I had a really bad experience with this company. They came early than appointment, which was a good thing actually. The appointment was on 3/29 at 1:30. They came around 12:00 pm But as soon as they entered the room to take the furniture away, they raised the price from $235 to $320 and accused me of not letting them know that the Cal-King bedroom furniture is huge. Well, I told you over the phone and you asked for a description of what you are picking up (I Said 5 piece Cal-King Furniture set which includes Chester Drawer & 2 Night Stands & a mirror). They raised the price from $235 to $320. Also, the other guy accused me of not sending pictures. I mean, are you serious? Did you request for pictures? If you did, I would have, but you should know what a Cal-King furniture size is with dresser & nightstands. I agreed on $320 also, as I was needy and wanted to get rid of the furniture as my new furniture was on the way to be delivered tomorrow. How will I find someone in a day and make an appointment to pick up, so I agreed on the price. To my surprise, they refused to take the furniture all together. I actually got lucky, I sold the furniture in less than an hour after that and I made $200. So for them to refuse to service of what they promised, I am up $520. (by not giving them $320 and $200 that I sold the furniture for). Thanks for being ******** P.S: Pics are attached the furniture is gone. This is my third or fourth experience with Junk haulers, and the first time I've been this pleased. My guys, Al and Frankie, showed up right on time and immediately got to work giving me a quote. It took about 3 minutes, which was great. The price is based on how big a load it will require in their truck, and for $190, I got more than I expected. They worked methodically, and quickly and were very careful in removing some wall cabinets I wanted to dispose of. I was able to get my entire garage emptied, along with my ramshackle old shed filled with discarded yard tools and products and half full containers of paint, etc. I left them on their own and when I came back I was shocked to see everything cleaned off and swept and looking quite spiffy!!
