I've never seen such a transformation while keeping a natural and simple un-made-up look) and wardrobe consultant. He suggested that we cross the street to Goodwill and pick out some simple All-American-Girl outfits, then he came over and helped us finalize our picks into a few looks. These he mixed in with pieces he had on hand at the studio. What we got was a total of 5 looks in 6 "locations" using the area inside of and in front of the studio. My daughter is a teen and the looks were age appropriate and the poses were not suggestive. We are circling back to have a few photos retouched, per the package that we purchased, and I am looking forward to the final result. He is a private business owner who runs it from home (it's great because you cut lots of overhead costs, and quality control is held to the highest standards). He does lots of promotional items, custom embroidery, and team uniforms. He was able to meet with me and take a sample look at a sample basketball jersey he was able to get. I was satisfied with the quality. Miles was even able to custom fit a special a jersey for one of my teammates who was bigger, and it fit perfect! Prices are fair, and the quality is fantastic! I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

I was debating among different shredding companies, but was quickly convinced of Paper Cuts as the right choice when I established contact with the Owner, Darryl P. He was incredibly responsive and receptive to my questions as well as requests (in caution to COVID-19). I was happy to hear that beyond gathering the documents we wanted to shred - there was no further preparation on our end such as removing hanging file folders, plastic wrappings, binders, or binder clips. The price quoted was the price charged on the invoice. Easily scheduled the service for the following business day and found the representative who helped facilitate the shredding service very thorough and respectful. I decided this place was worth creating a yelp page for because their customer and shredding service is phenomenal ‼They only accept appointments but were willing to take me in last minute. If they were annoyed by my sudden arrival they sure didn't show it. Lol. Amanda was the first person to greet me and she was both courteous and professional. SUPER EASY. SUPER CONVENIENT. Rhonda, over the phone, was very helpful and she made it clear how the service worked and what my options were. I chose to bring my documents and witness, with the certificate of course. Shout out to Ray, one of the managers who helped me at out the location and made the process easy. The facility is secure. I noticed that the bins were separated and each independently locked; if you just want to drop off and leave, I wouldn't be worried. Finally, you just can't beat the price. $50 per 250lb bin is scores better than any other service I found. That and the friendly vibe made me a return customer. read more

I have used Paper Cuts over the past several years by dropping off boxes for shredding. It was easy and the cost are more than reasonable. When I recently needed to dispose of 130 boxes of paper records from a storage facility, that's who I called for help! Ronda was great with the scheduling and the price was much lower than I would have imagined. On the big day, I got a call from the driver within the 3 hour window provided and met them at the facility. They were in and out in about an hour and easy to work with and very efficient. Who doesn't love a company that does what it says it's going to do from the start? The first contact is with Ronda Allen who answers the phone and couldn't be more pleasant. She then gives you a quote and a date and the window of time when the truck will arrive. She also says that the driver will call about a half hour before he arrives to confirm. And, guess what? Tried Paper Cuts for the first time yesterday. They came out to my business office in Ventura yesterday and did a great job for a good price. Jesus, was the rep/driver and he was friendly and professional. I initially requested a quote on 5/9 and Darryl responded to all of my questions as I thought of them through the weekend. Since Paper Cuts had the best price and great customer service it made the choice easy. I elected to drop off the boxes and everyone we encountered as we drove up to drop off our boxes, etc., had on masks and were very courteous. I then call the main off where I was put on hold for 14 minutes before I was transferred to another person and I was put in hold for another 10 mons and when I was finally transferred to the person in charge, she cut me off mid sentences, asked me to shut up and let her speak. And continued with " how would you like me to fix the issue " I do not work at this company. How would i know how to solve the issue when. Unprofessionalism at its finest because she the laughed and hung up. Never again will even attempt to waste my time with this company. Horrible attitude.
