I went to the store and it was not there. I went there the next day (Tuesday) at about 11:30 AM and it still was not there. Then later in the afternoon they sent me an email announcing they had it. This was a crucial item for me and because I thought it was lost I ordered a new one and paid for it a second time. This delayed the deployment of a new service I was offering. The first one had a serial number and it was cancelled when they shipped the new one so I could not use the first one. I am worried this practice will cause a needless one day delay in delivery of my packages and letters. In addition, they never gave me a key to the mailbox, even though I have been there 3 times.

Admittedly I was upset returning to the store location, and faced with explaining how the previous employee didn't fax the entire packet of document. This delayed the process of my retirement, with my previous job. You see UPS faxed only three sheets out of seven sheets!!! I had no idea, and I was only told that this was the case two weeks later. Long story short Ahkiah handled my dilemma, and she sent us off, with a big smile. She is a good employee, and she understands how to handle her costumers. She knew how to make the costumer happy!! Manager was rude and had an attitude the whole time I kept telling I am on a lunch break but it took forever to do a print the. I said I need to sign and scan it too. She started helping another customer. Zero empathy. She kept saying when I told her that I need to do this real quick and get back to work I won't be able to even eat lunch if she's so slow she deliberately took forever to print and scan my document threatened to call cops on me cause I got frustrated but I was sitting there I felt discriminated due to having a bit of an accent. She lost a customer there and because of her I am giving her one star She should have had empathy. Try to be fast and reassuring she'll get it done quickly. I didn't appreciate how I was treated. At the end I only got my print not even my scan. Really not cool. That's not how you treat customers during Christmas holidays.

I got the envelopes and the papers that I needed, but unfortunately they no longer carry the ink that I needed. It has been a discontinued item for a long time. The quality of both the envelopes and the paper is solid and good. Prices varies on what you get. For those 2 things that I got, I paid less than $20.00. Great customer service by everyone, plenty of parking spaces, clean restrooms for both men & women. You can't ask for anything more. Store was very nicely organized and super clean. They have so many different things from office needs, to shipping, printing, handling, packaging and delivering. Love FedEx very much!!
