The two guys running it now? Friendly, accommodating, and actually happy to help. A total 180 from the previous workers, who... well, let's just say customer service was not their strong suit. I honestly avoided this place before, but now it feels completely different--in a good way. I drop off all my FedEx and UPS packages here, and I pick up my boxes from Amazon, UPS, and FedEx at this location too. Super convenient, no stress. I also got my passport photos taken here, and they did an excellent job with those as well. They offer PO boxes, mailboxes, notary services, passport photos, fingerprinting, and just an overall smooth experience. If you need mailing or document services in Sherman Oaks, this is officially a yes from me.
