    This was my first time stopping at this location. I missed a package delivery at home and was left a door tag slip. Since the package required a signature, I was able to go the very next day and pick up my husband's package. The building was very easy to find, there was plenty of parking in front and the entry was open to enter, very airy open feel inside. I handed the rep my door tag and within minutes he brought it up, scanned it, verified my I.D. And I was out the door. Very convenient location and professional customer service.

    Why do businesses still use fedex. I've been waiting for 15 min when the only person there disappeared and came back. Only 1 attendant.

Lauderdale, but I ordered a cake from Susie Cakes in Long Beach, CA, to surprise my sister in Huntington Beach. Sounds simple, right? WRONG. I tried Uber Delivery, DoorDash, and many more other delivery services and even sent a few heartfelt pleas to the universe--nobody was willing to deliver my precious dessert. It was like a sad, cake-less episode of Mission Impossible. In a final act of desperation (and possibly madness), I opened a Yelp project request, and bam--Santos to the rescue! Not only did he respond faster than a pizza delivery guy, but he quoted me an amazing price despite it being a last-minute, urgent cake mission. Like, I could almost hear him say, "Cake? No problem." Then, the real magic happened. Santos sent me photos of him arriving at the bakery, a screenshot of the GPS routing him to my sister's home (he's basically the cake delivery GPS whisperer), and even a shot of the cake safely at my sister's doorstep like a true cake hero. Santos's service was above and beyond anything I could have ever expected--professional, friendly, polite, and seemingly part-time superhero. If you need something delivered with the urgency of a secret agent and the precision of a ninja, look no further. You won't be disappointed with Santos at Pro Pickup and Delivery. Unless you don't like cake... then, maybe. But still, five stars!

Armando was courteous and patient, very attend to details and very considerate/accommodates of my keep changing schedule situation. When I reached out - He responds right away and listens to all my concerns and requests (with so much patient). I would've give him a 6 stars review if there's room to add one more star cause he really listens and follows through which is really rare these days. He text me when he got to the pick up location, he texted me when he pick up the items (even sent me picture of the things pick up) and promptly get to the destination with my items in perfect condition. And that big smile on his face! And so polite, what a gentleman!! GREAT JOB, Armando, you are now my sole go to guy from now on and I will tell all my church friends to contact you!!

    Another update. It's been another 6 months, another ~10 deliveries from ontrac from various online…read morevendors. Lots from a vendor in Riverside, so delivery from IE to LA/The valley. The only one hiccup during this entire time, was that once they delivered the package to my downstairs neighbor by mistake (number off by one digit) but I was able to locate it by looking around. All package arrived in good condition. They handled the packages with care and lots of times delivering way earlier than I thought the item would arrive. The particular reason for me to update this today is as follow. Had an item ordered Sat and was anticipating it to be picked up Monday then delivered Tuesday (Got used to their fast delivery). Little did I know, they picked it up on Sunday and was already delivering on Monday. I was not going to be at the address on Monday. So I called their CS number and was able to get to a real person very fast. She helped me out and placed a hold for pickup notice on the item. The driver was able to bring the item back to this location and I was able to pick up the item the next morning once I saw the tracking system update that it was ready for pickup. Got to the location, talked to the nice receptionist and picked up the package with the tracking and ID. The entire interaction was seamless. I like to commend them for doing a great job on all levels of operation. This is impressive as sometimes even the bigger players have problems with this. Do I think they are perfect? No they aren't, no logistics company is, not even the major ones. But I think with my quite extensive data set of proven deliveries. I can say 100% they are on par with all other logistics companies. Don't make a judgement using those anecdotal information. Remember most people only write reviews when they have something to complain about.

    Worst delivery service ever. Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. I waited all day. I heard…read morenothing. Waited all day Thursday. Finally received a text message that they couldn't deliver due to an incomplete address. The address was complete. I don't know what they're talking about. No way to contact them except through a chat, which takes me to a bot that doesn't understand a word I'm saying and is completely unhelpful. If they had questions about directions (which, using Apple Maps, takes one right up my driveway), they should've simply called me. I was waiting all day. I rename you OffTrac.

    Fedex - Check out the red warning mark when it's out for delivery lol, like a check engine light on your car  It's almost like they know they suck

    FedEx drivers are idiots. They have the correct address for my package but went to the wrong…read moreapartment. Fortunately that resident was not home but the driver left a delivery notice on that door. I only found out about it because I tracked the package. There was a photo of a delivery notice on the door of apartment A, but (1) there was no delivery notice on my door, (2) this building has an apartment A on every floor, so that means the driver went to an apartment A on the wrong floor, and (3) most frustrating of all, is that there is no way to lodge a complaint and when I did talk a customer representative she didn't seem able to comprehend what the problem was - she thought I wanted to provide a different address-and kept repeating the wrong apartment number back to me saying the correct floor then "a" as in apple, and left it has that, so I'm left wondering if she even understood HOW the apartment number should be written. You can't even call the FedEx receiving/warehouse hub for this area and let them know a serious delivery mistake was made. I say serious because the item is over $800 and requires a signature upon delivery. All I can is hope the next driver is a bit smarter and aware of what floor he's on on the next attempt.
