I shipped a box to Armenia via airplane. I flew out to Armenia and went to pickup my box. I saw that someone opened my box and stole a cell phone from the box and put a tape over the box that was showing opened. The Shipping company here in North Hollywood on Lankershim said they can't help or know who took the phone. This company came and picked up the box from my home and shipped it to Armenia. They are not a safe company to use because they opened my box and took my cell phone. They are not to be trusted. Terrible service. They just say they are not responsible for stolen items. read more

The girls working there have no customer service skills whatsoever!!!!! They act like they are forced to work there. We use their services every month and it's the same experience every time. That's the only closest place to us that's why we have no other choice but to use them. But now I'm thinking that I would rather drive another ten miles extra but use them. They never acknowledge that there's a customer waiting to be serviced; they talk crap behind their customers; they never smile; they're never professional. The service was average--3 out of 5. Having to pack items myself, the cash-only policy, the lack of contact with the Yerevan office, and no clear tracking instructions all made the experience less smooth than expected. A couple days ago I sent a package to Yerevan, Armenia. The people working there really friendly and helpful and I sincerely appreciated it. The only problem I got was since I was supposed to pay cash and I didn't have on me, I had to use the ATM machine located in the site. Then when I checked my bank account, I noticed that I was charged for extra time. one $3.75 and another $3. I tried to call them and find out what was that for the person didn't know what to answer. was expecting to be connected to an agent who would help me with the concern unfortunately n one got the call. Terrible service, insensitive employees, I sent a parcel by plane on May 9, it hasn't arrived yet, today is May 27, I call them and they explain that it's a province, it will be a little late, go to the Yerevan office and get it, they drove 400 km, they went to the Yerevan office and they said the parcel hasn't arrived yet. I am writing this review, because I am very upset from the customer service I received from Yerevan Shipping located in North Hollywood. I bought 2 boxes from them with their label on it and paid them the money for the boxes. They did not provide me with a receipt. When I was ready to ship the packages, I was told that it doesn't show that I paid and I have to pay again. I tried to solve the problem by contacting their office. Twice I was told that they will investigate and call me back, which never happened. Third time when I called, they were very rude and the lady hang up on me while I was speaking with her. read more

Had a pleasant experience here trying to ship my first package to Armenia with air. The prices are comparably cheaper than other places and the ladies were really helpful even though they were very busy. I would suggest planning ahead and sending a package by boat ( it takes a little longer to get to Armenia) but if you need a last minute shipment the pane option is not too bad. For a 7 lb package it came out to $36 ( with $10 shipping to outside of Yerevan) and it should arrive in 7-8 days. Overall pleasant experience. Will return ! read more

The worst company ever. I send my box in April and it took them more than 4 months to deliver it. Let me not start on the costumer service. They are very rude and don't know how to talk professionally. My family who got the box in Armenia told me that they did not even take the box to their apartment they left it on the street. Horrible service! Called the company yesterday to check on prices and schedule a pick up. They said it was $26 they came to pick up delivery they said it is $40 now we can't do anything about it the prices changed Monday. I called yesterday which was Tuesday why was the wrong price given. We will never do business with this company again. We have always done business doing thousands of dollar shipments and sending money but never again. We've had many years of service from this business and honestly it was just go in and get out. Do what you have to do and that was it. Nothing special about their service but nothing rude either. I don't know if the owner reads or sees this reviews but I highly recommend him or her to take these reviews seriously. Our first bad experience was a couple months ago. It was pouring rain outside and because of Covid everyone had to wait in line outside because the office is pretty small. 30 minutes go by and the line has barely moved. When we finally reach first in line we notice the employee inside is taking her sweet time talking to another customer and enjoying her conversation with that lady. Mind you there are elderly people in line on the freezing cold rainy weather outside. We get in finally and she just has the biggest attitude. I don't know how the owner have this person a job at their business. She talks and walks like she owns that business. She doesn't care if she offends people. She apparently thinks she can tell people that she will no longer allow them to come into this office and offer services. I mean what??? If I was the owner of a small business and I get a complaint that my employee is always very very rude and takes it upon herself to say something like that, I would take it seriously. I know the owner isn't there all the time, which makes sense but I'm sure I'm not the first one to complain about this specific employee or employees in general. Just because I told her you have about 10 people still in line waiting outside while you are taking your time she threatens me that she won't send the money if I continue to talk to her about the situation. She is very violent. Very hostile. I've never experienced something like this ever. The second experience was recently when my mom had purchased a box from them for the shipping items. Apparently they charge you differently when it's sent by plane or by ship. Ok that's fine. My mom wasn't complaint about that. But when she realized that she had already pain $5 for the box prior to sending it she went back and told them that they charged her again for the box all hell broke loose. Apparently in this business when you tell them they have done something wrong they become very dramatic and if you allow them they might physically kick you out. All she was saying was since you charged for that $5 twice can I get it back it get another box to replace it. Apparently to them it's very difficult to do extra work and make changes on a computer or piece of paper. Then that exact same employee comes and approaches my mom and says she can never get service from this place again. Well what do you know, here comes the "boss." Well so she thinks. Do you guys live in a parallel universe and think that once someone says something is wrong that you need to attack like animals? Was it wrong for her to come back and ask about that $5? They literally told her that her $5 was just gone into thin air. Straight out. By the way that very hostile employee remembered my mom from the argument I had with her a while back. That's dedication if you ask me. If she took more time learning customer service skills then remembered who she pissed off, maybe this business would be doing better. I'm disgusted and disappointed that my mom as an elderly walks into another Armenian business and her fellow Armenians treat her like this. I wish that people don't treat these employee's parents the way they treated my mom and many more I'm sure. What a sad and horrible experience. All for a couple people who have anger issues and don't want to life their finger a little longer and do some work. I really wish one day this place gets better employees or even better training. I'm truly afraid that if my mom ever walked back into this business they will verbally attack her and embarrass her in front of other customers because these people have no shame or no limits. It's so horrible to see how long you've been going to a business and how one employee how you can honestly just not want to step foot into that office. I'm sure there are cameras in that office. The owner needs watch how his/her employees speak with people. Not everyone who complains is wrong.
