I usually do not write reviews, but I feel this place could really improve. First, they do not take QR codes, charge for printing labels (which standard okay), but also charge $1.75 for small versions of the bags available for free at the post office and other third party shippers. Also, they only ship in the morning (which was miscommunicated to me), so if bring a package after noon, it will not go out until the next day. I only went to this place because I really needed to get this package out and did not have time to drive to the post office, but honestly I just spent money for a service I could have done for free and it would've arrived at the same time. read more

Precision Mail has amazing customer service. Gorj is always very helpful and friendly. I like that when I need to send mailings with tracking information, he listens to what I need and advises me of my options. He helps me pack items securely in a way where I need less packing material. Even when there is a crowd the service is very attentive. I never have any issues with deliveries that I send from Precision Mail and I know that I am getting a very competitive price because I have tried other mailing locations and none of them have the great service and prices that I get at Precision Mail. Wow, I just sent a very important shipment through this store because it was next to our fave Sushi spot and the girl working there made it an absolute breeze! She was very attentive to me and my husband even when there were others and she helped us pack our boxes full of personal items to our new residence in the east coast. Drove 1 hour because apparently there is not a lot of DHL centers in the valley. Their website says they close at 5pm M-F got here 15 min before 5 and they were closed? had a deadline for a package to Europe that is time sensitive. This is terrible business practice and service. I have been using precision mail since 2016... I have been waiting for an important care package from my mom and I called the staff to inform them to let me know ASAP when my package arrived. The staff was so helpful to inform me right away when my international package arrived. They called me right away once the package was at their location and I was able to pick it up. Save your time and money. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The manager George can be pretty rude and would scold other employees in front of customers. It wasn't pleasant to watch. To top it off, once one of the younger female employees (never got her name) would be really unprofessional and would be on the phone while "helping me." It was probably 20 minutes to closing and I had a question about my account and she straight up said out loud, "bitch i'm tryna go home," and it took me a second to realize she was "on the phone with her friend." I was in need of more moving boxes ASAP, and this was the closest place. Their prices are astronomical, but I was in a hurry and know I have to pay a premium when I don't have a lot of choices. The boy behind the counter was so incredibly slow I had to tell him 3 times what kind of boxes I needed. He then proceeded to pull out used boxes. I asked him if the used ones were cheaper, and he had no idea what I was talking about. So I asked for new ones. Then it took him forever to get out his calculator and do basic math. He told me my total came to $20.05, so I gave him $21. He then gave me $0.50 back. I told him he owed me $0.95. "Oh my apologies ma'am, it was $20.50". Whatever. Maybe the kid is dyslexic. However, all the while he had his mask under his chin with his nose and mouth hanging out. I said, "By the way, the mask needs to be over your nose and mouth to be effective" And he said, "Well I didn't ask." Whoever this kid's boss is, please note that this kid should not be customer facing. Health Hazard I went in earlier this week to send something and I was shocked that the girl working there had no mask on. During the height of the pandemic that we hear that someone is dying every 6 minutes, an associate doesn't wear a mask to serve the public?!!!!How is this possible? She put it on begrudgingly to process my transaction. Then took it off as soon as I was on my way out. I understand if she was in the back in a break room or something or getting a water really quick but to knowingly not wear a mask while filing people's packages and mail is unacceptable. Needless to say I won't be coming here again. Shame it is close to my house. Please do yourself a favor and don't go to this place! I shipped something to a friend overseas and Jesus who works there filled my invoice incorrectly putting 7 times the amount of the package as total value. And caused me an terrible headache to fixed with DHL and made me loose money! After that I called him asking for help to fix this situation, and he was rude and didn't own up to his mistakes like a professional should and didn't to help a client. I have come in here recently and the employees are not wearing masks, or wearing a mask and not covering their nose with it which is the same as not wearing one. They have no plexi-glass at the register. Quite often they are just in the back on their phones when you come in and are not very eager to work or be friendly. If you don't want corona virus don't come in here. I have also come in the morning when they are supposed to be open or in the evening when they are supposed to be open and they are closed. read more

Very disappointing. I have been at this same location for over 15 years & 3 owners. Tried to pay the 1 month rent today & was told I had to pay 3- they wouldn't take 1 month. Even though it clearly stated one month @ $25. Two phone calls later, the poor employee tells me that the owner has agreed to a one month payment (like he's doing me a favor). Then the employee tells me it will be $30 instead of $25. Another phone call-finally get the owner to agree to $25 (the price shown on the invoice). Decide to call the Post office to see what it would cost for a box--it's $33.00 for 6 months! Good by Precision Mail- Be careful if your going to use these guys-cause it's a pain in the butt to change all your addresses and they know that. Be prepared to have random changes in pricing at a whim. read more

Not only the worst customer service when we were in person mailing something, we were misled about certain information about sending parcels abroad. Once we spoke to Fedex about the issue (as precision mail is not a FedEx store but provider of FedEx) Fedex agreed to refund us the $320 we paid. FedEx sent the refund to Precision Mail and said they'd have to put it back on our card directly. Called them back several times as a month passed since they were given our money back... I was given the runaround that the manager was out of town for a few weeks and today when I called the person on the line said he wasn't the manager but that they would not give us our money back regardless of if FedEx refunded them the amount that we paid. This is unethical! I'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau and call back FedEx immediately to see if they can refund us directly and penalize the supplier. This man and business should not represent fed ex or any professional shipping carrier. He just pocketed $320 of our money that was supposed to be returned back to the end customer - which is me. Do not go here go to a certified fed ex store! They will lie and mislead you, then not refund you. read more
