this specific POSTAL ANNEX steals packages. I dropped off a UPS package. UPS never got it. Annex gave me a song and dance about how UPS doesn't scan packages at pick up. THat they "sign" for them. UNtRUE!! Start a claim on annex with UPS if this has happened to you too. read more

I Needed a place to mail something I sold on eBay ASAP. It was around 6 PM after going to the UPS store closest to me and finding out they already closed at 4 PM, I frantically looked online for another place and found PostalAnnex - open till 7 PM. I called, spoke to a friendly Women who answered explaining exactly what I needed and she told me to come in. I arrived right before closing & got excellent, quick service. What I needed cost a bit lot more than I expected, but I don't have much to compare it to... This postal annex is a one stop shop I know I can just stop by and drop off what I need to drop off customer service it's great two ladies that are there are really nice and very helpful when I don't I don't understand anything or when I need to shop something out. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Charged me $1.50 for a fax that never went through (they also quoted the price after attempting to fax rather than before). When I requested they resend the fax, they refused and said it would be another $1.50 (I called the receiver who confirmed lack of receipt). Who in their right mind charges $1.50 for a fax. Additionally, packages that I've dropped off here (returns) have disappeared and I have had to contact the original seller. Avoid this business at all costs.
