FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - The poster that they helped me to laminate. It was 2 pages; and that is why there is a long line in between. Still, came out nice.

This is a fully equipped store that handles everything from A to Z. They do a heck of a great job! Been there few times, and their service along with all the items/products never fails. IMPECCABLE! They do Printing, Scanning, Packaging, Shipping, Copying, and a lot more.. Walked in yesterday at 4:30pm and got a genuine, nice greeting with a soft spoken voice who's name is Jane. Right away I asked her if I could use the restroom and she ran to get the key to let me in. Isn't that something? Other people will NOT let you use their restroom. Regardless whether you buy something or not. I needed to laminate a poster that I had, send a big package, buy 8X10 pack of paper, and needed to make a banner of this logo that I liked at a restaurant. Jane and Bertha were just AMAZING in every way. So kind and helpful. I also bought a small bottle of water. They literally have everything, and even a station for people who would like to work on computers, or just simply do some personal work, read, or whatever they are in for. A lot of items on clearance. Parking is shared with a lot of businesses and the restroom along with the store was SPOTLESS CLEAN! I have used their restroom in the past. Always clean. Every item has its own value and price. You can never go wrong with this particular FedEx! Thank you all very much!

This used to be my go-to FedEx location because it's close to home. I've always had great…read moreexperiences with a deaf gentleman who works there. He is incredibly kind and always does his best to help. Unfortunately, my experience on July 3rd was completely different. As soon as I walked in, I explained that I needed help printing a certificate. The employee, a white male without a name tag, immediately pointed me toward the self-service machines and said, "Self print is that way." I explained that I needed to print a certificate and did not know how to use the machines. I simply asked if he could help me feed the paper. He immediately seemed annoyed and said, "If I have to do it, I have to charge you." Of course I understood that there would be a charge. I came to a business expecting to pay for a service. His tone was completely unnecessary. I also knew they were closing in about 10 minutes, so I understood that they were trying to finish up for the day. However, there were still customers inside, and I only needed to print one certificate. While I was waiting for my retrieval code, he told me that if I did not receive it within two minutes, I would have to come back Monday because they were closed for July 4th. I understood the time constraint, but again, the way he spoke to me was unnecessarily aggressive. When he printed the certificate, it came out much larger than it should have. I explained that I had printed the exact same certificate at another FedEx location and it came out correctly. He told me that adjusting the size would require an additional charge, which I paid without any issue. The next copy then printed in black and white. When I pointed this out, he blamed me and said he had not changed anything. I explained that on the original certificate, which had printed correctly at the other FedEx location, I had only changed a word or two because of a typo. I did not alter the format, sizing, or anything else about the certificate. Despite explaining this, he continued to act as though the printing issues were my fault. After another attempt, the certificate finally printed correctly. I understand that employees can be ready to close, especially before a holiday, and I am not expecting special treatment. However, there is still a professional and respectful way to communicate with customers. I was never rude to him, yet from the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience for simply asking for assistance with a service I was willing to pay for. I have had good experiences at this location in the past, but this interaction was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. I recommend the FedEx locations in Burbank or Toluca Lake instead. Hopefully management addresses the customer service at this location because the attitude I and many others have experienced was completely unnecessary. Upon reading more reviews I am pretty confident it was the same rude employee at the front desk.

Googled this place on Yelp and was blown away by Arnold's Copy & Printing. It was also close to my home. With that being said, I walked in few days ago and was greeted by Arnold himself. He had a great demeanor about himself, had a keen eye, and can even give you tips and ideas if you need his advice. Was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and truly wanted to help his customers. I needed 100 cards to be printed and boy did he deliver in less than 48 hours!! Prices are different on what you get. For 100 business cards, I only paid $45. He even gave me a 10% discount. They offer services from:business cards, any type of invitation cards for all your special occasions, from birthday to wedding and everything else in between. They also do letterhead envelopes, flyers, scanning, menus, menu covers, table placemats, and a whole lot more.. Thank you Arnold for a wonderful job printing my Event Planning business cards. If anyone needs any one of his services, I highly recommend Arnold and his printing company. Plenty of parking.10/10!

A friend recommended Arnold's Copy & Printing and from the first meeting we knew we'd made the right decision. It's a family-owned small business run by Arnold and his daughter. Arnold patiently walked us through paper weights, envelope choices, fonts and ink colors. He promptly communicated via email or phone when we had a question or change. The watercolor artwork on our invite was complex in terms of depth and variation of colors. Arnold was able to perfectly duplicate the file we emailed. If you're debating between an online printer and a brick and mortar shop, save yourself the stress. Arnold provides the kind of personal service and attention to detail that a website simply can't replicate. The turnaround time was very quick and prices are reasonable. We're thrilled with the results and our guests have been extremely complimentary. Highest recommendation!!
