Y'all know I don't dole out the 5 stars lightly, but when an experience with a business is excellent from the first phone call to the final receipt and an earnest 'we hope to see you again,' a perfect rating is earned. From the moment Rhonda answered my call I had confidence our foray into document shredding with Paper Cuts would be great. Rhonda answered the phone and had the most calm, clear professional voice I've heard in a veeerrryyy long time. She genuinely sounded pleased I had called and was a potential client. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, booked my appointment to witness my documents being shredded, and confirmed I had all my details and instructions before finishing the call. On the day we arrived, with our 7 banker boxes of material to shred, Stacey greeted us at the drive up gate. She smiled, introduced herself and asked if we had been there before. We said no, first timers. She saw our 7 boxes, confirmed that was all, then got a trolley to unload the boxes. When I tried to help she said, 'I'll take care of it, no problem, but thank you.' Then she asked us to follow her inside and wait behind a safety line while she wheeled our boxes to the other side of a HUGE industrial shredding machine. If you enjoy shows like "How It's Made" you can understand my enthusiasm for this "opposite" contraption. Stacey then returned to walk us through the steps our documents would pass through and said we were welcome to take photos and video as we go. She warned the machine is loud and offered ear protection, but we both declined. THEN the excitement began! We watched through a safety shield as Stacey opened a door and began dumping our boxes in, one right after the other. No hesitation, just dump, dump, dump. When she was done dumping, she closed the bin and rejoined us to walk and show us the path our documents "rode" along the machine - SO FASCINATING! The machine wasn't as loud as I anticipated and we were able to hear her fine as we strolled and listen at each description. At the end, all our little pulverized pieces of paper joined the other compacted pieces from many previous shreddings, compacted into a tight wall of pulp. As we marveled at the wall, Stacey told us that the best part is all of that shredding is that it's then given to a company producing toilet paper!!!! LOL We LOVED that for our old documents! Stacey asked if we would like to keep our boxes and by the time I had the back hatch opened on the car, she had them stacked and ready to load. This gal has HUSTLE! Quick like a bunny! After we were done in the shredding area, Lionel came out to confirm our price and take my credit card payment on his handheld Point of Sale machine. 'Oh! I thought I would get to meet Rhonda.' 'Sure,' says Lionel, 'She's in the office, would you like to meet her? Follow me!' Into the office we went and met others on this great team. Rhonda emerged and greeted us warmly. We told her how much we enjoyed the overall experience and how she was the first step in that and how it would be so lovely if more businesses were as professional as Paper Cuts. Lionel processed my payment. 5 banker boxes of shredding is $60($50 if you don't care to witness the shred) then just $5 for each additional box. So our total today was $70. VERY FAIR for peace of mind! He handed me my receipt stapled to a signed/dated Certificate of Destruction. What a great final touch! We bid everyone farewell and immediately started thinking about how this great venture into shredding will keep us up-to-date with our files in the future. No more storage for 15 years, wondering how our little home shredder will handle such a mass exodus of no longer needed documents. We have Paper Cuts! Cheers! "CC" read more

This is a Five Star establishment. Easy to find, easy to park and unload... These folks are so nice and accommodating, we made an appointment to bring 8 stackable bins to unload into their bins and it could not have been easier. I think it took longer to thank all the employees over and over than it did to get in and out of there.... Highly recommend to anyone who needs document shredding and I believe they do house/business calls BUT do call them and ask! I will be recommending Paper Cuts to anyone looking for document shredding....... Simple and easy! read more

I highly recommend Paper Cuts, and the next time I need shredding I will request Ralph. read more

It doesn't get much simpler than paper cuts! I called, made an appointment and showed up to a warehouse where two guys helped me unload the boxes from my vehicle. We brought them inside and loaded them into the blue dragon, a.k.a. their industrial sized shredder! There's a little viewing window so you can watch them dumping everything into the shredder and then you watch it roll up the conveyor belt until it gets pulpified. Watching does incur a small fee, but my husband was insistent I observe the destruction of some important documents so it only took a few minutes. I think I had around 11 boxes and it was $75 including including the observation fee. I also received a certificate of destruction. I went into the office to pay, and it was pretty cute. They have shredded material inspired artwork hanging on the walls. I appreciated the nod to their industry. I would definitely recommend this business. It was so simple and easy! read more

SUPER EASY. SUPER CONVENIENT. Rhonda, over the phone, was very helpful and she made it clear how the service worked and what my options were. I chose to bring my documents and witness, with the certificate of course. Shout out to Ray, one of the managers who helped me at out the location and made the process easy. The facility is secure. I noticed that the bins were separated and each independently locked; if you just want to drop off and leave, I wouldn't be worried. Finally, you just can't beat the price. $50 per 250lb bin is scores better than any other service I found. That and the friendly vibe made me a return customer. read more

After you have that realization call these folks. Immediately responsive to my questions on the weekend. Very generous in accommodating my schedule. Came exactly when planned and it took less than five minutes to shred 10 boxes of stuff. You might get a slightly lower quote but forget about that and just call these guys. I read the outstanding reviews for Paper Cuts when I was looking for a paper shredding service where I could watch the destruction of my paper documents. After calling and making an appointment to bring in my 5 banker boxes I was quoted $60. I was then taken to a safe area where I could witness all of my documents dumped on a conveyor belt and shredded. The office staff was polite and professional who took my payment. It took me so long before I decided to shred my 20 boxes of documents because of my silly fear about sensitive information I have on those documents and I finally did it! I am so glad to have chosen Paper Cuts. Their communication from the get go is top notch and their service is superb! I couldn't make it on the original date I made and they were so great about re scheduling it and made it very easy for me! He made the transaction all very quick and easy while shredding all my documents in front of my house. No worries there at all! This company is amazing! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a shredding company! I will hire them again when needed! They quoted me a very reasonable price and I thought that it will change drastically when the job is completed but it remained the same. Papercuts came exactly when they said they would. They called me about 45 minutes prior to alert me of their arrival. Ralph was the technician and he was extremely professional and the small job (like 12 boxes) was complete in under 10 minutes. Having them come to my home rather than lugging boxes in and out the car was well worth it. (And cheaper than taking it to a shredding store - where it can be a like a day or two before they shred it.). In this case, it was shredded in the truck as we loaded it in. Well worth it. read more

I've been trying to shred my documents for a couple days now. Yesterday I went to a spot & they were nice but the vibe was off. They wanted me to leave my documents there & they would shred them three following day. Lol... I'd rather eat a jean jacket with hot sauce then to leave my paper in the hands of a stranger. Cut to... Google. I searched for another place near me. Preferably one that would let me watch. I found this spot & drove here. They offloaded the bag from my car and shredded it immediately while I watched. Fabulous hunnay... Lol. The ASMR was top tier, and the anxiety melted away. Super nice & helpful employees. I found out that they had actually closed for the day to help a large capacity company shred documents all day long... and they stopped to help me anyway. I highly recommend! read more

I inherited decades worth of files from my mom's CPA firm when she passed away suddenly and need to have them professionally shredded. I had 40 boxes filled and when I was finding someone to do the job, Paper Cuts fit the bill. They were quick to respond when I reached out and I felt the cost was comparable to others that I got quotes from. I initially planned to have the boxes picked up and shredded elsewhere but with how the schedule worked, I had it done onsite instead and it went pretty smoothly. I'm definitely satisfied with the service and quite happy to be rid of all those documents taking up garage space. read more
