Whether it's mailing letters, packages, buying boxes, stamps, bubble wrap, even has a nice selection of greeting cards. Has all your necessities and essentials. Everything depends on weight, length of the item and all prices vary. Earlier this morning I walked in to mail 2 letters/bills/envelopes and one package. There were 4 people in front of me and 3 employees were working in the front. They cleared that line so fast and it was my turn. They greeted me nicely, and everything went without a hitch. I also bought a booklet of stamps. Being the old school that I am, I still do some things the old school way. Whatever works for you. They have 2 mailboxes in the front for your convenience when the Post office is closed. Place is clean, and has few parking spots in the front and limited spots behind the building. All I can say is that I saw a BIG improvement from the years before..

Let's try one more time to see if I can help." This cycle went on for 20 minutes, I finally just gave up and will show up in person tomorrow in hopes they can help me. I would suggest to the business, reprogramming your AI voice service so that someone isn't going round and round in circles for 20+ minutes and actually gets answers to their questions.

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding an unresolved mail delivery problem affecting a…read moregroup mailbox serving five units in a secured condominium building with a total of 24 units located in Sherman Oaks, CA 91423, 4454 Ventura Canyon Ave. For approximately two and a half months, the group mailbox for these five units has not been functioning properly. The lock on the mailbox was changed to a lock that apparently belongs to a different city, and as a result, the assigned letter carrier does not have the correct key to access the mailbox (Please, see the attached photo). This has caused a prolonged disruption in regular mail delivery for the affected residents. I have contacted the local USPS office and spoke with the delivery manager, Michael, on four separate occasions regarding this matter. Despite these conversations and repeated requests for assistance, the issue remains unresolved, and the affected residents continue to experience problems receiving their mail. This situation is unacceptable because residents, predominantly elderly people over the age of seventy, depend on timely and reliable mail delivery for important correspondence, medications, bills, notices, and other essential documents. They are forced to visit the post office located 2.8 miles away in person, waiting in line for up to 40 minutes. The problem appears to be administrative or operational in nature and should not have remained unresolved for such an extended period.

When I got home last night, there was one of those notices next to my intercom saying "sorry we…read moremissed you", with their address to go and pick up my package. This is my first time at this UPS. Well, when I walked in today around 12:35 pm, I was nicely greeted by Edwin. He was very pleasant with a nice smile. They also had two other employees working there. He wanted to know how he could help me, so I told him why I was there. He asked to see my ID, looked me up in their system and couldn't find my name. He asked if I had a tracking number and I told him no. I forgot it at home. I asked him to check one more time and he did by telling me that maybe it's in another UPS store. I thanked him for it and walked out. Now I need to go search and see where my package is. Hopefully it's not lost somewhere in the wilderness:-)) They offer many different services here: printing, shipping, copy making services, scanning, to take your photo for your passport/ID, faxing, laminating, P.O. Box mailboxes, notary, shredding, even Amazon returns. It's a very interesting UPS. Shaped kind of like zig-zag. Store was clean, everything was nicely, fully stocked and organized. Depending what you buy, everything has its own price and value. People keep complaining about their parking being full, cramped, but I have been inside this shopping center few times, and never had a problem with their parking. Thank you Edwin, and UPS!
