn't know what she was doing and was fiddling and looking at lists on the wall. They just need more help! They are ususally really great! read more

I think that as a postal service and with the fact of working with customer service, they should be a little kinder to the people and less racist, with the fact of speaking Spanish, they should have more patience because there are people who really need help. The local agency is very bad, the two people working on 6/26/2025 had bad service from several people, they should change that attitude. read more

Listen Marisa, I asked for a paper receipt of the packages I dropped off because sometimes USPS doesn't scan the items and then there's no proof of me actually having dropped it off. No need to give me attitude saying that you don't provide receipts at this location. I get that there's an online receipt of the pending acceptance of items but what if it's never scanned? Well if that's the case over here or if it's just your personal policy, then I'll just head over to a different USPS branch. Sheesh. read more

This is the only post office in LA that deserves 5 stars. We used to go to the Sunland one - near the Sunland park (they have several RUDE - almost cartoonishly angry clerks there). When I was there, the line started to get longer - and they added another window to help. I had three big boxes to mail internationally, but the lady didn't sigh or roll her eyes to help me out like other ones. She was very patient. It's a common customer service - but it's rare to see. I decided to run a very important errand (mailing my wedding invitations) in between meetings at work and I sort of needed a quick experience at the Post Office. Not only was it efficient (very few people in there at like 11am on a Friday), but the service was delightful. Donovan helped me out, and not only did he help me figure out which envelopes needed which stamps, but he stamped them all for me with nice-looking stamps (that he had to do by hand), so that the beautiful wedding invitation envelopes that my fiancee picked out didn't have some big ugly stamp on them. Kinda hidden... Right behind the train tracks. They were so nice though. I had a package waiting for me, and they close at 5:30. I called at 5:20 and said I'm on my way but stuck in traffic. The rep said, it's ok... we'll wait for you. If the front door's closed, come in through the back and we'll have the package. I went, and they really had it set aside for me. They just checked my ID, verified my address and gave me my package 10 minutes after closing. It saved me a lot of trouble (because I didn't have to wait through the holidays until they were open again to get my shoes!!!). I was really impressed with the service. read more

Clean and plenty of parking. Only 7 people in front of me on a Friday at 5pm. 2 tellers at the window that were pleasant and friendly.

This place needs to update their times. Says they close at 4pm on saturdays I show up exactly at 2:56 and the lady already had the doors close. Wouldn't even accept the package I had to drop off. Then kept Telling me I can't hear you through the doors when I can clearly hear her. I understand you wanna go home early but at least stay open til you close. Rude lady. All I wanted to do is drop the package off. Didn't need a label or anything. read more

I havent really had to go to the post office in a while but I had to so today. Thankfully, the wait was very minimal which was surprising because every time I have been to this post office it has always been very busy. I was greeted by one of the post office workers named Donovan. I have never seen him before but he was extremely friendly and courteous. He helped me with my mailing purchase with no problem and most importantly with a genuine smile on his face! More employees like Donovan are needed! read more

This place is very close to my work so I often come here to send letters and packages. The staff is very nice. I come hear mostly during lunchtime and it is never crowded. It takes few minutes to wait in the line. Usually they are very well equipped with shipping supplies and also have many nice verities of boxes as well as shipping envelopes. I definitely recommend this place for quick run in shipping. I almost forgot to mention that there is a huge parking area, which is a big plus. read more

This post office has a lot of parking . When I came in there was no line but the lady working there said people have been stealing the mail from the mailbox outside . They had all the mailbox outside all tape up . Very scary place to come to. read more

P.O. Box lobby hours are WRONG. Website claims they are 8:15am-6pm on Saturday and it's actually only until 4pm.

I love this post office. It is closing and Sun Valley will no longer have a post office. Burbank will now handle the Sun Valley folks and thats not good for the people of Burbank or Sun Valley. read more

I've never had an issue with my delivery of packages, till February 5, when i orederd a pair of sun glasses from eBay worth $100 and had it delivered to my new address. The package had tracking so it said it was delivered on the 5th, when i checked my mail box there was nothing, I called & the postal office manager said to wait & see if someone returns it, & that they would call me. Well a week went by & never got a call back, tried calling again & the phone # is either disconnect or unplugged. Sucks cuz i lost my package & money. The post office customer service is the worst & they don't care about the recipients losses. I suggest anyone receiving packages request insurance & requires a signature on all packages to prevent this from happening. Worst postal service ever. read more
