I recently had to do a death cleaning and had to get rid of all of my dad's things. However, I did not want it to all to go into the trash so I put out my feelers here on Yelp and Arsen from American Junk Removal was one of the first people who actually called me on the phone to talk to me and guide me through how the process of the hauling would work. He assured me that everything that was taken out of the condo would be gone through and donated or disposed of accordingly. He had a great vibe on the phone so I gave him the business and it was the best choice. His pricing was very competitive and the fact that they had a larger truck bed is what motivated me to choose them above all the others. Communication with them on the day of the haul out was awesome. They met me at the condo and got right to work. Even though the condo was on the third floor and at times some of the items going out seemed a little bit large for the elevator and stairwell, they had zero complaints. Quick, efficient and friendly! Overall a very positive experience with American Junk Removal Pros. They were super communicative on Yelp, as well as prior to arrival for the job. I was able to coordinate removal on the same day as I requested! Arsen came with his truck and was able to take it all away. I did send pictures prior, so make sure you do that so they can give you an accurate estimate. We were quoted a flat rate, but upon arrival, Arsen evaluated the situation since we added another couple of items and only upped the price $50 more which I was OK with since we didn't send him picture of the new items before hand. Overall for $150, he hauled away 2 pallets, a GIANT piece of astroturf (it was so heavy we couldn't move it ourselves - props to Arsen), some wood pieces, a block of concrete and some smaller trash items.
