Horrible experience. It's a rundown post office/general store. The people that shred the documents aren't even there. Drove completely out of my way to find out what was being advertised was nothing like what was there. Plus if u use the address on google maps it brings u to a residential area. I usually write rave reviews but unfortunately this time I can't. I contacted Brad because of the good reviews. I guess everything is fine if Brad remembers to come at the appointed time. Brad wanted to come in the morning and I told him that I worked until 1:00pm. He set the appointment for 1:00pm-1:30pm arrival time. Brad showed up at 11:00am while I was at work and left 2 messages during my shift that I could not answer until my shift was over. When I called him back at 1:00pm to say I was ready for him to come, he acted irritated that I was not there earlier and did not return his calls until then. I reminded him that I told him I was working and could not be home until 1:00pm. His response was "I talk to a lot of people and I can't remember what everybody says." I get it....people make mistakes, but to not apologize and just say "so you want me to come tomorrow?" I found another service that was not only comparable, but professional. read more
