Whether it's mailing letters, packages, buying boxes, stamps, bubble wrap, even has a nice selection of greeting cards. Has all your necessities and essentials. Everything depends on weight, length of the item and all prices vary. Earlier this morning I walked in to mail 2 letters/bills/envelopes and one package. There were 4 people in front of me and 3 employees were working in the front. They cleared that line so fast and it was my turn. They greeted me nicely, and everything went without a hitch. I also bought a booklet of stamps. Being the old school that I am, I still do some things the old school way. Whatever works for you. They have 2 mailboxes in the front for your convenience when the Post office is closed. Place is clean, and has few parking spots in the front and limited spots behind the building. All I can say is that I saw a BIG improvement from the years before..

Let's try one more time to see if I can help." This cycle went on for 20 minutes, I finally just gave up and will show up in person tomorrow in hopes they can help me. I would suggest to the business, reprogramming your AI voice service so that someone isn't going round and round in circles for 20+ minutes and actually gets answers to their questions.

I was polite, and her attitude was completely uncalled for, especially in front of other customers. I understand working with the public can be challenging, I did it for 15 years but, it was NOT ok. I did nothing to deserve her treatment. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Studio City Post Office instead, they were able to help me right away and were so sweet! Architecturally, the building is an absolutely stunning testament to the intricate detail of the Art Deco era which I hope others appreciate as much as I do. What's more, the facility is clean, fully stocked with any supplies I may need, there's ample parking in the lot (which, by the way, has an interesting Tongva/Gabrieleño mural honoring the indigenous people who originally occupied the area) & my packages always get delivered on time...something that sadly doesn't happen at every post office. Now, the worst thing about post offices is that you never know when there'll be a long line; it's inevitable & happens pretty much everywhere from time to time. That being said, the employees here work hard to keep the line moving plus there are two (2) self-serve kiosks which I've also used to make my visits even quicker. So I had to return an Amazon purchase & this is one of the stores that came up…read more I walk in to store #2036, a few customers are to the side like they're waiting for something & no one is in line. A young lady kinda waves me over & I let her know I have an Amazon return. Note I was not greeted by her or anyone, just kinda waved over. I hand my package to her & she scans & does some things; no questions, no small talk, no smile & hands me a paper. Now, I have returned only a few items & to Amazon Fresh & they let me know what's going on, walk me through the return process - she did none of this & handed me a paper. I didn't know what to do with it, I ask her what it is, she kinda sighs and says it's your receipt. Ok, no big deal, I say thank you & she just looks away. No goodbye, no thanks for coming in. Imho, she REALLY needs some refreshing on how to treat people because even though I wasn't technically a customer, she was not polite in the least & I will not be back to this store for any reason.
