Super nice young man picked up our printers, computers and monitors for free! Only had to email photos and give our address and he came and cleared out our old unusable stuff. read more

I had a great experience using California Recycles for my business. They had great communication via email to set up the pick-up of my old electronics (at no cost!). They followed up with a phone call as they were on the way to provide me with a clear arrival time. I would definitely recommend their services. read more

California Recycles was quick, easy, and hassle free. We were given a time window and the CA Recycles person showed up, was friendly and quickly removed all of the items. We truly appreciate their help! read more

Great experience and great communication. They came to our office in Hawthorne to pick up several old monitors that we wanted to get rid of. Scheduling a pick up was very easy and I would definitely recommend them to other businesses. We will use them again in the future when we have more old electronics to recycle. read more

They went to all of my locations and picked up all of my e-waste recycling. The scheduling was easy and the pickup driver was on time.

Very satisfied, they showed up at the time they said, they picked up all items, no fuss and left, all in 5 minutes, good service, I'll use them again! read more

Quick and easy to interact with. Very satisfy with their service. You send them an email, take pictures of your e-waste to allow them to see if it is worth picking up for free. Once confirmed you schedule the time and date in which their team will arrive and bam. Done. read more

I reached out to California Recycles to run a tech drive at my school, as an environmental drive for the Green Team. Customer service was so helpful, and the process was so streamlined and easy!!! The truck came by on the scheduled date and had everything ready for the tech drive, providing us with 4 pallets and 4 cardboard boxes. The school loved the initiatives, and we got more donations than expected! The pickup process was just as easy as the drop-off, as the truck arrived on time on the scheduled day and got all the donations. I highly recommend reaching out to California Recycles for any recycling drives you'd want to run! They are so professional and make the process so so easy! read more

I enjoy bringing over anything I can to this place. I have brought a variety of scrap items to this location and they are always fair and reasonable. The staff is always helpful as well. Parking is tight, but you can usually find some street parking nearby. read more

I was able to drop off a old Dish TV receiver (which I was told to not return to the company because it was so old), remotes, and old VHS and cassette tapes. It's very difficult to recycle VHS tapes and cassette tapes - you can't just throw those into the Blue recycling bin. Most E-Waste places don't accept those items either. Easy peasy. read more

Always a pleasure to work with! I've worked extensively with the company and have had an excellent experience. They're knowledgeable, willing to listen to my endless questions, and give me the best solutions to different situations. The staff is always very helpful and quick, which I appreciate very much! Highly recommended! read more

TERRIBLE company. First time I called them, they told me that it would be $25 dollars to come pick up my TV. I explained it was up a flight of stairs and they told me it would be $35. I then never heard back from them after submitting my pick-up request form, I called back two more times- both times they told me they must have lost my form in the process of moving and that I should resend it. I sent it two more times, and then I called back AGAIN and they said the same thing. After five more calls, they told me they couldn't pick it up for another month and it would now be $75. NOT WORTH IT. We found another company who would pick it up the same day for $40, and was much easier to work with. If I could give 0 stars, I would. read more

The nicest, most helpful, smartest people ever! A joy to deal with. So nice and accommodating. You will love them.

They have always been professional, prompt and very accommodating to all our pick-up requests. We've been working with them for more than 5 years now and have had no issues whatsoever. Fees have always been waived, maybe bec. of the quantity that we recycle. I have referred friends and family and even our business partners to them, and they all come back thanking me. I feel their sincerity and dedication in making our world cleaner. Thanks for all your help!!!. read more

My electronic pick up which I requested from California Recycles was done in a professional manner. I submitted a complete detail of electronic items that needed to be picked up. As soon as I faxed the sheet, someone from their end immediately called back and put me on schedule. They DID NOT charge me for any pick up fee since I had more than 5 electronic items. On the day of pick up, their driver was very helpful and professional. I even got a turn in letter the next day after they collected the items from my end. If I were to rate California Recycles, I would give them an outstanding rating for an excellent customer service ! read more
