Hunter and his teammate were both friendly and professional. They arrived within the window I requested and they texted the day of pickup on their ETA. They charge based on the amount of space your junk occupies on the truck. They provided an estimate of either A or B and once we agreed, they went to work. They were fast and efficient. I also noticed they put a lot of effort into loading everything as compact as possible and arranged the smaller items to take up the negative spaces. Professional, efficient and careful, the Stuff team members maintained their focus on getting the job done effectively and quickly, with respect for the home, wiping their feet before coming back into the house each time, etc. They were also highly strategic, organized and methodical with their approach. I frankly wished I had hired them sooner for the "first phase" of completely emptying my Dad's large home of its contents after he passed (furniture, closets, cabinets, decor, etc). Unfortunately the previous Junk Removal company I had hired in the same area did not live up to their "Luke Skywalker" promises, or glowing Yelp reviews, taking more than twice as long to empty the same amount of space, not having any sort of strategy, and just haphazardly bagging up things from different areas and spending a lot of time talking about what pieces and accessories of ours they wanted to take for their personal use to keep or sell.
