We had a side yard full of collected junk as we prepare to sell our house. I contacted Jim yesterday and he was at our house at 9:45 this morning , 5/4/23, 15 minutes early. He brought two guys with him and within 30 min our yard was cleaned up. They even swept the scraps on our patio into a trash bin and took that with them too. They used a blower to clean off any loose stuff (leaves) that had fallen around their truck while they were loading it. I could not be happier, both with the price, speed, efficiency and professionalism of Jim and his crew. Ok wow I'm super impressed. They just left. It was fast, they were so helpful and VERY affordable. Jim was friendly and efficient. They even came into the house to haul away something heavy in my bedroom. The garbage company wanted to charge me $500 plus for a dumpster and Jim only charged me $200 took it all away and even took the leftover gallons of paint (up charge bc paint has to b disposed of properly). We were movimg my 94yo father from Camarillo to Georgia and in the process of packing up the house, we accumulated a large amount of junk.
