Super impressed with these guys! I texted Jim a photo of the junk I needed removed to the number listed on their website and he quickly responded with an estimate and availability. We scheduled a pickup few days out and when the day came he texted when he was on his way. Jim and his team were in and out in 20 minutes for a 3/4 truck load (about 1/2 of a 2 car garage worth of stuff), and were super friendly and professional. They even swept up after they were finished. Just great communication and service all around. I'd been putting off getting the junk removed because I thought it would be a pain, but they couldn't have made it any easier. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area. read more

Jim and his guys, (Nick and I believe Mason) are wonderful. I called Jim desperate to remove a refrigerator and a desk that were to be sold but last minute but the people pulled out, we needed to get them out along w/ some cardboard that the garbage company needed tied up and we didn't have time. Our land lord wanted everything OUT now. She even couldn't wait for the Goodwill to come so I had to even have them to have them take their items. Jim called his guys and was able to save me! Jim and his son (and helper) were communicative, called me with an ETA. They were polite and professional, careful if my walls, helped me dump trash etc. They exceeded my expectations by taking things not on the list - and even helping my disabled neighbor by giving him a few items he wanted (I said yes) and gently delivering to his patio. Wow! I'm a customer for life! Telling all my friends! I wish I'd have found him years ago! A true gem! read more

I was planning a cross-country move and needed to have quite a lot of furniture, household items and "junk" removed from my home. Jim was immediately responsive, very up front and communicative. He was friendly and professional and very honest about the cost of removal. He gave me reminders the week before, day before and even called when he and his crew were on their way. When they arrived they were friendly, polite, professional and extremely fast, all the while protecting walls and flooring as the removed really large pieces of furniture from my home. They even swept up the floors after everything was removed. They were absolutely phenomenal. A week later when my movers were a no show, I called Jim and he and his team again came right over to help. They kindly helped move the rest of my things out of my home, tossed what I needed to toss and helped get the things I intended to move to storage. This was so far above and beyond what I could have ever expected. They were true life savers! I would recommend Jim's Junk Removal over and over and sure wish I could find another company like his in my new town. He is truly the best!!! read more
