I made an appointment to watch the documents get shredded for one box and it was a relief. The worker was very nice and the process was quick and easy. I feel a load off my shoulders. Really great work! Price to watch was 20$ extra and it was worth it! I got exactly what I wanted! Thank you for great service and pleasure doing business with you guys! read more

DRM document scanning and shredding is great! We have been using them for years here at Federal Tax Law Group and they have helped us with all our scanning and shredding needs. Their team is extremely professional and reliable and their prices are great as well! We definitely recommend them for any scanning or shredding needs your company might have. read more

Awesome rates, awesome workers. Great work attitude. Very professional, reliable, helpful, effective. My new go-to place.

Happy with the service that I reveived. I wanted to scan the blueprints of my house and not only did they match a lower price I reveived, they were able to scan all the prints and save onto a USB drive. Took them about 5 days. We'll done read more

I needed to shred boxes of documents, and came across DRM on Yelp! I called and got a good quote and I was able to get scheduled in the same day. For an extra $20, I was able to watch my documents get shredded for peace of mind. The team was kind and offered great customer service. Would definitely use them again. read more

Hidden but good value for getting rid of sensitive documents. They even allow you to watch for that extra piece of mind

There's a reason that DRM has so many 5 star reviews. After an email exchange with the owner, I brought my boxes of paperwork to be shredded to DRM. Although I didn't officially make an appointment, I knocked on the door and was greeted by a worker who knew my name and offered assistance taking my boxes inside. I paid a VERY REASONABLE charge and was done and on my way in 5 minutes. This place could teach other businesses what customer service is all about. Do not hesitate for one second on bringing all of your important docs that need to be disposed of properly to DRM, you cant go wrong! Thanks Mike and TEAM! read more

DRM was easy to use and reasonably priced (for drop off at their Canoga location). Employees were super nice. I highly recommend them. The facility is behind the strip mall address just to let everyone know. read more

Yeah... went here again and the people are nice and the place is solid.

I cannot thank Mike and Lyman enough for their quick and professional service. This is the fourth year in a row we have used DRM Shredding Service. They are very trustworthy. Will use them again and again! Forever grateful and loyal read more

My experience today with DRM was perfect, and I echo the comments made by many other reviewers. I got quotes from other places, and DRM came out the lowest. I made an appointment, and took my boxes. I wanted to watch them being shredded (which costs a bit more), and the job was finished very quickly. Now that I have been there, I would be comfortable to leave my boxes in the future without watching. All the people I met there were very polite and professional. I highly recommend them! read more

The service was great!!! Will recommend this company!the gentleman helping me was so helpful!

If you want to watch your documents shredded this is the place to call. Most places are not set up for you to watch. You need to make an appointment. They take you right at your appt time and have lots of availability. read more

DRM is about as good as it comes when referring to a well run business that operates efficiently and with great care. I have had the pleasure of knowing the owner, Mike, for some time now, and he is just wonderful. I'd recommend DRM 11/10 times if I could! read more

Fantastic!!! This is the go to paper shredder... This is what doing business should be like. They answered the phone, called me back, gave me a few options scheduling wise, have competitive pricing, are friendly and knowledgeable, and the driver came on time! It was a perfect experience from start to finish! I'll definitely be using them again. I will tell my friends and family about the great experience. It was super easy and the driver was awesome. So nice to get rid of so many old and unnecessary documents. Big thanks to Mike for all the great communication. See you all again in the future. read more

I have been using DRM's service for years for both business and personal. I usually make an appointment because when I go I have a lot to be shred. I would highly recommend DRM, they are helpful, personable and professional. I never stay and watch them shred my stuff as I feel they are trustworthy read more

Mike took care of me efficiently and professionally. He gave me a really fair price and was a really cordial gentleman . This will be the only place I take my papers to be shredded. Thanks Mike for job well done. read more

DRM is a great place to take documents for shredding. The people who helped me were both very nice and friendly. It was easy to unload the boxes with car side cart help. The price was good. I was impressed with how clean this place was. The shop is located behind the storefront businesses on Canoga. Make sure you go into the right driveway entrance and use the access on side of building to the back. You will see the DRM trucks where shop door is. I recommend DRM and will definitely use this business again. Thanks to DRM for the positive results and to Yelp for providing this listing. read more

Sorry, I have to vent my frustration with this company, I hope this helps someone else. And I never, ever leave bad reviews but this is very disappointing. I picked these guys because of their good yelp reviews. I scheduled an onsite shredding job with them about 10 days ago. When I called they gave me a three hour window for today, Thursday, November 21st, 2024, between 11-2 PM. I called them at 9 AM this morning just to make sure and the lady answering the call confirmed our appointment. I asked her if the driver could give me a call when he is on his way and she was very short and said 'no, not possible, have a nice day'. It is now 3:30 PM and no one has shown up. I left two messages, the same lady called me back at around 2:20 PM and said 'they will be there shortly'. Again, she was very short, no apologies and no further details. I called again and keep getting their voice mail and then I tried to email and it bounced back. Not sure what is up with this company. We all understand that things happen, all they had to do is let me know they couldn't make it. It is now 3:40 PM and still no one has called nor showed up. read more

Good drinks and food. Something for everyone. Nice service. Will go back in the future

This is a special shout out to Mike, we had an issue come up and the whole experience talking with Mike was so pleasant that I had to write a review. Usually when there are issues, people get defensive, but the whole conversation I had with Mike really deescalated the scenario and made me feel like I had someone who was willing to work with me. Thank you for your help in shredding the documents. We appreciate the certificate of completion. We appreciate working with you. And if we have any mobile shredding in the future we know who to call. read more

We used their services again last week to shred 33 bankers boxes. Mike was responsive via yelp then we moved onto text messaging /calls and our appointment was set up so quick. Day of pick up it was seamless too, we got a call 30 mins before they arrived. Just made my planning / move out easy. The boxes of files were shredded the following day as promised and the certificate of destruction was emailed as well. Just all around a great experience and will not hesitate to call Mike again when we need shredding (or scanning!) projects. Thanks! read more

I found this service through Yelp and called to ask some questions. Initially I didn't quite get the answers I was looking for and wrote a review about it Mike called me himself personally to see what was going on and we ended up having a wonderful conversation. He has been in business for quite some time, and prides himself on providing stellar customer service to the community. I did end up using this company for my shredding needs and I have to say I'm so impressed by Mike and what kind of salt of the earth type of person he is. This company truly cares about their customers + they offer a wide array of services at competitive pricing. Look no further! read more

Great pricing and customer service. Staff was very friendly and made it a lot easier for us first timers. Will definitely be back again.

We needed a local company to come to our business to shred boxes and boxes of old documents. I spoke with Mike (the owner) and he was incredibly helpful! We had to push back our shredding date a couple times due to the weather but Mike was easy to communicate with and scheduled new times for us. His guy came this morning and was in and out within an hour! Great pricing too! Would HIGHLY recommend for any shredding needs! read more

Awesome service, reasonable price and open on weekends! Smooth transaction. I highly recommend!

I had years of boxes of documents in my storage unit, they came and picked it all up. The convenience and ease was worth it. They suggested that I bring it in to them for a lesser cost, but it was to much for me to handle. They met me on time and took everything away, it was fantastic. They made it so easy for me. Thanks guys! read more

Look no further for your shredding needs. They were on time and did a great job. Mike was exceptional to work with and very fair on pricing.
